The Green Room Yoga

The green room Yoga is the Oasis on Soi 31, once you walked in the studio, you are in anther world: peaceful, calm, energized and ready for Yoga or sound bath journey. I really grateful to my friend who recommend me this place, enjoy all the classes. I feel better and more relax after lessons.

The green room has become my favorite yoga studio. I am so lucky discovering this place. The vibe and atmosphere are very calm and positive. I completed my 200 YTT here with the lead teacher Stacey Kim. She guided us tru the YTT, keep encouring us and ensure we are safed for practicing yoga pose. She always sending a posive vibe and reminds us we are stronger than what we though. I would say that it is more than what I have expected. Let's try!!!! You will find the different of Yoga teaching style that you will truly fall in love with. 😊☺️🤍❤️

Just finished Jen Chapman’s Sound Therapy Training! Her range of instruments, diverse methods of playing instruments to reach their maximum resonance, and Science based research of the affects of the sound are beyond my expectations. I highly recommend her course!

Attended the 20-hour sound therapy training with Jen over the weekend and it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended! We were able to explore various sound instruments in a calm and supportive environment. I also enjoyed the small class size. Jen demonstrated quality sound bathing every day, soaking ourselves in her beautiful sound therapy is worth a thousand words. Through this training program, I was able to enhance my knowledge and skills on sound therapy, build confidence and identify room for improvement. The Green Room Yoga has become one of my favorite studios in Bangkok since I started coming here regularly. One evening I joined a sound bath session for the first time and loved it so much that I signed up for the 20-hour sound therapy training the same weekend. It turned out to be such a wonderful experience! Jen brought a wide variety of instruments, and taught in such a bright and welcoming way, always answering our questions with patience. The group vibe felt safe and warm as well. I really like the community spirit of The Green Room Yoga that makes Bangkok feel like a home I can always return to.

I discovered The Green Room Yoga while searching for the best yoga studios in Bangkok, and this place truly is a hidden gem in the heart of Khlong Toei Nuea. The atmosphere is magical, and the class with Stacey was absolutely wonderful. Her creativity and energy make the whole experience truly exceptional. I say this both as a yoga student and as a yoga teacher who loves exploring studios around the world. I will definitely return to this beautiful place at the first opportunity.

I had the pleasure to join one of Stacey’s vinyasa flow during my short trip in Bangkok, it was my first visit to Green room yoga & im impressed how lush & tranquil the studio is in the middle of the city, feel like practicing in Bali! I really enjoyed Stacey’s class throughout, the sequence started off slow with breathing & stretching exercise followed by some strength & core works. Her adjustment was spot on & never a dull moment in her fun yet challenge enough sequence! I felt completely energised after the class. Coming from HK I have regular practice with some of the top teachers, have also done many yoga retreats & workshops around the world & I must say Stacey’s class meet my high standard. Already looked forward to her class or try the sound-bath for my next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic & top quality yoga studio in Bangkok!

Thank you Green Room for this wonderful 20hr sound healing course. I’ve learned so much from Jen, who’s such a kind and amazing teacher. The classes were always full of positive energy, and Jen brought so many instruments for us to try out and get hands-on with.
