Beautiful and pleasant environment. The only downside is that it’s located in a lorong without a signboard, which makes it a bit hard to find.

A historic restored building hidden in the heart of town. Feels like a sanctuary tucked away, with a beautiful exterior covered in local flora. I like to keep up with their social media to see what’s happening in their space as it’s always something to be desired, usually within the arts and/or educational dynamic. I’ve been for their artisan markets, different art exhibits and enjoy it throughly every time. Some of the events also host workshops. It is a smaller space, so doesn’t take long to meander around…unless you find yourself getting lost in the covered outdoor area where you might find yourself at the rooftop garden.

Amazing small art community to start small business/ experience! Very friendly too! Edit: If you're from LRT Masjid Jamek area, you can go to the main entrance by going through an open parking lot (it's around 5 mins from the LRT) , go to the most-left at the back; there's no gate there so it'll be a shortcut

Tucked away in the middle of the city, one would never have guessed there is such venue for hosting events, exhibitions and displays of artistic brilliance from local creative talents. After seeing so many posts from my social media, I decided to check them out myself. Alas, I came right on closing time and didn't manage to explore the grounds and the space. However, the organisers were kind enough to let me enjoy the exhibition for a short while. I love the high ceiling there and this provides an airy feeling and provides a generous amount of natural light. There is car park right our front. Keen to see visit other events here in the future.

If you are into arts pieces and old building then you are in luck. You can have both in one place. But do bare in mind, that this place is at one of the oldest area in KL city, thus, parking are extremely limited and road sizes are small. Do take note that if you are mosquito magnet, then do bring alot repellent or similar sort of medication for own care.

Went for an art and cultural event over the weekend, the building is easy to locate from far but finding the entrance is a bit tricky (there is an entrance by the side of the paid carpark area and another staircase entrence facing the church on the street above). The building blend well with its environment, and add much needed greeneries to an otherwise concrete jungle. The place is spacious, with an upper floor that is perfect for viewing shows and performance.

From the main roads, cannot see this building located in a small and quite narrow street. The place is sober, with no flashy colors or material. Its different spaces make it very flexible to events. Even without event, a simple visit is enjoyable. Free entrance after writing down your name on a book at ground floor.

Another prototype of how to reinvent the function, space planning to give an old building a new soul without destroy the core feature of the old building. The old wing is well preserved certain core elements of old building, the texture of bricks, the exposed roof structure, the windows, jack roof, by minimum touch of added the new elements. The new wing simple a bare concrete semi open space building with galvanised steel plate facade, it’s modern and won’t be too contrast from the old wind. A great event space, a good location to recall the older part of city center. I like the team behind to always inspire the next generation, show them by how thing can do it in a better way.
