Absolutely fabulous!!! They've thought of all the details. The rooms are super comfortable. The bed is great, the shower welcome after rough treks in the snow. the lip balm and sunscreen let you know someone put effort into planning for you. The hotel has stunning views of the mountains and is just absolutely perfect. The food is excellent and the tea is comforting and delicious. ||The BEST thing about this property is the staff. Every single person from reception to those who helped us with bags, to the brilliant restaurant personnel, were so on point. Pre tempting what we needed, warm without being intrusive. Gagan and the other staff and especially the wonderful Jasen who was attentive and just understood hospitality. ||Best hotel in India I'd like to say!

Great hotel ambience with an interior that reflects the culture and landscape. The staff was extremely cordial and helpful all along despite the harsh weather conditions.|The food was served with warmth and it was also pretty tastier. The Grand Dragon has been my place to stay, whenever I visit Leh - Ladakh. This has been my 8th visit since 2011. |Everyone at the hotel is very very hospitable, friendly, caring and helpful - be it Reception, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Room Service, Entrance staff & security. |Very comfortable rooms, with fantastic views, delicious food, very comfortable cars & experienced drivers for visiting different places. |My friend, who was with me, had his birthday during our trip and the hotel so kindly arranged a fantastic picnic lunch on the banks of the Indus River. What a fantastic location and in freezing cold we were served with steaming hot delicious 4 course lunch. Thanks Mr Sunny, Rajeev Nag, Shanti Prasad & Deepesh for this awesome arrangement. |The housekeeping staff, headed by Mr. Arun, kept the room very clean. The Restaurant staff was always very attentive to all our needs. |Not to forget Mr Ramzan who took care of the perfect arrangements for stay & travel. We recently stayed at the Grand Dragon Ladakh for 5 nights during our trip to Ladakh and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were cozy, well-heated, and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast and dinner buffets were a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from, catering to both Indian and international palates. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We would highly recommend the Grand Dragon Ladakh to anyone visiting Ladakh.

Stayed there for 4 nights with family and it felt like home. Chorol at reception helped us a lot to adjust to the high altitude. The service staff and the kitchen staff all are very kind and helpful, far more than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They took care of us like a family and made our stay pleasant.

The Grand Dragon has been an amazing experience. It was not just professionally run but the staff was extremely personal. It was like being at home. i spent 10 days in that hotel and it was very nice. Ramzan the general Manager was moore like a parent looking after guests and their health at every step of the way. Ladakh being high altitude it comes with its challenges. Danish the promoter was also around checking in on you and your well being.
