The Grandview Condominiums

We spent 8 amazing nights (12/27/24- 1/4/25) in Unit 1031…a 3br/2bath waterfront condo. The complex is perfect! Has a beautiful, sandy beach with great snorkeling right off the property. Plenty of beach/pool loungers, the pool is large and the perfect temperature and the hot tub is warm and welcoming. The complex is walking distance to a lot of good and reasonably priced restaurants, Camana Bay, and Kirk Market. The unit is air conditioned with ceiling fans everywhere but the bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed, and we were able to cook all of our breakfasts and a few other meals as well. The complex has grills available, which was nice. We also made good use of the washer/dryer. The balcony was the perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks along 7 Mile Beach. We had SU Paddle boards delivered to the property and the kids loved using them to navigate up and down the beach. We literally snorkeled everyday right off the beach. We loved our stay and would happily return!

Wonderful condo in a fabulous location. Each night the sun set view from our balcony was spectacular. The condo is right on a sand beach with lovely breezes and soft wave sounds. Pretty place even if it rains! ||The staff is terrific. Dwight is all over the place, cheerfully and successfully fixing everything. Karine took housekeeping to the next level- keeping our entire unit sparkling even after we tracked in sand. (Did I say it’s on the beach?) She is such a pleasant and upbeat lady. The front office is very responsive and attentive.||Definitely would recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at Grandview Condos on Seven Mile Beach. The location was perfect and the area beautiful! Our condo was very nice & comfortable. Felt like home the moment we walked in. Every amenity you can imagine. Starfish Point and Stingray city are must see visits. We visited Hell & met the kind Mr McDoom. Things are expensive but supplemented eating out buying groceries at Kirk’s & Foster’s. Our kitchen was stocked with all the cookware & spices we needed.

We recently stayed in unit 121 and absolutely loved it. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all updated. The unit itself is a second floor corner unit with views of white sand beaches and clear water. The facility has a great pool and hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs. The water was pretty calm everyday so we would snorkel to the reef right outside of the cove.||Cocktail hour on the beach at sunset was one of my favorite things to do. ||The condo is in a quiet location on 7 mile beach with walking distance to restaurants, stores and athletic facilities. ||Can't wait to go back and stay here again.

This place is like paradise!! The apartment itself is spacious and clean. The views are spectacular! The staff are very friendly and we even got welcoming gifts and a card when we arrived. The pool is clean and quiet and the beach is incredible with great snorkelling from it as well. The beach is cleaned and the whole area is so well maintained. We loved everything about it and would definitely go there again! I would recommend it to everyone!

This was our third stay a Grandview and already trying to see when we can go again! We rented condo 512, a 2 bedroom pool view that has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We have two college age children who shared the room with two twin and full bath. The master is very generous in space with full updated bathroom and additional separate sink area. Kitchen is well stocked with all nonfood cooking supplies. Nice living room area and screened in porch. But you'll be spending very little time inside!!! |The beach is amazing and is NEVER crowded!!! There were days we were the only folks out there for hours! Even when we were there during school winter breaks we almost had the beach to ourselves!! Lots of chairs, loungers, and tables. Also lots of shady spots for getting out of the sun. The water is beautiful (bring watershoes) with snorkeling right of the beach and lots of treasures to be found! The pool area is also NEVER crowded. So many options of lounging and tables for eating outside. Every night a beautiful sunset!! ||The office is so incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with any bookings you might need. They went above and beyond to help with my husband's special accommodations. All the staff is incredibly friendly and take great pride in keeping the property in tip top shape! ||It's very walkable to many restaurants and if you don't mind walking a little further Georgetown and Cabana Bay is not that far. But taxi's and local busing is always available. This is the kind of place that you almost don't want to review because you don't want the word to get out about how great it is. It is as beautiful as all the photos (or perhaps even better) and the staff are friendly, professional, and attentive to anything you could need. Having the space and convenience of a condo--with a fully appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and multiple bathrooms--made for an incredibly comfortable stay for our family of four. And the location is perfect--you can easily and safely walk to countless delicious restaurants on Seven Mile Beach and the shops of George Town. And there is a fantastic bakery (Ioca) two great local watering holes (The Bird and Fidel Murphy's) just steps from the complex. The beachfront isn't quite perfect for swimming in the crystal Caymanian waters, but we easily hopped on the public bus for a quick ride up to Governor's Beach (for just $2 per person!) to scratch that itch. Meanwhile, the pool and hot tub make for excellent opportunities to take a dip while gazing at the beautiful ocean view. It's also worth noting that despite it being a very busy week on the island, Grandview was tranquil and never required any rushing to save lounge chairs at 7am; any time we felt like strolling outside we could sit wherever we liked, be it on the pool deck or under a palm tree in the sand. We love everything about the Grandview and can't wait to come back!

We stayed in # 512. It is a ground floor unit with a walk out from the patio directly to the pool and the beach. The unit itself was absolutely clean, beautifully furnished and had all the amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. It's central location between Seven Mile Beach and Georgetown is ideal. It was also within easy walking distance to several great restaurants and food market for groceries. The condo staff, especially Christine, was very attentive and very helpful. We'll be back!
