The Grandview Condominiums

We absolutely loved the Grandview! The condo is not only beautiful but also very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home in this paradise! We were conveniently located to activities and restaurants. The screened patio opens right to the beach, as advertised, and the view is one you have to see to believe ... from the gorgeous sunsets to the ships in the harbor ... it all made for a wonderful experience. And I can't leave out the staff ... Wendy took really good care of us. She patiently answered all of our questions and even gifted us a bottle of wine to help celebrate our 30th! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving week stay. The Condos are beautiful, close enough to everything but at the south end of Seven Mile beach and the busy tourist resorts. We liked it so much already booked our return trip. The staff are super helpful and friendly. We did have a car which I would recommend so you can see the other parts of the island

Great space for a big family. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub area are incredibly nice and it’s right in the beach. Not your normal beach access with sand but lots of reef areas for good snorkeling. The view from balcony was perfect overlooking the pool and beach to watch sunset.

A beautiful condo with everything we needed in a great location. Nice beach. Washer and dryer and extra bedroom was nice. Price was right.

We spent 8 amazing nights (12/27/24- 1/4/25) in Unit 1031…a 3br/2bath waterfront condo. The complex is perfect! Has a beautiful, sandy beach with great snorkeling right off the property. Plenty of beach/pool loungers, the pool is large and the perfect temperature and the hot tub is warm and welcoming. The complex is walking distance to a lot of good and reasonably priced restaurants, Camana Bay, and Kirk Market. The unit is air conditioned with ceiling fans everywhere but the bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed, and we were able to cook all of our breakfasts and a few other meals as well. The complex has grills available, which was nice. We also made good use of the washer/dryer. The balcony was the perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks along 7 Mile Beach. We had SU Paddle boards delivered to the property and the kids loved using them to navigate up and down the beach. We literally snorkeled everyday right off the beach. We loved our stay and would happily return!

A unbelievably comfortable oceanside stay! The Grandview Condos provided a serene family friendly location not far from all the hot spots on the island. We loved that parking was included for us to easily come and go, spacious and clean accommodations, a beautiful pool and a small play set on the beach. The beach was a bit rocky, but just next store was a small section on enclosed beach that was very calm. The team onsite was available to answer all questions. We will be back!

Amazing view, great pool and hot tub, centrally located and the condo itself was very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here! It’s not on the main stretch of 7 mile but there are trade offs I think and Grandview has a lot of pluses. The staff is friendly and the grounds are lovely. In walking distance to some good restaurants and the grocery store is very convenient.

Wonderful condo in a fabulous location. Each night the sun set view from our balcony was spectacular. The condo is right on a sand beach with lovely breezes and soft wave sounds. Pretty place even if it rains! ||The staff is terrific. Dwight is all over the place, cheerfully and successfully fixing everything. Karine took housekeeping to the next level- keeping our entire unit sparkling even after we tracked in sand. (Did I say it’s on the beach?) She is such a pleasant and upbeat lady. The front office is very responsive and attentive.||Definitely would recommend.
