The Green Park Hotel

Mediocre service for you’d expect or paid for. Overall unimpressive experience. Absolutely loved the neighborhood, the park and CDMX, but won’t stay here again next visit. The reviews about the noise on the street is accurate, although we brought a sound machine, so no big deal. I was surprised they didn’t provide sound machines given the numerous complaints about the street noise.

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. We had a park view room. The bathroom, while appointed very nicely, was awkward with a large window between the bathroom & the bedroom. I believe that it was to offer a view of the park from the tub. However, it also gave anyone in the room a view into the bathroom, including the glass walled toilet. Anyone getting up in the night had to turn on light which shone into the room. The shade on the window helped a little. The hotel was very quiet.

This place will take your money any opportunity they can, they will charge multiple charges to your credit card and when you get back to the US weeks later, you will still be disputing credit card charges. They refused to send any receipt of charges or cancellations and it is a very sketchy business. I have stayed in so many better boutique hotels in Mexico City… This is not the one to stay in.

Honestly the only complaints I have with this place are that the noise from the road is pretty audible and the mattresses for the beds are not comfortable. But aside from that the rooms are huge and beautiful, the hotel is very pretty. They just need to add mattress toppers to the mattresses and they're golden. They even upgraded the wifi and it's pretty fast now (50-100mbps, 80mbps average)

This was our first visit to Mexico City, and we chose our hotel based on its exceptional reputation and prime location. We couldn’t have made a better choice! The location couldn’t have been more perfect for our sightseeing plans, as it’s right across the street from the iconic Chapultepec Park, making it easy for us to explore and get oriented in the city. But what truly set our stay apart was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and eager to make our experience unforgettable. Their warmth and professionalism elevated our stay to a genuine four-star experience. For anyone looking for a luxurious, authentic Mexico City stay, I highly recommend this hotel—it’s a destination in itself!

Wow, the Green Park exceeded my expectations. I expected a lot even after reviewing the TripAdvisor reviews. I have only one issue, when I made my online reservation The Green Park immediately charged the full amount on my credit card. I don’t think that is appropriate without advance notice. My hotel experience was excellent. The outdoor patio restaurant was very enjoyable. The breakfasts in The View were nice. Try the Huevos Divorciados. It was the Christmas holiday season, so the staff was stressed by their limited numbers, but they did well. |The room was truly enjoyable. It was a pleasant experience. You may want to ask for a face cloth, but every thing else is provided by the Green Park. We enjoyed our experience.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was great, room and everything on hote grounds was super clean and well kept. Awesome aesthetics in the room that was very charming. House keeping was great and the food at the restaurant was very good. Overall highly recommend this place when staying in Mexico City!

Really liked the hotel, wooden floors, roomy but modern, Uber away from Roma district where we hung out. Bed was comfortable with good room service. It is located on a major street so it is noisy all night with big rigs driving and a stop light in front of hotel. The shower was unusual, had a number of knobs and spray functions, little difficult to use but the water was strong and hot. Overall we liked it, rates were reasonable.

Amazing find centrally located! Hotel was very charming & elegant with an European feel. Spacious suites with space comfortable for 4. Staff very nice & helpful. Great value & quality hotel.

What blew me away was the attentiveness of the staff, their customer service & the food. The customer service i experienced here by every single one of the staff members is unmatched! We started our day by having breakfast at the hotels restaurant "The View". Our hotel stay included a continental breakfast consisting of fruit, toast, juice, and coffee. I also ordered the best eggs Benedict. For dinner I ordered a mouth watering Medium rare prime rib with baked potato, spinach and cream! An excellent choice. Mexico City is incredibly busy, so having a hotel that provides a relaxing feel is a must for me. I initially considered staying near the city center but I am glad I chose a quiet, safe, and calm place. The hotel is well located close to all major sights including Chapultepec Castle, park and anthropology museum but still far enough that you are not near all the crowds. The rooms: spacious with balconies and pretty views of Chapultepec park or the patio. The ambiance: European luxury The staff: excellent, attentive, above and beyond!!!

After my 4 night stay, I can confidently say that I am incredibly impressed with the service and attention to detail at this hotel. The staff were so attentive and kind, going above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. With food recommendations and even stopping traffic to make sure we pulled out of the parking entrance safely. The hotel itself is beautiful with a European style theme. Large beautiful windows that overlook Chapultepec park and many different areas to take photos. Inside the hotel you can find The View restaurant which serves free continental breakfast daily consisting of coffee, juice, toast and freshly cut fruit. The bar inside the business lounge serves a variety of drinks. Their rooftop bar was sadly closed but we were welcomed to go up to the rooftop as we pleased. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone who prefers staying in a quiet, calm and safe location while visiting Mexico City.
