Love this place. The milk is fantastic and had gnocchi meal cooked fresh. A little gem of a market and I hope it stays and continues to grow. Lovely musicians playing as you stroll around. As with all organic and farm fresh food you pay a little extra but your encouraged to recycle and got money of milk when returned the bottles. Bring your own egg cartons, bags and Tupperware for your olives and pestos. Get money back when returning bottles. Milk is so creamy nostalgia in every glass.

Lovely market with a great selection of stalls. Even better it’s dog friendly. Think our pup got more attention than we did. 🤣

Love stocking up on all the fresh and organic fruits and veggies. I always go on Fridays for Nurney farm. But if I manage to go on a Saturday morning I can also grab all the delicious pastries from Tartine. I really miss it! Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
This place is everything a market should be! An impressive selection of fresh and organic produce, tons of fruit and veg, even some more obscure things. There is a big selection of potted flowers, herbs and other plants. Italian pesto and other sauces, fresh fish and pork. Coffee and juice, crepes, organic cleaning products etc. The highlight here for me is the pastry and the pies! The pie man has a booth here and they truly are the best pies I've ever had, nice selection of chicken, beef, veg, so much flavor. Big pie that is enough to fill you up, just 5€ (heated up for 6€) The pastry is also fab, lots of tarts, Danish, croissants, cookies, brownies, bread and more. All of which are delicious. Big enclosed venue (next to Teeling), so it's weather proof, and you can even bring your dog inside! Lots of friendly vendors and delicious food and drink. So lucky to have this place so close to home, it's now our Saturday tradition to get coffee and pastry, and pies to take home. There's a seating area if you want to eat in, too. Definitely worth stopping by, it's quite a market!

Yelp
Love this market. They've tons of fresh produce on their stalls, including fruit, veg, cheese, meats, baked goods, and seeds. Bring cash though because it is a market after all!

Yelp
Always wanted to find an organic farmers market nearby and thanks to a yelp event found this one! Its a newly opened market in St. Patricks cathedral neighbourhood with some genuinely nice folks came together and built a sustainable community. You can get right from fruits, vegetables, oils, melts, seafood, healthy juices to chocolates! A healthy place to be at! I liked the fact that the stall owners get the necessary food ingredients from each other, a great way to support and co-exist! If you are a curious cat, they will explain you about where do they grow/get their produce and answer any questions you have! And if you want to grab a bite, there are some crepes and other small food options available! Price you would ask: reasonable for an organic market Go shopping!

Yelp
Lovely little indoor market that recently opened up - it's here thurs, fri and sat. Lots of fresh fruit, fesh veg, fresh veg, fresh meat, specialty super foods...the list goes on and on! Every shop owner is there to chat and answer your questions - what a helpful bunch! :) If you're hungry you can get raclette, crepes, vegan goodies, and also grab a delicious (I like the orange one) smoothie; all from the various vendors at the market. BTW, the chocolate is YUM.

Yelp
OK but some of the "artisan" produce were not great - in particular the bread we brought home. Certainly had much better elsewhere. Lots of fresh veg and cakes which might have been a better option.

Yelp
Fabulous new addition to the market scene in Dublin. After a good nosey round there on Saturday, I can confirm that I will be endeavoring to get as much of my grocery shopping as possible there. Where else can you get organic fruit and veg directly from the supplier, whilst also trying amazing cheeses, organic meats, locally caught fish, freshly baked bread, preservative free, and a smoothie or juice whipped up on the spot, to go with your hot raclette (Google it!), while you're at it. It's all indoors too, which means you don't have to brave the elements to buy good food directly from the source here. If you have kiddies, they have a kid's playground area in the middle, and there are even nice tunes and clean toilets. My advice is to go along, talk to the traders, sample their wares, and for heaven's sake, buy your fruit and veg, organically, directly from the source, with no multinational nasty intermediary, here. They're open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, each week. So you have no excuse!

Yelp
Hmm, quite a bit of hype for a very average market IMO. We did get a very nice farmhouse cheese and olives from the Lilliput stall but the rest of the stuff were quite average. Not sure I'd return, much rather our usual Temple Bar food market which has a bit of buzz and many more choices.

Yelp
This place is the biggest reason why I roll out of bed on Saturday mornings. It pretty much ticks all the boxes: Great coffee - check Great pastry - check Awesome sausage rolls - check Groceries to stock up for the weekend - check Dog friendly - check Pieman - double check (yes, there's a Pieman booth) Not just this, but people there are extremely friendly, there's a Crepe place I really want to try but haven't got around to yet and there's even live music sometimes. As long as this place is open on Saturdays I will continue to function as a human being on weekends.

Yelp
The Green Door Market is a great addition to this part of the city. The lack of good quality food markets in town has always annoyed me. So many markets in Dublin are just Saturday or Sunday markets and focus on hot food. The Green Door is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday and provides fresh, organic Irish products. There are two large vegetable stalls, butcher, fishmonger and stalls with cheese, olives, cured meats, fresh juices, bread, chocolate (so goooood).......and much more. There is a real community atmosphere in the market, I really hope it continues to grow and flourish!

Yelp
Such a lovely market, love popping in here on a Saturday morning to pick up some great reasonably priced organic veg, a really good coffee and awesome Tartine bakery bread! There's always a great buzz around the place and plenty of parking if you get there early enough. There's a small seating area to enjoy your market goodies and it has toys for kids too which is awesome!!

Yelp
I love markets for their freshness and personal touch in general. But this one is in addition indoors which makes it especially in Ireland attractive. Also I think most markets are initiated by the council or a business person who just happens to have the space. And there the Green Door Market again is different. It is the brain child of two fruit and veg producers who wanted to start their own market plus having a certain standard. They got a manager on board who they knew already to look after the organisational things so that they can focus on their core business. They are still growing with more stalls coming in but they want to make sure that the people and the quality of their products fits into their market. When we were there for a Yelp event to get to know the market they had already all basics (fruit, veg, fish, meat, cheese bread) covered and in addition the likes of chocolate, olives, juices and warm food. I loved the atmosphere here and seeing how passionate all the marketeers are about their food / product and being part of this little gem in The Coombe.

Yelp
I visited The Green Door Market today as part of Yelp Dublin's Spring back to Life Event - I had to cut my tour short so didn't get to stay for the full tour with Emily, our Community Manager, the other Yelpers and The Green Door Market's Manager Oonagh Duggan - however for the hour that I was there, I loved it and I'm looking forward to returning. Next time I'll have more time and I'll be shopping. It's a great set up. Fresh Organic and mostly Irish produce brought to you by those who grow their own produce, make their own products or carefully source it. So much to choose from and the idea that you can buy your weekly shop under one roof has become a reality. I'll be back for Fitzsimons' fresh fish, Mulhall's organic sausages, Tartine's bread, Stapleton's Fruit and Veg. The Real Olive Company's everything and The Girls at the Market's fresh cakes, Ben and Goose's chocolate and I can not wait to try Le Petit Camion's offerings ... mmmm... there are others and it is growing by the week. A definite must if you are into quality, fresh, organic, healthy food - a great addition to Dublin's food offerings

Yelp
Maybe we were unlucky, but when we visited this market that we'd read so many good reviews of here there were just 4 stands. As only occasional meat eaters that left us with a veg stall, meringues or coffee. We had expected more. Perhaps this is how it is on Friday and instead Saturday would be the recommended time to visit? I mean I am looking at all the pictures from the other reviews and there is a lot of stuff that we would have been really happy to see.
