At the time of posting this review, we are currently at this establishment celebrating our son’s 19th birthday. Unfortunately, the experience we received did not match what was described at the time of reservation or what we paid for.
We purchased the birthday experience, which was advertised to include a photo displayed on the screen, remote table access, a cake, and a birthday song. However, one of our tables repeatedly lost functionality. Although we were instructed to email the photo for display, it was never shown. Eventually, staff attributed the issue to “wiring,” and instead of resolving the problem or relocating us, the table was simply left nonfunctional.
The food quality was also disappointing. We ordered lamb chops, beef ribs, and lamb ribs. The lamb consisted primarily of fat with very little meat, and the remaining dishes were overcooked and not fresh. My husband ordered a grilled chicken breast kabob but was instead served chicken sausage. When this was questioned, we were told that the chicken is “minced,” yet this preparation is not disclosed anywhere on the menu.
Throughout the experience, neither the host nor the manager demonstrated a welcoming or customer-focused approach. Additionally, their attentiveness appeared selective. When concerns were raised, no effort was made to offer solutions or remedies; our concerns were dismissed without resolution.
Overall, the service, food quality, and failure to deliver the paid birthday experience left us extremely dissatisfied. This experience felt like a complete loss of value, and we left feeling ignored and disappointed.
Hopefully if you decide to patronize this establishment you have a better experience.
