The Grand Napat Hotel And Serviced Apartment

Its a 15 minute walk to the old city. The hotel is clean and tidy. Nice pool There are serviced apartments at the top of the hotel. The children around the pool were noisy we were on the ground floor room 102 opposite the pool. Staff are charming

The grand napat is by all means an ok stay. Your needs will be met. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. However the image of the hotel versus its reality, the location, plus the fairly high price (for the area) makes it all clear for me that I would not stay here again. The hotel has elements that are really beautiful and impressive like the swimming pool, and then other elements that are disappointing like the beds: you’ll sleep on the worst box spring mattress of your life. The rooms are spacious, but the walls are crazy thin. I heard my neighbors conversation word for word. It is a bit far removed from the old town, and it’s not an easy walk because of the infrastructure of the area, and in the night there are streets to walk down that are quite dark. (Note: You can get easily to the city by cab). There is a gym. It has working machines. It’s fine for a workout, but the machines (especially the weight training one) are older models. Plus the room has carpet on the floor (a big ick for me). Breakfast was good. Lots of variety. Honestly I just was underwhelmed. Especially for the price

We had a wonderful stay at The Grand Napat Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice balcony. The service was excellent — the staff were very friendly and gave us such a warm welcome. The location is quiet but still close to the city, old town, and everything you need. The hotel also has a pool and gym, and their massage service is honestly one of the best in Chiang Mai. When we asked for extra water, they kindly gave it to us for free. Their breakfast buffet was more than good enough, with plenty of tasty options to start the day. Overall, it’s worth every penny — highly recommended!

We just did the check out. Very nice hotel/serviced apartment. Great pool with free towels for use, basic gym, nice breakfast and very kind staff. Interior is a bit outdated, but very comfortable though. With Uber or tuktuk a short drive to the Old Town. It is about a 20mins walk. Would definitely recommend this place to families and couples.

The hotel is overall good and very clean. But they dont have clarity not tive feedback on charging child below 12. Felt there is no billing transparency with the staff. The breakfast spread is having very limited vegetarian options which they should improve.

This was the perfect spot for us. Everything about the hotel suited us to a T from the spacious, comfortable bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette to the hearty breakfast, inviting pool, and well-equipped exercise room. The staff were attentive and friendly and we especially enjoyed the quiet and convenient location of the hotel. We felt completely at home and are eager to return.

This is the best hotel I've experienced in Southeast Asia for comfort yet value for money. The rooms are huge, clean, comfortable, and smells surprisingly pleasant. The pool is beautiful and the gym is functional. 7/11 and same day collection laundry shop right outside.

My partner and I stayed at The Grand Napat for 7 days and absolutely loved it! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was the highlight for us - large, clean and perfect for a daily swim. We swum in it every single day! The buffet breakfast was also a nice touch. We didn’t eat it every morning, but the times we did, we really enjoyed it. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, always happy to answer our questions and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We genuinely loved everything about our experience here and would 100% stay again in the future. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. 10/10 — thank you to everyone at The Grand Napat!
