I'm sharing the experience from my mother, Ann McAuley On December 30, 2025, Ms. April D., the store manager, at The Good Feet Store, located at the University across from IKEA, provided excellent care, customer service, and attention to me, an elderly lady, who was a walk in. April made sure that my shoes were very comfortable. She also made sure that I didn't feel rushed in finding the "right" "fit" for me. In a society where "good" customer service is not always provided, April D. provided "excellent" customer service for me. I can genuinely say that Ms. April D. is a valuable asset to The Good Feet store. Ann McAuley

April was a phenomenal help in demonstrating the effectiveness of the of their shoe inserts. I didn’t realize how my normal shoes were lacking in comparison to what they could be with their inserts. She was a pleasure to be around and is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The lady in the store was VERY nice & informative. She explained every step of the process & provided information that made the entire process very easy to understand on how things worked. After the balance test she made me a true believer of how out of balance my body actually was & how the product(s) help to correct the alignment of the body. She was a great help & will recommend to stop in for a consultation.

She was very good and educated me on all products. Once she realized we weren't getting the $500 inserts it felt like she couldn't get us out the door fast enough.I don't know if they get commission but commission based pay makes alot of sales rep treat those who don't want or need the expensive ones poorly.That shouldn't make us any less of a person.

April was great to work with at the Good Feet university location. She explained everything in detail. Though the total cost was more than I wanted to spend she helped me find a solution within my budget. I’m just starting my insert trial and am hopeful that it will help. The only negative I have is that Good Feet organization sent out an automated text at 4am for a review. Not the best timing.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I entered the location after googling a specific shoe brand I was trying to find. When I was told that the store mainly sold insoles to correct foot problems and orthopedic shoes, I immediately asked about the cost of the insoles. I was told I could get them for around $200. So, I agreed to proceed. After the process of finding what seemed to work for my feet, I placed on an automatic foot massage device while the sales associate prepared the bill. When I was later called to the register to pay the bill, I learned that the insoles cost over $1,200! When I inquired about the $200 price initially quoted, I was told that they did carry insoles for that price and that the difference in prices was that for the $200 ones (actually $296) the warranty was only for 6 months, versus a lifetime warranty for the $1,200 price. Being over 70 years old and retired, I simply settled for the $300 ones. And while I appreciate the sales associate's honesty, I still have lingering doubts about the insoles I was actually ultimately provided. They were not the same ones used in fitting my feet. Accordingly, I can't help but wonder if the $900 difference really reflected the length of the warranty. If so, why wasn't I given the same insoles I tried and approved of? Clearly the contract could have been written to adjust the warranty to 6 months versus "lifetime." For these reasons, I will probably not recommend this store to others and, if/when the time comes, go somewhere else for insoles.

April was amazing and very patient. Her boss Katie was also very informative and hands on. The supports feel great. If you need some help go and see them. They are awesome.

University Across from IKEA The Good Feet Store has exceptional workers. I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service. April did a phenomenal job and made my experience even better than I could have imagined. Please know that I will be a forever customer. Thank you for all that you do to help so many people feel whole and back on their feet 🦶

To say Alicia was AMAZING is an understatement. She's so knowledgeable! From the moment she introduced herself to assisting me with finding the correct tools for my plantar fasciitis so great. She wasn't out to "sell me" but to stop the constant pain I've been in. Then when it was time to check out she assisted me huge! She gave me OPTIONS so I could get what I needed and still not be in pain. 5 stars isn't enough for her!

Good Feet is a great investment if you have problems with wearing work boots for 12hrs. I brought a lot of insoles and they last only least that a year and still having problems with my feet. The employee are very friendly and helpful with lots of knowledge. I suggest you go by and let the Good Feet expert show you how good your feet will feel with new insoles.

No refunds and they don't tell that will cost hundreds. They are not up front about their prices nor non refundable policy.

I went in to the Good Feet University store with no idea about the program & no appointment, but desperate for my feet & legs to feel better. Charles was quick to help fit me for what I needed. He was patient & very knowledgeable. I left with a good feeling that these insoles will help get me back on track. He also assured me that any questions or concerns I have can be answered by a phone call or a visit to the store. I look forward to this new journey to walking & working pain free!

Went into getting a fitting for insoles. Mason assured me with my fitting and purchase. Mason knows is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and coached me on how to use the 3 insoles and all about the break in period. Would highly recommend Good Feet Store and speak to Mason.

Jessica is highly professional and friendly. I was really just looking for new inserts and did not know the good feet approach upfront. She walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. Now I just have to wait and see if this works.

Jessica was so helpful! I'm a runner with really high arches and moderate to severe plantar fasciitis and the supports she suggested help so much. I walked into the store and she saw me immediately. She was friendly and personable but also very professional. I would 100% recommend Jessica!

Double checked online no appt needed for university store. Drive an hour to store for my son. Arrived and was told to write I do down. It wasn't u til I asked if we could run next door quickly that I was told she was going to call me back to schedule an appointment and that we would not be seen today. Disappointing. Will not bother coming back!!!
