The place looks better in photos, the rooms are generally still acceptable. However, service in this hotel is non-existent. Firstly the TV was not working, informed staff and it was still not fixed, even the room service line. Nobody even picks up the line, even calling to the front desk nobody picks up. Needed some utensils, for some food, went down and asked the reception for it, was told to go get it myself at the buffet area upstairs, I was flexible and went up to find the utensils,but the place was locked. I came back all the way down to inform the receptionist, just to be told to go get it myself again at another restaurant at another level. Like seriously? It was already rude enough I was told to go get it myself, let alone making me go up and down the building several times, is there even any service? I was so frustrated and just left, as I didn't want to make a scene. This was at 9pm 16/09, a male receptionist. If this is the service standards, might as well call it self-service hotel. Please do something about staff like that, disappointing.
Only one with great service we had was a female receptionist/manager working at the front desk. Which I really appreciate and would love to thank!
