Nice and quiet park.

Beautiful small park. Took my boys to the playground here when they were little. Good memories!

Great family spot. Views of the mountains. Choose a restaurant, have a picnic. Let the kids play on playground.

We always enjoy stopping at The Grove. Lovely grassy area and plenty of seating. Has a nice family feel. Kids, dogs, and a great playground.

Great place for young kids. Today there was a bank playing Christmas music. So wonder. Peaceful and surrounding shops.

This place is awesome we come most of the time when there’s Big get together’s they playing music everybody pops out chairs there’s people dancing everyone talking and getting to know each other. Everyone there is nice I made a couple of friends there me and my wife and my kids all three of them love playing at the park. My kids always make new friends there this place is amazing I definitely recommend anyone to come and enjoy the music there’s a pizza place right down The street theres a liquor store. And there’s a bar me my wife and kids love this place oh and you can drink out in public at that park whenever there’s those get together‘s.

Great park during the day but I took my dog there at night and it was crawling with every kinda cockroach,beetle and God know what else and there was hundreds of then walking around. I've never seen that before even in the city. They came out of small cracks and took over the park. I was wearing shorts and crocs so I had to tiptoe around the park since Mt dog didn't seem to mind having roaches everywhere. They need to spray or do something. Parks not enjoyable at night

Very clean environment and close to the bathroom. Great for little kids. Bigger kids might get a little bord.

My family and I enjoyed a concert at The Grove during our recent trip to the Bay Area, and we were struck by just how lovely this park is. My husband's grandparents live in Clayton and regularly attend the concerts; we can see why. The Grove has lots of shade and is in the middle of downtown Clayton, surrounded by some restaurants and stores. There's a large convenience store nearby, in case you need a few items or drinks to round out your picnic. The grass was well maintained. There's a path around the space, so that you don't have to worry about walking through people, like if a concert is happening. The bathrooms were reasonably clean with baby changing tables. And there wasn't a bad seat for the concert. Still, though, my husband's grandfather did head over to the park early to set up chairs and save our space. That didn't appear to follow the rules on the signs, but he was far from alone in doing this. All in all, this park and its musical programming were great for enjoying a beautiful summer evening.

The Grove hosts a weekly music venue on saturdays in the summer. it's part of The Eucalyptus Grove which was acquired by the city of Clayton on 10/7/1999. it's always been used as a community recreational facility. there's a children's playground, a small park, a picnic area. and a walkway to leisurely wander about. last but not least, there's a bathroom.

Cute little park in downtown Clayton. The playground area is medium to large compared to other places in the area. My daughter was entertained for about 30 minutes running around and going down the 2 different slides. There's also swings, but only two infant seats, and I think two regular swing seats. So we had to wait a bit to get on one. And then it felt like people were waiting while we were on. The nice thing about this park is it's quiet, there's not tons of cars driving by fast, and Clayton is generally a safe city, so I am not always looking around constantly for any weirdos walking around. Will be coming back as it's very close to our house and we met a couple nice people there that we hope to see again!

This is a gorgeous park situated in a lovely little town. The play area is good enough for toddlers and older kids. The foam floor is the softest I've experienced in outdoor parks! There is a train seating area which makes for cute photos. And the best part is is we were there around 1pm and the trees did a great job providing shade.

- Really nice park for the kiddos: always clean, if anything is loose or broken, then city fixes it right away - nice little splash pad for the Summertime, you'll have to check when the city turns the splash pad on/off - be careful if you have very little ones, the big kids sometimes have too much fun and run into the little ones in the splash pad - slides can be very hot when there's no shade, just be careful! - great music venue for the Summer time, arrive early to get a seat on the lawn, bring food, drinks, picnic blanket, lawn chairs

I have been going to the Grove for over 2 years now. The care I have received has been outstanding. They have been kind, friendly, helpful and professional. They have always done what is best for me. I know I can totally trust them.

Wow! What a really nice place for a concert or a picnic. This is my first time here, and it is a really pretty place. Not a specially large, but really well maintained and beautiful. There's a concert here tonight.

Wonderful place to bring your kids! Especially on hot summer days. :] The playground area has lots of shade and there is shaded seating for parents to watch them from. It's a gorgeous park. There's even a small water area for kids to splash and cool off in the fountains. Beautiful hidden gem. Highly recommend!

This park/community gathering place has it all! Seriously! Here's the low down... ~Its got clean and well stocked and maintained restrooms (2 stalls), baby changing fold out center. ~Great play area for the kids. 2 toddler swings, 2 child swings, a play train, really cool play structure. ~Plenty of shade and picnic tables. ~Gazebo for entertainment, live bands etc. ~Kids water fun area. ~Large grassy area for a game of soccer, frisbee or just to picnic out on the grass! ~Selected picnic tables have checker boards on them! Checkers anyone?! ~Pathway around whole park, great for the lil ones with scooters. ~Parking is on street but mostly all around park is FREE parking. ~Beautiful landscaped park with plenty of flowers for the butterfly to sip nectar from...so keep your eyes open for them! ~Right next to a small convenience store, so if you forget something just walk on over a grab the extra water! ~Water fountain for humans and non humans!

This is a great park in the small town city of Clayton, Ca. I have only been here once, so far. They have restrooms and plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. This park is sweet. Clayton in some ways reminds me of Piedmont. I was there on the 4th of July with my friend.

Really like coming here for the concerts in the park they have on the weekends. It's relaxing and this place always stays so clean.

It has been a long time since I've walked down to downtown Clayton, but this park is really nice. Open, spacious, and lots of tables. Perfect setting for some fo the musical performances they have here. Picturesque little park.

The Grove offers live music on Saturday nights during Summer months, a great kid/ teen & adult park all year- round with gazebo, picnic tables and such fun events as the Art & Wine, OctoberFest and more!
