"The Gray is literally right in the center of Milan , around the corner from the Duomo and niched behind the Galleria. The boutique hotel's design is contemporary- stylish and colorful. Logical choice if you want to be in the heart of the main tourist sites and museums."

"The Gray Just steps from Milan ’s world-famous Duomo, the Gray offers 21 rooms designed by Guido Ciompi, the man behind Gucci boutiques worldwide. Ciompi’s playful style is immediately apparent from the five-seat, fuschia swing in the lobby, and continues through to the eclectic rooms, which feature a mix of large, suspended beds, jungle-inspired decor, and rich textures such as padded-leather furniture and faux animal pelts. As well as the usual gadgetry, rooms also feature round Jacuzzi baths and gorgeous shower areas made from marble, wood, and glass. Manned by youthful, black-uniformed staff, the hotel’s other perks include contemporary Mediterranean cuisine in the trendy Le Noir restaurant, cocktails aplenty in G Bar, and snuggly sofas on the Aria roof terrace."

SINA The Gray (Milan, Lombardy) 15 Hotel Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"While Milan may be the capital of Italian fashion, you would never have known it from its hotels — until recently, they have all come in two flavors: the over-the-top opulence of the palatial luxury hotels, and the carpeted blandness of the corporate chains. The Gray is representative of a new (new to Italy, at least) movement toward modern, daringly designed hotels." - Tablet Hotels

Warm hospitality and clean rooms are very good things for traveling. And the location is also great. You can see Milan in the morning and at night, and you can also see the cathedral. I was very satisfied with the morning. I will definitely go here for my next trip to Milan.

This was our second stay at Sina The Gray. The location is excellent . We had 1 very nice bright room and 1 room that was a little on the dark side and small. The rooms were kept very clean and they were quiet. Breakfast was excellent with fresh bread and fruits and the hotel had taken care to look after my allergies . Reception staff were headed by Ciro who was most charming and helpful but the other receptionists need some extra staff training as there was confusion over our hotel bills and their respective room numbers.

We have stayed at Sina the Grey for two years in a row. The hotel staff is absolutely amazing, polite and always helpful! Our gallery view room was spacious, comfy and clean. The bed was partucularly comfortable. The location is as central as it gets without being noisy.

Beautiful and stylish hotel in the heart of Milan. Perfect location in a quiet street but looking on the Duomo. Room was the perfect size, nicely furnished and a very comfy bed. Good breakfast in a cosy breakfast room. Excellent staff, professional and friendly

Originally it was a bit rough adjusting to the location of the hotel being so incredibly, overwhelmingly central. However, as time went by this became more and more bearable and eventually became a benefit in terms of exploring the city more efficiently. Overall service was great and accommodating as well.

We arrived directly from a 3-day hiking trip in the Dolomites and were so happy to find a simple but luxurious room with a beautiful bathroom and thick towels! |The staff who greeted us - even from a block away from the hotel as we negotiated driving into the center of Milan - at the front desk were incredibly warm and welcoming. |It was a bit of a splurge but I would stay there again in a heartbeat!! Thank you to all the staff at Sina the Gray ❤️

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging transportation to the Milan Central train station as well as making dinner reservations for us. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is central to the city center to walking was a breeze to Duomo and shopping.

Location, location, location. You can't beat this hotel's location, within steps of the Duomo on a residential street. The room itself was very nice, although surprisingly missing one element: there are no charging ports/plugs anywhere in the room except at the mini-bar area, far away from the bed. That means that you can't charge your phone by your bedside, and that's a problem if you are using your phone for a wake-up alarm. Other than that, the room was lovely. The breakfast was excellent, and the balcony bar was a nice perk, also with great service. Recommend, but be mindful of that charging issue.
