I flew in from out of town, rode with my fraternity brother & came into your store on Friday April 25th around 3pm. Our purpose was to surprise my other two fraternity brothers that were already inside immolate. Of my unannounced arrival. The surprise was awesome! However, a more impressive welcomed surprise was the high level customer service your staff provided. They were all patient and very helpful to him. They answered all of his probing questions and explained everything thoroughly to his satisfaction. When he experienced problems with his cell phone not receiving confirmation they were very understanding and patient guiding him through it until all was resolved. As we walked out the store, we all thanked the crew for their outstanding customer service. To the Good Feet management team, please take the time to congratulate this team for their outstanding customer service. Identify and celebrate their model behavior for others to follow and immulate. You have a great staff working for you, appreciate them accordingly.

Bottom line upfront. I have drop foot, I had back surgery 8 months ago to help remedy it. I had physical therapy and was given an Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO). Progress was and is slow. I am doing better than the onset of my predicament. I thought the AFO was the best thing so far. I walked with a steady stride when I wore it. Over the break in period the ball and soles of my foot hurt to the point I stopped wearing it. My foot doctor recommended I add some diabetic cushions. Surprised the cushions were not on Amazon, I decided to go to the GoodFoot store and get some. Well, I met Jeanette, and she was the salesperson you would expect to encounter at this store. Some pressure but nothing I could not push back on. While doing the pressure point picture of my foot, she brought out these crazy arches and keep the pressure going, good pressure. At one point she put on the strengthening arches, and it just felt weird, but I stood up, walked to the door and Jeannette reminded me I was walking without my cane. I immediately said “what kind of Voodoo stuff is this” (smile) I finished purchasing the highly priced arches and some sneakers I liked. To date I am enjoying walking around without the cane about 80% of the time. I am trying to see if I can get some relief from my insurance and if not, I am happy so far. I will update or start part two reviews and so on until I come to some conclusions on the effectiveness of the Arches, I of course am hoping for the best outcome. Ending first review. To say Alicia was AMAZING is an understatement. She's so knowledgeable! From the moment she introduced herself to assisting me with finding the correct tools for my plantar fasciitis so great. She wasn't out to "sell me" but to stop the constant pain I've been in. Then when it was time to check out she assisted me huge! She gave me OPTIONS so I could get what I needed and still not be in pain. 5 stars isn't enough for her!

Good Feet is a great investment if you have problems with wearing work boots for 12hrs. I brought a lot of insoles and they last only least that a year and still having problems with my feet. The employee are very friendly and helpful with lots of knowledge. I suggest you go by and let the Good Feet expert show you how good your feet will feel with new insoles.

I went in to the Good Feet University store with no idea about the program & no appointment, but desperate for my feet & legs to feel better. Charles was quick to help fit me for what I needed. He was patient & very knowledgeable. I left with a good feeling that these insoles will help get me back on track. Went into getting a fitting for insoles. Mason assured me with my fitting and purchase. Mason knows is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and coached me on how to use the 3 insoles and all about the break in period. Would highly recommend Good Feet Store and speak to Mason.

Double checked online no appt needed for university store. Drive an hour to store for my son. Arrived and was told to write I do down. It wasn't u til I asked if we could run next door quickly that I was told she was going to call me back to schedule an appointment and that we would not be seen today. Disappointing. Will not bother coming back!!!
