I got tricked by their photos they had advertising the hotel for a 500 weekly rate. The Craigslist ad described it as a "Luxury Hotel Room" and the photos show very nicely decorated, clean rooms that are furnished with beautiful FURNITURE and decorative pillows, nice bedding and a chandelier. That couldn't be further from the truth!!!!. There was not ANY of the furniture seen in the photos. Just a very uncomfortable bed that isn't fancy. Nothing like the pretty pillows and nice bedding in photos. Just very plain, thin comforter. There was literally ONLY THE BED IN THE ROOM AS FAR AS FURNITURE. NONE OF THE NICE COMFY CHAIRS WITH PILLOWS ON THEM LIKE IN THE PHOTOS. THE LIGHTING WAS NOT A CHANDELIER. There was a mini fridge with a microwave (both not in good shape and not very clean). The microwave couldn't even reach the outlet to plug it in to use it BECAUSE IT WAS ON TOP OF THE FRIDGE BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT ANY FURNITURE IN THE ROOM. The doors are very strange. They are thin and not insulated and the door to my room couldn't even be safety latched because it was broken. The AC barely worked and there was NO filter at all in it. And the wall mounted TV was small, old, not high def and the sound on it was not good. The bathroom wasn't really great either. It was small and the toilet was very small and very close to the wall. The fan came on but didn't seem to ventilate well. I really felt mislead by the ad and wish that I had done my research before planning on staying there. I was so tired when I got there I wouldn't have been able to drive to a different hotel. I didn't notice how much the room was nothing like they made it out to be until I had already paid them for the week and was in the room and went back to the Craigslist ad to see why in the hell I had wanted to stay at that hotel.
Don't fall for the Craigslist special of 500 a week. IT DOESN'T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. THE PHOTOS ARE NICE BUT THE PLACE IS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. ITS NOT CLEANED WELL (THEY DONT CLEAN INSIDE THE FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE OR UNDER THE BED, THE SHUTTERS HAD GRIME ON THEM) I switched rooms twice and there were different issues with each room. There was something broken or missing in each room. IT IS RIDICULOUS TO THINK THAT YOU ARE GETTING A "LUXURY ROOM" with actual end tables and chairs and decor and ending up with AN EMPTY ROOM WITH NO DECOR AT ALL, NO BASIC FURNITURE, NO WHERE TO EVEN SIT DOWN TO RELAX EXCEPT THE BED. THERE WAS NOT ANYWHERE AT ALL TO EVEN HANG UP CLOTHES OR A CLOSET OR DRESSER. THERE WAS NOT EVEN A TOWEL RACK IN THE BATHROOM. THERE WAS LITERALLY NO WHERE AT ALL TO PUT A JACKET IF YOU WANTED TO HANG IT UP. I GUESS YOU HAVE TO SET IT ON THE BED BUT IF YOU WANT TO SIT OR LAY DOWN I GUESS YOU HAVE TO JUST PUT ALL YOUR STUFF ON THE FLOOR, WHICH IS NOT VERY CLEAN.
I KNOW I PROBABLY SOUND LIKE A KAREN BUT I REALLY FEEL RIPPED OFF. THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING ON CRAIGSLIST WITH THE SAME BS PHOTOS. DON'T FALL FOR IT.
