I attended Eric Konovalov’s "Birds and Sales Personalities" presentation at the Sarasota Chamber via Shumaker University. It was about how to identify the different kinds of buyers: Eagles, Parrots, Doves and Owls. Great presentation, very insightful! After the event, Eric gave me his book.
