The Green Parrot is a wonderful place to while away the afternoon or evening. Basic, but comfortable and enjoyable environment. Very good bar. Our order was quickly taken and quickly delivered to our table. Our server, Melianda, was lots of fun and kept checking in. Her style was professional but she also shared her knowledge of the area and living in the Bahamas. The food was good even though I expect a hand made burger not a frozen patty but was very enjoyable nonetheless. My son ordered the steak Quesadillas, he thought they were excellent. The custom in the Bahamas is to include the gratuity (15%) in the Total Due. At the bottom of the check there is also a "Suggested Gratuity" (15% to 25%). I imagine this leads to a fair amount of double tipping, hence the four star review.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is so good and the ambience is beautiful. Today I was absolutely blown away by the service from my server Nikki from start to finish. She was warm, attentive, funny caring. Come for the food and return for the excellent customer service.

Hands down, our favor bar in Nassau. 8 TVs and all NFL games. Others claim to be a “sports bar” but this is the only place we could find that has all the games. Plus the food is terrific and the views of the water are pretty good. Our bartender, Conrad, was superb!!

We stopped here for some food and drinks, we had a server named Nikky who was the best woman we’ve ever met. She made sure we had the best drinks and just stuck by us all night to ensure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for somewhere with a good vibe, amazing food and even better staff I would 1000% recommend going here!

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Our server, Kristy, was exceptional in her hospitality, making our visit all the more enjoyable. To kick off our meal, we opted for the calamari as an appetizer, and it did not disappoint. The calamari was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The accompanying dipping sauce added a zesty kick that complemented the dish beautifully. For our main course, we decided to try the seafood sampler, and it was a feast for the senses. The variety of seafood options included in the sampler was impressive, and each item was cooked flawlessly. From shrimp to cracked conch, every bite was bursting with flavor. The portion size was generous, ensuring that we left the restaurant completely satisfied. Beyond the delicious food, the ambiance of Green Parrot was vibrant and inviting. The staff created a welcoming atmosphere, and the restaurant's coastal decor added a charming touch to the overall dining experience. In conclusion, Green Parrot exceeded our expectations in terms of both food quality and service. If you simply appreciate a well-rounded dining experience, this place is a fantastic choice. Note: This review is based on my personal experience and tastes and may vary for different individuals.

We stopped here for a late lunch after a day at the beach. Parking lot was a little tight, but the security guard helped us find a spot. The atmosphere is awesome, very chill waterfront vibe. Staff were nice and even stepped in to help our server (maybe he was new?). Unfortunately, service was really slow. I can appreciate island time, but there were long waits between being seated, getting drinks, ordering, getting 2nd drinks, then finally getting our meals 45+ minutes later. The food was really good (quesadilla, fish tacos, fish sandwiches and a wrap). They were out of the espresso martini and beers on tap. Mind you, this was NYE, so we were surprised that they weren’t stocked up? Nonetheless, if we have the chance, we’d go back and give it another shot. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit and the food was really good!

We were walking by last night and noticed the parking lot was full, a good sign. Stopped for a couple of drinks and Mahi sandwiches. Friendly staff, decent food and reasonable by Bahama prices. I think we will return tonight.

Simple bar-food restaurant. Usually the view would be better but we had a yacht parked in front of us so we saw nothing. Open bar concept with mostly outdoor seating. The food was average but I was happy it came out hot. I was worried based on other reviews, but this was a good experience. Would I go back? Probably not unless I wanted something cheap as compared to the Atlantis.
