I recently stayed at this Japanese hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is great, with easy access to key attractions and transport, though finding food in Nagasaki can be a bit tricky, especially early in the morning. That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Cons: This hotel has a problem with their air conditioning. It's soooo old and outdated. The heater turned automatically in the morning and felt like a sauna! and I was sweating! I even set the room temperature to the lowest, and the room temperature was still too high. The room light was too dark for some reason. Pros: The dining was fantastic, especially for breakfast. The service was perfect and friendly! I appreciate the young men working in the front (baggage area) on Nov 28 around 11am. He helped me to translate to the taxi driver, and he is so handsome too☺️!

Good location, 10 mins by walk from Nagasaki station. Spacious, classic, gorgeous room. Also, my room was right night to the elevator but it was very quiet. It surprised me😮 Highly recommend!! 👍🏻 One thing I regret that I couldn’t eat breakfast at all due to hangover 😭 The food look so good though… I visit Nagasaki pretty a lot and this hotel is now my favorite. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Nagasaki!!

Walkable distance from Nagasaki station , save a lot of traveling time👍👍The room is very sizable and clean. The pillow is very comfortable. The reception is helpful and good in English communication. Very impressed of staying I. This hotel for vacation .

We booked a Japanese room: the bathroom was exceptional and the room is big, beautiful. However, the room lacked maintenance as few things like light switches were not working. Also, futons were not very confortable compared to what we had before in Japan. The service was excellent, the staff is kind and the breakfast is very tasty.

Hotel is clean and modern. Some receptionists are able to communicate in English or use Google Translate for you. There will be 200¥ fee for each guest and 1,500¥ for parking all night, you can go out and come back to park as many times as you want. Facilities are also all good.Overall a very good hotel for the price that I got. (2300 baht per night)

A good facility Western-style hotel with good Japanese-style service. Breakfast is good with a variety of salads, fruits, and local foods. However, everything seems too strictly by the Japanese style, which means: no flexibility for anything.

Large hotel room! Staff were nice and friendly. This hotel provides a discount ticket to mount inasa for the awesome view! Hotel location was around a 10mins walk from nagasaki station, but was not an issue for us.
