The code given to me for access was wrong There is no reception desk to meet anyone I arrived at 5pm and had to wait 2 hours for the clean that should of been finished The apartment is old fashioned, it was clean however there was a lot of dust from the carpet, the hot water didn’t consistently work and there was no wifi. The car parks are not suitable for large trade vehicles For the price you pay a hotel is much nicer

No office or front desk etc. No aircon in bedrooms, not great in a heatwave. No access provided and had to call and wait to get access code and key! No wifi. No parking for larger car with some units. No response to polite and respectful complaint. If you have a larger car it may not fit so you may end up forced to park on the street as we did for four nights. Unwind holidays handle booking and are nowhere near Adelaide and not able to help. Not worth the high price. A motel is much easier.

Overall I was happy with these apartments. They were very spacious, lovely shower and bathtub, good water pressure, and my bed was so comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied. There were a few annoying things like vertical blinds in lounge were a bit useless, missing one so the rest wouldn't close so not much privacy but on an upper floor so it didn't matter much. Plenty of places to eat and I would stay there again.

Two bedroom self contained apartment quite roomy. Nice and clean but dated a little and could do with a paint job and some gardening in rear courtyard. But all in all good spot. Room serviced each week had washing machine and dryer which was a plus. Great location with bus outside front entrance and secure with gates at front entrance. Receptionist Anna, lovely, could not do enough for us. Would recommend for families. Comfy beds and car park available.

Stayed with family for 5 days in July. Check-in was chaos as our check-in was at Saturday and there was no information how to check in (there was no check-in counter there). We called hotel.com to check if any emergency contact however hotel.com just denied our request. We ended up hopelessly on the street until we remember that they mentioned an office at Windsor Apartment (same group) and we went there and hope can get some help. Unfortunately no one there as well however there was a mobile number outside office to contact during non-office hour. We called and a lady helped us out. We finally managed to get our key with code sent from her. Recommended them to put emergency contact number on web page.||Our room was on third floor, tidy and clean. Car parking is reserved. There was no wi-fi available so you rely on your mobile data. We didn't feel noisy during night. Convenience location

We were very disappointed with the Apartment we had. There were no airconditioners in the bedrooms(not good in the 35 degree days) - the main bedroom had quite a few sections of the vertical blinds missing - so bad we had to put a blanket up to help keep out the early morning light. There was a rubber band and hair tie which must have been to hold a section of the blind up. The number in the information book was disconnected so I had to google to get the correct number. No toilet paper at all, the clock radio was broken - it didn't show the numbers on the dial at all. The outdoor setting was rusted so you couldn't sit on the chairs!! To top it off - checkout is 10am and at 9.50am housekeeping was knocking on our door to come in. Considering the extra we had to pay with it being March - we were not happy at all. Location is great though

I stayed here during Womadelaide, when just about everything was either booked out or double the price. I was expecting something more like a hostel, but it was a very clean 2-bedroom apartment. A bit weird with no onsite office and I was nervous as I was arriving on a Saturday, but all went smoothly. The lady who confirmed my booking even arranged for an early check-in, very much appreciated as we were coming straight from the airport.

The place is nice & clean very central, however given it’s the 21st century there is no WiFi provided not even if you paid for it. We came for a long weekend however my son had homework to do but can’t do it. On Hotels Combined it says there is WiFi but there actually isn’t. If I had know I would have chosen a different place as now my son is stuck they need to move with the times. Rarely do you stay anywhere these days and there is no WiFi
