We've been wanting to try this place out for awhile now. So glad we finally did! I got the 3 meat combo with, Burnt ends, pulled pork, and brisket and for the 2 sides I chose coleslaw and cheesy potatoes. The potatoes are their number 1 seller and for good reason, they were DELICIOUS. My girlfriend had the mac and cheese and that was also very tasty. We liked everything we ordered, even the cornbread that comes with the combo. Friendly staff and good customer service is a plus. We will be returning .

After reading reviews, I thought I would try this place. Disappointed! The brisket has no flavor and tastes like boiled meat. The burnt ends were fair, no smoke flavor, and the sauce was lacking. The baked beans were average beans , nothing special, no extra flavor. The coleslaw was just chopped cabbage and was bland. The side sauces weren't even good. The corn bread was dence, not very tasty, with a little sugar sprinkled on top. I just threw out the food, wasn't worth eating. I would not recommend this place. 😕

The best BBQ in GR! Service is always great, and their grab and go coolers are full of quality items too. This banana cornbread pudding was out of this world!

Bro. Love the food. I had the ribs. Mac n cheese and cheese potatoes. The ribs were cooked to perfection. They had amazing flavors even without the sauce. The bourbon sauce was delicious. The only thing I wish was offered was a bbq sauce that had heat and was sweet. Like habanero heat. The brisket was delicious and also cooked to perfection. You guys have amazing food. Bbq like this brings tears to my eyes. 10 stars out of 5. Like I said the only way that you guys could improve is with a spicy bbq. <3

Had lunch here a few times while in town and did not disappoint! Fair pricing, helpful staff, and amazing bbq. Very lean and great taste. Sweet fresh cornbread was nice as well. Wish they had some seating but very clean and friendly staff.

Bottom line: Good food, good value. A solid choice for take-out BBQ Pros: it's pretty good BBQ, the sides are what you'd expect, the portions are generous for BBQ, and I think their prices have them firmly very good value territory. Cons: you aren't sure if they are open for business or not, they don't take phone calls, it's not easy to tell if their premises are occupied or not, and the staff is a bit grouchy.

Twice now I’ve come in for their exceptional bacon. Both the jalapeño and hot bacon are really great. The flavor, thickness, and meat to fat ratio are consistent and spot on every time. Keith and his team run a fantastic establishment and everything I’ve had from there has been top notch! I highly recommend The Grilling Company!

Delicious food! Keith is great to work with! We had rave reviews at our open house! The mac & cheese is the best all around! Seriously, great food for an awesome value!

Everything is always top notch. Ribs and tenderloin are amazing. Great stop for party and tailgate dips, meats etc.
