This was my first time coming to Good Feet. Daniel was super helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process, he was very professional and left no questions unanswered. I was able to try on a few different shoes to get an idea of how the soles would feel throughout my day to day schedule. I went ahead and subscribed for an entire year and I feel confident in that choice, I’m excited to start the process! I’ll definitely be recommending my family members as well.

Each time I have come to good feet they were always friendly and helpful. I came in because my emails had wore down after 2 and a half years. Lucky for for me I had the lifetime replace plan. The got me straight and out of there quickly.

Today my aunt and I visited this location. Morgan and Will were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They got me fitted with orthotics. It was a great visit!! Having for pain, give them a try.

This is the best decision I’ve made as a diabetic. With in minutes I felt relief from the pain Ive been having for years now I met with Ms. Morgan and she explained everything to me and listened to what I’ve been going through and set me up with what I needed. Thank you so much

The initial store experience went well, even though the cost was much more than expected. However, initially and now after two weeks the arch supports have not helped my back and leg pain. In fact, if anything the pain is as bad or worse than it was before the store visit. My experience with this whole process is not positive, contrary to all of the advertising and in store hype about the great pain relief by using the supports.

To say Alicia was AMAZING is an understatement. She's so knowledgeable! From the moment she introduced herself to assisting me with finding the correct tools for my plantar fasciitis so great. She wasn't out to "sell me" but to stop the constant pain I've been in. Then when it was time to check out she assisted me huge! She gave me OPTIONS so I could get what I needed and still not be in pain. 5 stars isn't enough for her!

Good Feet is a great investment if you have problems with wearing work boots for 12hrs. I brought a lot of insoles and they last only least that a year and still having problems with my feet. The employee are very friendly and helpful with lots of knowledge. I suggest you go by and let the Good Feet expert show you how good your feet will feel with new insoles.

No refunds and they don't tell that will cost hundreds. They are not up front about their prices nor non refundable policy.

I went in to the Good Feet University store with no idea about the program & no appointment, but desperate for my feet & legs to feel better. Charles was quick to help fit me for what I needed. He was patient & very knowledgeable. I left with a good feeling that these insoles will help get me back on track. He also assured me that any questions or concerns I have can be answered by a phone call or a visit to the store. I look forward to this new journey to walking & working pain free!

Went into getting a fitting for insoles. Mason assured me with my fitting and purchase. Mason knows is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and coached me on how to use the 3 insoles and all about the break in period. Would highly recommend Good Feet Store and speak to Mason.

Jessica is highly professional and friendly. I was really just looking for new inserts and did not know the good feet approach upfront. She walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. Now I just have to wait and see if this works.

Jessica was so helpful! I'm a runner with really high arches and moderate to severe plantar fasciitis and the supports she suggested help so much. I walked into the store and she saw me immediately. She was friendly and personable but also very professional. I would 100% recommend Jessica!

Double checked online no appt needed for university store. Drive an hour to store for my son. Arrived and was told to write I do down. It wasn't u til I asked if we could run next door quickly that I was told she was going to call me back to schedule an appointment and that we would not be seen today. Disappointing. Will not bother coming back!!!
