THE GRILL

Haven't been here in a few years and decided to go today to honor my mom who passed a year ago, this use to be her favorite burger joint. The service wasn't great in drive thru I had to call not sure if short staffed or what exactly, and waited quite a long time and when I got pulled over in parking lot everything was not fresh the fries were old and cold and a tomatoe the size of a quarter was on my sandwich with two pickles and a slice of onion. It was disappointing, the cherry limeade was amazing tho! Sadly might give it one more chance but it wasn't even rush hour and hardly anyone was there. Not sure what's going on.

A cute little place with a mom pop feel to it. The waitress was friendly. Although it wasnt exactly brimming with customers, at the time i went, i really could see that place being packed and or the spot to go and have good meal and conversation. Honestly, if your living in the area or you are just passing through, stop in, get some food, and enjoy your time. The food was great cooked exactly how i ordered it. Good serving size and didnt leave hungry. Five of five totally worth the stop.

We drove by this place early in the morning. We had to run a bunch of errands and didn't have time to stop anywhere to eat. We were very hungry and decided to stop in on the way home because the sign said the special was "Chicken Fried Steak". When we walked in there was an immediate feeling that we were an annoyance. A few employees were just sitting around gossiping and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us.We asked about the chicken fried steak and we were told the kitchen doesn't start making those until 5p.m. So, no chicken fried steak as the sign had described. We started out by ordering lemonade and a tea. We also asked for mozzarella sticks as a starter but never received those. My wife ordered chicken strips and french fries. I ordered the Wildcat Burger. The food was decent enough, but the service and atmosphere was some of the worst I've experienced. Before we were done with our meals we ordered some Corn Nuggets and Fried Pickles to go. We finished our meals, paid, and went outside to smoke while we waited for our "to go" order. After I finished smoking I walked back in and one of the girls sitting around on the counter talking, annoyingly asked me if I had forgotten something. I told her I was just waiting for my corn nuggets and fried pickles. She said, "Oh" and went back to whatever was more important than customers. This place provided my wife and I, one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had and we will never go back. It was awful. And, we are very easy to please. We don't expect much from anyone or any place, but this place didn't even seem to care about the fundamentals of running a restaurant. We came in happy and left feeling really bummed out. Do what y'all want, but I would recommend steering clear of this place if other options are available. We went in around 3-4p.m.

My burger was huge and the side of onion rings I got were very crispy. The fries and my daughter's gizzards were under cooked. It was the service that got me! When we walked in 3 workers were sitting in a table and looked like they weren't happy to see us. (No biggie we just got off work at weren't happy to be at work either. But our waitress came over and man she had an attitude. We said thank you after saying what we wanted to drink not a welcome or anything. When she brought the food we said thank you again and she said nothing.She never once came over to ask if we needed drink refills or if the food was even good. We asked for drink refills and to go boxes and took a while to get them mind you my daughter and I and one other guy in the place. Service like this will run a place into the ground.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, only addition I made was mayo....get home with my food and there's no veg or ketchup etc and not even bacon on my BACON CHEESEBURGER. Just a big blob of mayo. Definitely disappointing. My fault for not checking before I left.

Love this place. I saw a sign that said New Philly Cheesesteak and had to try it. My wife ordered the Wildcat, and I knew she was in over her head. That burger is huge, and she only made it halfway through.

I had a cheeseburger and tater tots with a cherry limeade. The cheeseburger was very tasty and the tots were as well. The cherry limeade was made perfectly. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend you stop in and eat there when you are in Mulvane.

Our first visit here. Another perfect example of why we love small town family owned and operated businesses. Great friendly service, awesome burgers and fresh cut fries. Specialty is the Wildcat Burger, very unique flavor. Let me warn ya, unless you have a huge appetite to fill, dont order the double burger, its HUGE..... 😊 We will for sure be back. Flavor is very good

In Mulvane Kansas where Andy & Barney could be coming around the corner, there's The Grill! Awesome cheeseburgers & hamburgers! If you want an old fashion, thick, juicy hamburger, this is where you get it.

Food was delicious, but the real endorsement was from my 11 year old son who proclaimed the Wildcat burger and fries was soooo much better than McDonald's. I almost fell out of my chair. Thank you I can't wait to begin dining here!

The Grills Chicken Fried Steak dinner they serve on Saturday night is absolutely wonderful. Certainly should try it. Thier hamburgers are great too. Their service is great too. Very friendly place!! And a nice clean place to eat!!

The food was good, service was great, the inside was clean and neat. Price was reasonable and for a small mom and pop type burger joint. It was a pleasant change from fast food chains. If you were headed to a McD's stop by and give the kids at The Grill a chance to earn your business.

Ok, I'm going to commit sacrilege here. This place is Bomber Burger good! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, french fries, and a drink for $8 and some change. The burger was very good and was good-sized, probably a 1/2 lb on a toasted bun, the french fries were the fresh-cut variety which is a plus for me. The only downside is the drink could have been a little larger but definitely not a deal-breaker. Will be back soon!

Best hamburger around!!! Great taste and lots of meat! Can't be beat...great service and it's a very clean place! We will keep going back
