Beautiful location with a lovely view of the valley. Has a parking so super convenient. Reasonably good service with super tasty ala carte breakfast. They serve chai at the balcony so truly a local experience.||The hotel is on the mall road so could be a bit noisy for some peace lovers but we were fine. If they can improve, they must clean the lounge more thoroughly as it was quite dusty. Overall a great stay for a short visit to Naini.

The location of this hotel is to die for . It’s right at the Mall Road and the view of lake is so beautiful from the hotel. Boating place is right opposite and the rope way as well as cafés like sakkleys are walkable. The rooms are huge and clean and the service is prompt . Food is also very delicious. Highly recommended

The Hotel is exactly what we call a luxurious stay where the Rooms are cozy with heaters in every room , spacious rooms and wooden flooring . I find rates matching witb the quality , space and the vicinity. The hotel does not allow Bachelors . I understand the reason but not all Bachelors Drink and misbehave , yes a penalty and a fine could be imposed. Nonetheless, we were able to convice the manager for the 4 of us. Also hotel only accepts cash and no digital payments are allowed.😅

Staff talking very rude , we never going again in hotel , 3 star hotel but they behave 1 star local hotel, poor services poor staff ,
