I honestly wish I’d taken photos. We literally were inside this place just twice in one day. Once to check in and once to take our stuff up, and the second, where we ended up walking right out with all our stuff. 1st off, walking in things are not necessarily kept up. But I was immediately fearful. The energy was off and I went to look for someone to check in as no one was up front and rooms were under construction, someone did hear that we’d come in. She didn’t even check my id. She handed me keys and said we have access to butlers pantry and sent us up the stairs towards our room. We noticed a bible outside our room specifically on a table which I thought was odd but now I’m thinking the people who run it know that it’s creepy and do that to protect guests? We opened our room door, royal retreat, and it was clean. We hung out for a few minutes then went to check out the butlers pantry. We were told only true breakfast on weekend and continental on week days. Exploring for the butler pantry was even worse. We looked on every room label and even went up a second stairwell. It was all unsettling. Found the butlers pantry which was dilapidated and barely had anything. Then we decided to leave, and left to get food and bring our stuff up. Upon returning I definitely felt the same feeling. Just unsettling. No noises or weird things happening, just a very unsettling feeling. As we read through journal entries from previous visits, we noticed a pretty apparent trend of more godly entries. Starting from 99-2023. Entry after entry people lavished on the hospitality and expressed feelings of wishing well and may god bless. Nearing the end of the entries my friend started talking about maybe they stopped writing after 2023 because they all disappeared (being funny and not actually thinking that or looking at the book) then I turned the page and the next entry was “this place is haunted.” That gave us both crazy scary feelings and we dipped. So if you see our rushed journal entry “we came, we saw, the vibe was strong, we respect that, we’re going home.” We felt strong vibes of unsettling energy. We felt more comfortable driving 1.5 hours home after a late concert, than trying to sleep there. I’d honestly probably pay another 130$ to NOT sleep there. We didn’t see anyone inside the house other than when we were trying to check in the entire time. Clearly they don’t want to be in it either.

Overall, bad customer service, and the accommodations are not kept up properly. My husband and I were supposed to stay the night here on 7/25/25 for our anniversary in the Divine Providence room, but only lasted about an hour. When we arrived, we noticed it was pretty warm inside the front foyer and thought it was just because it's an old house. No one was around to greet us for a few minutes, but we could hear her talking on the phone in another room. When she came out to greet us, she barely confirmed who we were before handing us keys and giving vague directions to our room, plus conflicting information to the website regarding breakfast. We found our room, and the second we walked into the room, we realized it was pretty warm too. The old window A/C unit read 82 degrees. We quickly found a standing fan in the closet and set it in front of the window unit, hoping it would help redirect more air flow. The bed was very soft and sloped into the middle like it was old. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in several places. The bathroom had only 2 little sconces next to the vanity, with very dim bulbs in it. We had plans to go to a fancy dinner, so I was trying to get ready in the bathroom, and could hardly see. Found it super weird that the toilet, and soaker tub are right against the front windows of the house, with zero curtains to close in the night, so I guess you're supposed to hope no one walks by at night when you have to go to the restroom? We left the room about an hour later to go to our reservation, and the A/C unit still read 82 degrees. When we returned after dinner, it had only gone down to 81 degrees after another hour. At that point, we decided we could not put up with the heat to sleep in for the night, got our stuff and left to find another hotel for the night. The next day my husband called during business hours to request a refund, but only got the voicemail box, and left a message. We waited a couple of days to see if we'd get a call back, but nothing. He tried again on Tuesday 7/29/25, only to have his number sent directly to voicemail this time. So we figured I would try calling this time from my own phone number. Surprisingly, I got through immediately. I spoke to the lady, who never once introduced herself, and explained the situation and our desire for a refund. She told me that yes, I would be getting a refund to the card we paid with and it would take 1-3 business days to process, and that they realized Saturday morning that the A/C was down. I spent the next week checking our bank account everyday looking to see if the refund had come through yet, and by 8/7/25 it still had not. So I called back, the lady told me the refund had been processed on 7/31/25, and that it actually takes 2-3 business days to process, and that she would look into it for me. There was no offer of calling me back to let me know what was going on. My husband decided we were not going to get our money back from them, and started a dispute with our bank since they clearly have no intention of doing the right thing for us. I've waited to write this review because I was waiting to see what the outcome would be on their end, but clearly it isn't a good one. Avoid this place at all costs, it's in serious disrepair and poorly managed.

My wife and I have stayed in bed and breakfasts in more than 40 states and I have no stay that The Grandison rates on the bottom of the scale. Our room "Memory Cove" left us with a memory we wish we could forget. It needed a good cleaning. Carpet looked beyond cleaning. The bathroom fixtures were in poor working condition and needed updated. The breakfast... Picture looked good so I looked no further and booked through their site. It did say continental, but that didn't even happen. In the little area it had food and juice setting out for who knows how long. You can't eat eat pictures. Better read entire website. 20 years ago it was awesome! Today very disappointing.

Beautiful Victorian mansion turned into a perfect vacation spot. I loved the architecture and feel of the old stairway leading to rooms filled with gorgeous furniture and art pieces. It is a perfect quick getaway for a great price. I stayed with my partner for one night and we were able to experience the feel of staying in a historic place while also being able to explore midtown okc. There's a streetcar stop close by (available 7 am to 2 am) that only costs $3 for a day pass or $1 for an hour pass, it loops around all of downtown. There's also several restaurants and bars just a 5-10 minute walk. Parking is free and there's a decent amount of space considering there's only 8 rooms available to stay in. The tubs in each room are a great addition and they also provide bubble bath and epsom salt which makes for a perfect romantic night. It's also very private and we never saw anyone else besides the kind host who gave us our key. I will say don't expect a fancy breakfast or anything beyond a good bed, good area, and an old cute house to stay in. It seems like a small business and a unique stay for people wanting the experience. All around for me it was a very good stay and I will definitely be back again, thank you!!

Was not what we were expecting at all. The place is completely run down. The porch was rundown, porch furniture was old and very very dirty, had fake plastic flowers along side the front door. Had a very creepy vibe. Felt like I was going into a horror movie. We cancelled reservation immediately and was told we would only be reimbursed 20%. I didn’t care - there was no way I was staying there.

I had the opportunity to take some engagement photos here, my couple wanted a “dark + moody” vibe and the Grandison was the perfect place for this! So many gorgeous details and unique from most B&B’s I’ve seen.

The house is old and decorated true to the Victorian like style but the room could use some attention. Not handicap friendly as there are a lot of stairs..

Google
Great place to stay, we had a nice visit. Quaint and antique in a Victorian home. It's a B&B folks not a giant chain, so you get the B&B experience, which was wonderful.

Yelp
We had the opportunity to visit the elegant Grandison Inn this last week and were impressed. It's got all the classic feels of a traditional bed and breakfast and is in such a great location near the historic Mesta Park district of OKC. There are several museums and galleries near this location that are easily within walking distance. Our party was given a tour of the property where we were able to see a few of the available rooms and common areas. There is a lot of history under the roof and that warm feeling that you get staying in a dedicated National Historic landmark. The new owners are really making positive changes to both the structure of the building and business operations. If you want to enjoy a comfortable environment in a historic setting, stay here!

Yelp
Visiting from California, but born and raised in Oklahoma. Wanted to stay at local and support non corporate Oklahomans that are really community treasures. In total, my company stayed over 40 different nights. Hotel is beautiful and quaint. Ms. Claudia, elderly darling at the desk, owned the hotel for over 25 years before selling out to A CORPORATE partner because of Covid. She wanted to save this jewel and they have destroyed it. I have never been treated more disrespectfully than by the two young new owners that clearly are not only clearly abusing Ms Claudia but greedy, unprofessional and rude to guest. My company paid over $4000 to stay at the Grandison and they kicked our staff off and tried to hold their work belonging hostage. Quite honestly, our Amex was good enough for them but when they realized we were minorities (as new owners aren't on site often) they made a million excuses that we needed to leave and tried to double charge us. Elder abuse and and racism have ruined this beautiful little bed and breakfast. Ms Claudia was crying over how new owners control and treat her and the way they speak to her and her guest and they remind her routinely they own everything now. It's a crime. What the new owners have done to her and how they treat guest is disgusting.

Yelp
ZERO STARS!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I travel for work and stay all over the United States and this by far was the worst place I've ever booked. Started off by pulling up to this place and seeing bags of trash all over the back of the property. Then I started to notice all of the broken windows. I went inside and was given the key to my room. The room was filthy! Thick dust covered everything in the room. The door to the room was broken with a huge crack on top and bottom of the door. We had trouble locking the door. The towels were stained and smelled like mildew. The bedding was old and falling apart. The wallpaper was falling off the walls. The ceiling was collapsing in a huge area. When we booked this place we ordered the honeymoon package and the massage package. We were told 9 pm we would have our couples massage. At 9:20 pm no one had shown to give massages. We called Yvonne the manager and told her the woman never showed. She called us back 10 minutes later and told us we wouldn't be getting our massages because the lady had a flat tire. At this point we were going to leave because this is the only reason we booked this place. It was my wife's birthday and she wanted a massage. Yvonne then told us to please stay because the lady would be here at 9 am for the massage. So... we stayed and waited. At 9 am Yvonne knocked on our door and told us that she can't get ahold of the massage therapist but told us that she (Yvonne, the manager) knew how to massage and that she could just give us one on the bed in the room. My wife told her that she can't be massaging people without a license. We asked for a refund for the massage package and Yvonne was horribly rude. She expected us to pay for something we didn't receive. After my wife told her we weren't leaving until we had a refund she proceeded to tell us that she would have the police remove us from the property. All because we wanted a refund for services we never received. As we are explaining to the manager how we shouldn't be charged for services not received the only other guest in the place came downstairs and said he had no hot water in his room! He had already stayed one night but wanted a refund for the next night because he was going to stay somewhere with hot water. Yvonne treated him horribly and told him all she could do was 20% off! Why not refund someone that isn't going to stay due to there being no hot water? These people are complete scam artists. This place was a dump. The manager was horribly rude. Wouldn't stay here again if I was paid to do so!!

Yelp
We stayed Sept 7, 2024. I had high hopes of a lovely night away in Midtown OKC and the romantic experience of staying in a Victorian home. It was disappointing from the moment we arrived. We walked in and were greeted by hand scratched instructions on a half piece of paper to take our key and sign our name by the room. We ordered chocolate strawberries as part of the reservation and they were never delivered. The shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. No in-between. The number for assistance on the back of our room door was disconnected. We needed more toilet paper. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower when we arrived. Finally, no direction was ever provided about breakfast. We figured out it was in the hall closet and was so meager we ate out anyway. Bottom line is there was no hospitality provided and we had to figure things out ourselves. We never once saw an inn keeper. Also, I am still waiting for someone to call me back for the refund of the undelivered strawberries. Not impressed and would never recommend staying there to someone else.

Yelp
We stayed at the Grandison June 15-16. We were supposed to stay through the 18th. We were a little worried when we first walked up. You can see why from the pictures below. We walked in the door and were greeted with a sign that said Sorry, We're Closed. There was no ceiling on the first floor, there were wires hanging from the ceiling, furniture piled on top of each other, dust like you cannot imagine. They still took us to our room. We decided we would try to stick it out. There was mold in the corner of the bathroom, the picture of floor is showing the light from the first floor from our second floor bathroom. The straw that broke the camel's back was when they turned the water off without informing us, leaving us in an awkward situation. Unacceptable!! We left after that and have tried to get our money returned for the nights we didn't stay, all to no avail. We have emailed multiple email addresses, no response as well as called the property multiple times. We were told that the owner is Scott Henderson, a realtor in OKC. We have contacted the OKC Health Department and the OKC BBB. We want to make sure that no one else get stuck and taken advantage the way we were. They do not care about their customers! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Yelp
Got there, felt totally creeped out and left within an hour. Weird pictures on the wall, weird people, and just didn't feel right. They had personal clothing like old shoes in the closet and never for a moment felt comfortable. Try to avoid if you can.

Yelp
While the setting is definitely romantic, there is a theme for just about anyone at this rare jewel within OKC. Victorian linens and ottomans fill the rooms, accompanied with lavish decorations. The staff has provided candles, bath salts, and scented sprays to help each room obtain a sensual tone for two love birds. There are a few rooms however, that are more geared towards the business traveler or even small families. Very friendly staff, plenty of snacks around the clock, and very clean (considering the age of the building). If you are tired of the franchised motel theme with cookie-cutter accommodations, the Grandinson Inn may provide you with a unique place to rest your head.

Yelp
If you are in San Antonio make a stop at this place, it's a big beautiful old mill they turned into a great breakfast spot. The food was amazing, the staff was super friendly and the grounds to walk around before and after your meal are great, nice view of the river walk. It's not a pricey place at all, only downside is I would have loved if they had mimosas, because well I like those with brunch. But they don't serve booze ‍

Yelp
We definitely out dated. Beds could be better but other than that it has been very nice. They help set the room up with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne, rose petals in the whirlpool tub. Was very nice. Location is good right next to brick town, and veey quiet.

Yelp
Had a wonderful wedding and over night stay here! They really out did themselves, very accommodating. All the rooms are neat and clean and very home like. So much better than a stuffy hotel. We cannot wait to come back for our anniversaries!

Yelp
We've returned three times and given a gift certificate for a stay as a gift. A great treasure tucked into downtown OKC.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at the Grandison for our first night away together without our young son. Because I had never spent the night away from my baby, I wanted to stay close to home, so the Grandison was a good choice. I could get away but still feel like I could be home right away if I needed to. We got a "Staycation" package which included a steak dinner served by candlelight in our room (there were also options for gift certificates to nearby restaurants) and a gift certificate to a local attraction, like canal rides, Harkins theater, the OKC Museum of Art, etc. When we first arrived at the Grandison, I was underwhelmed. Our receptionist didn't look very professional, and our room was smaller than I anticipated and looked a little more rundown than I expected (although, I'm learning this seems to often be the case with B&Bs). However, we had a GREAT time. The room, although small, was quiet and relaxing, and the jacuzzi-for-two was also pretty relaxing! Our candlelit dinner in our room was romantic and delicious, and it was nice to be able to stay in and enjoy ourselves. The "Staycation" at the Grandison is a good value, and I recommend checking it out for a quick romantic or relaxing getaway.

Yelp
Close to downtown but out of the hustle and bustle. Very beautiful old mansion, decorated with many antiques. The rooms are large and comfy with many amenities. We have last summer and liked it so well, that we went back and stayed 2 nights on our anniversary. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide a hospitality room stocked with coffee, all kinds of teas and snacks, and breakfast items on weekend mornings. On Weekday mornings, a specialty breakfast is served in the dining room. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return
