If you want to stay at a central hotel that has everything you need and the sort of creature comforts you deserve, book into the Global View. I was there four three nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. From the moment I walked into the very spacious, imposing, marble lined entrance lobby I was captivated. Being a musician, the Yamaha grand piano sitting centre stage was very inviting, as were the helpful and very polite booking in staff. They spoke English too, which was a real bonus for me, having only eight Japanese words to my name! The room was very spacious and beautifully presented and all the facilities, like cafe, two restaurants and public baths (male and female) were excellent. It was incredibly hot outside, so the hotel was a cool sanctuary. The Stadium, a few minutes walk away, also offered a great supermarket and plenty of places to eat. There is even a Starbucks for the coffee lover. With a 7/11 out side the front door of the hotel there was even a place for last minute essential. The hotel is a 30 minute walk to the Atomic Bomb museum and other attractions, so well placed. Several shopping malls are also nearby.

Not bad - room was big, view was good and staff were nice. Some things I liked - there’s a Family Mart in the hotel, the tram & bus stop were just in front & parking was JPY1,500 for the 1st day and JPY1,000 for subsequent day with multiple in & out & extended parking to 2pm on check out day. There’s also a free shuttle that can be booked to bring you to Mt Inasa Ropeway. Just a shame that there weren’t eating places or anything interesting to see around the hotel.

My fiancé and I had an unforgettable 4-night stay at Global View Nagasaki in December 2023. The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, with a tram stop right outside, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and approachable, always going the extra mile despite a language barrier. They helped us with directions, printed out a physical map, and even advised us on which buses to take—showing their genuine care for our experience. We were also pleasantly surprised by how spacious our room was. Given the limited land size in Japan, this was a rare luxury that made our stay much more comfortable. The combination of great service, spacious accommodations, and a prime location made the hotel the perfect choice for our trip. What made this stay even more magical was the unexpected snowfall. Snow is rare in the Kyushu region, but during our time there, it snowed—making it especially memorable for my fiancé, who experienced his first snow. It was also our first overseas trip together, so to experience something so magical for the first time as a couple made it all the more meaningful. If we ever return to Nagasaki, we would definitely stay at Global View again. Highly recommended!

I was there with my family and it was a really nice experience. The hotel was perfect in terms of public transport. It was quick and easy to get there because the bus stopped right outside. The breakfast was also good, and it was always easy to find something tasty to eat. The hotel staff were helpful and kind, so we felt very welcome during our stay. I can highly recommend visiting this hotel.

I recently stayed at this Japanese hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is great, with easy access to key attractions and transport, though finding food in Nagasaki can be a bit tricky, especially early in the morning. That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located nearby Nagasaki station and the surrounding shopping malls. The hotel has a Family Mart convenience store on the 1st floor, allowing for some quick bites. Staff were very friendly and nice. Had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

Great stay. Good location and the room is spacious. There is parking slot available with limited slot based on first come first serve. The fee I paid for 1 night parking is 1,900 yen for 1 car with 4 person.
