Very quick staff. They open doors, serve food at breakfast (very good) and they even called us a scooter instead of us going to look for one. The local life around the hotel is really for those who wish to experience the day to day life. We went to excursions on the scooter (riding 2h max), so it is very doable.

This place was on my list but after many years I finally stayed here. I've been staying in several service apartments in Chiangmai. Compared to the facilities and price, this place is the best among all. The only downside was the noise separation was weak, when staff cleaning next room, you can hear when they drag the vacuum machine or pushing trolley. Location is the best if staying during weekends if you wish to go to Jing Jai Market, it's only a 8 minutes walk there. There's basic breakfast of salad, fruits, some Thai hot dishes, bread, small dessert, cereals, in addition, There's a breakfast card of eggs, waffles, Thai porridge(Khao Tom) sausage, ham & bacon you can choose from. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. There is a nice pool with salted water and temperature is not cold, it's always enjoyable in the afternoon. The gym is good, have more equipment than expected, the only downside is the mosquitoes bite me even I sprayed the mosquito spray. It happened to me for the return visit that the shower was not function properly and way to slow, they arranged to maintenance, but after still very slow, after telling the senior staff in hotel, they apologized and arranged upgrade our room, thank you for your assistance.

Overall an excellent experience. Our 2-bedroom suite is new, very spacious, and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Service is very good. We felt relaxed and content. Location is near Old Town and there are some local shops outside with good price. There is even a 7-11 at the entrance. There is a beautiful pool too. Breakfast is okay with adequate dishes. There is not much to watch on TV for a foreigner. Interestingly, the hotel provides with an old-school DVD player and you can borrow films for free at the reception.

The service was good, average food. Spacious rooms and well maintained. Helpful staff. The location is convenient only if you have your own transportation mode.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Firstly, I accidentally booked the wrong date, which was an honest mistake on my part. Despite the hotel being aware of my error, they still charged me without any understanding or accommodation. I've sent multiple emails to resolve this issue, but I have yet to receive any response from the hotel. The customer service is severely lacking, and their handling of this situation is utterly unprofessional. Not only do I feel financially cheated, but also disregarded as a customer. Very disappointing

Amazing time here. Would reccomend to family and friends. Super clean, beautiful pool and delicious breakfast, the rooms were great too.

The location was a little far from the city. Overall, it's a vry good place to stay! Service is good. Staff very friendly. I love the breakfast. Would love to stay again.
