We love this restaurant! The food is excellent, and the view is awesome. We've not been disappointed yet.
That being said, here's a new one - so we bring a nice bottle of wine into the restaurant, and are charged a corkage fee of $25 (which is pretty normal for Utah). The waitress indicates to us that it's a "screw-top" bottle, so we can just open it and pour it ourselves. That's a bit odd for a nice restaurant! So why the corkage fee of $25, and what are we paying for?? Bear in mind, this is a very nice and upscale restaurant and building in a "touristy" area ski resort.
