No one seated us up on our arrival. We had to wait 1 hour for our food, the server did not check, we had to find her and asked her to check if the food was ready. I do not recommend this place if you are hungry or have somewhere to go after. The food was awesome but the service was poor.

Came back here as a friend wanted to go. I see my review was a 2. I think it's now a 2.5 or 3. Walking in, no one greeted us or seated us, it's basically sit anywhere they said. Tables was a bit shakey but we made it work inside from the heat. Menus came and food came out fast, like soon as we got the appetizer, then came main course. I mean that's not really a bad thing, but at least give me a few minutes to eat the appetizer. Utensils weren't consistent but the wait staff was just okay. It was multiple people coming to the table and communication kind of got crossed but they were moving fast. The chips for the spinach dip were a bit stale but I have a thing with sending food back (not sure what people would do to it if I complained). The dip was good and hot. I had the Philly and it was pretty good too. I carried a linguine Alfredo with chicken to go for someone but they said the chicken was tough. When I asked to taste, it was like rubber; overcooked and so dry. The sauce and pasta was cooked well, but that chicken was terrible. The bread that came with it tasted stale too. Was too late to take it back so it is what it was...

The Green Parrot is a wonderful place to while away the afternoon or evening. Basic, but comfortable and enjoyable environment. Very good bar. Our order was quickly taken and quickly delivered to our table. Our server, Melianda, was lots of fun and kept checking in. Her style was professional but she also shared her knowledge of the area and living in the Bahamas. The food was good even though I expect a hand made burger not a frozen patty but was very enjoyable nonetheless. My son ordered the steak Quesadillas, he thought they were excellent. The custom in the Bahamas is to include the gratuity (15%) in the Total Due. At the bottom of the check there is also a "Suggested Gratuity" (15% to 25%). I imagine this leads to a fair amount of double tipping, hence the four star review.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Our server, Kristy, was exceptional in her hospitality, making our visit all the more enjoyable. To kick off our meal, we opted for the calamari as an appetizer, and it did not disappoint. The calamari was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The accompanying dipping sauce added a zesty kick that complemented the dish beautifully. For our main course, we decided to try the seafood sampler, and it was a feast for the senses. The variety of seafood options included in the sampler was impressive, and each item was cooked flawlessly. From shrimp to cracked conch, every bite was bursting with flavor. The portion size was generous, ensuring that we left the restaurant completely satisfied. Beyond the delicious food, the ambiance of Green Parrot was vibrant and inviting. The staff created a welcoming atmosphere, and the restaurant's coastal decor added a charming touch to the overall dining experience. In conclusion, Green Parrot exceeded our expectations in terms of both food quality and service. If you simply appreciate a well-rounded dining experience, this place is a fantastic choice. Note: This review is based on my personal experience and tastes and may vary for different individuals.

Management must stop the staff not looking. They all hover by the till, deliberately ignoring seated customers and looking other ways. Eventually I hailed a passing waitress quiet loudly, 3 times and still had to walk over and block her path to get some service.

Horrible service. Came with a group and was ignored by server. Had to go to the bar to beg for a water. Finally got food after waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. Never got out drinks. Some of our group got there’s but just had the water from the bar. Would give zero stars if given the option.

Simple bar-food restaurant. Usually the view would be better but we had a yacht parked in front of us so we saw nothing. Open bar concept with mostly outdoor seating. The food was average but I was happy it came out hot. I was worried based on other reviews, but this was a good experience. Would I go back? Probably not unless I wanted something cheap as compared to the Atlantis.

Went here for my Chapters Anniversary lunch. The food was good our servers did a great job. I had a philly fanatic I think they could have done more to boost up the sandwich but it still was good. I also ordered the Arnold Palmer ( lemonade mix with ice tea) . It's wasn't the best I've had but it was passable. Others at the table had the half rack of ribs they said it was delicious and I know it was tender as they could take it right off the bone without have to use a knife. The seafood linguine was a bit runny and it was said it lacked flavor. However I still gave them a four as we were a group of 10 and they accommodate us and we were able to bring our cake at no charge and no plating fee.Which was totally awesome. The service was great.
