The Globe ذا غلوب

I would say this place offers one of the best views of Riyadh - especially you can see the city under daylight to sunset. It would take a few lift rides for you to go up onto the Globe and because it's high up almost on top of the building (with direct sunlight) - it can get a bit hot at times. Now it's Saudi Arabian winter so it's marginally bearable, yet I could imagine how hot it could get when it's summer. Food is overall nice - it's quite "innovative" to me that they also offer a buffet section for the afternoon tea (with sushi and savoury stuff). There was also live music when I went - violin performance by a very elegant player. Among all, I think I love the alcohol-free strawberry / berry drink the most!

We had our anniversary here and honestly the food at the Globe feels refined and thoughtfully made, more about quality and quantity. The service was calm and attentive without being overbearing, which make the evening feel smooth and special. The atmosphere was elegant and peaceful with the city lights below creating a romantic, intimate mood that's perfect for an anniversary, beautiful view, peaceful vibe and a sense of celebrating love that's grown over time.

It’s nice but the menu is on the basic side. The view is what you are paying for. They also forgot to bring out food (we waited over an hour and had to remind the staff). Don’t miss the sea bass! Skip the dessert but if you come early they will make you a nice bday table with rose petals. I also got a cute birthday cake, but the hazelnut cake was not great taste wise. An honest review, would come back for the view’

My dining experience was truly out of this world. Everything was absolutely amazing. I was welcomed warmly by the staff, and the ambiance and food were perfect. Thank you very much.

This will be the most memorable experience. I took my wife here for her birthday and we were not disappointed. The service was outstanding. With special thanks to Saiful who I was emailing prior to the booking to make sure the night was extra special, and he went above and beyond to make it everything I asked for. We ordered the steak for main and the quality was perfection. Then we finished the evening with a birthday cake specially made. The whole experience was 100/100. This place must be on everyone's to do list in Riyadh.

We had our anniversary dinner here. The atmosphere is exquisite and the service is impeccable. The food was great too but given the place and the money I wish the menu was a bit more diverse. Otherwise a great experience. It’s a bit pricey but worth the hype. The rooftop view is just amazing.

Went as a hotel in-house guest. 2nd time here. went for anniversary dinner, table was booked ahead & complimentary prep with petals. Love that touch. The view and ambience is the centerpiece.. Polite staff from the entrance itself. The food was good. Couldn’t complain on the price. Worth for the view , the service & the romantic ambience.

Came here with 4 friends to do their High Tea. I had been here before 3 times before over the years but it was the first time for my friends. Really nice view of the growing city of Riyadh. Great service and food. They gave each one of us a rose which was a lovely touch.
