Employees are very friendly and offer great customer service. The rooms are not bad for a short stay. We booked 2 rooms that joined for 4 adults and 5 children (ages 1 through 13). Rooms are small but it's was expected as it is a standard room. It's not the cleanest, but it's not bad either. They have a large pool with lots of lounging areas as well. Seems that a lot of people who are traveling for work or families are who stays here, which results in a quiet stay. We received a roll away bed for each room, with one being broken, but it was still usable. Overall, he it's not a bad place to stay. There are areas to be worked on, but don't we all.

I enjoyed our stay, and they had a shuttle to take us to Busch Gardens so we saved money on parking. The bed was a little harder, but wasn't bad. The A.C. worked great, there was no terrible smells, no bugs, the staff was great. The breakfast was great too. Consisted of Bagels, waffles, all types of cereal, the best O.J., Apple juice, fruit, donuts, coffee. I'd stay again.

Beautiful place for a budget hotel. The rooms are all 2 double beds but they sure are comfy. Checked for bugs, absolutely none. Had a small issue and it was handled quickly and professionally by the staff. Comfy, very cool shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. And Breakfast was quite large for a budget hotel, very impressive. Their Orange Juice is delicious!

I stayed 5 days during the week of August 20. I needed a place to relax before going back to work. I loved it. The staff was so friendly, informative and approachable. The breakfast was good and sufficient for all the guests. The room and grounds were very clean. The pool was amazing and the fact that is was only 3 to 4 blocks away from colonial was awesome. It has a shuttle to Buish gardens and water park right in the parking lot. I went with 2 good friends. I am bringing the whole family next year to this inn. Good job!.

This is a great, no frills, centrally located and budget friendly hotel. We stayed for a week with our teen daughter and toured all the local attractions. The front desk and cleaning staff were great, the room was clean, the pool was a great size and really well kept, and there was plenty of parking near our room. The room had a small refrigerator but not a microwave. A microwave would have been nice. Breakfast was not a hot buffet, but the offerings of cereal, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, toast, fruit, boiled eggs and yogurt was enough to get us moving for the day. We had a great stay and would highly recommend for anyone not desperate to spend $150/night.

Clean rooms, clean buildings. For as old as this hotel is, it's very well kept and up to date. The shuttle service to Busch Gardena and Water Country USA is great, saves a ton on parking. The continental breakfast is nice, with a wide selection of foods. The only downside to this place is the complete lack of soda machines. Otherwise, I'm in love!

Very clean, basic accommodations. We have stayed several times now and always have great service. There is no beautiful view or anything like that, but the outdoor pool is nice and well kept up, and the continental breakfast has a lot of variety and a nice seating area. Good value for the money, and super close to Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William and Mary. There are no vending machines, so bring your own snacks and drinks.

Front desk staff is courteous and friendly. Breakfast selection is pretty good, though the coffee leaves something to be desired; it tasted burnt the morning I had some. The room appeared clean when we got there, though my boyfriend and I found two pairs of reading glasses behind the nightstand, which tells me the cleaning crews aren't entirely thorough when they change over a room. Overall a good stay for the value.
