I made a reservation for 6 to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was super accommodating and helped adjust our reservation time with no issues. When we arrived, our table was ready and waiting. Our server, Mal, was phenomenal—she walked us through the entire menu, answered all our questions, and checked on us throughout the night without being overbearing. The management team also did an incredible job coordinating the Halal Experience, which we truly appreciated. The atmosphere was beautiful—we loved the photos on the walls, and it really felt like a true celebration. And let me just say… that brisket was FIRE!!! 🔥 Highly recommend for a special occasion.

This was a fun place. We loved how the tables looked like an aquarium. When we got there, there was a bunch of kids, so they were playing Lion King on the wall screens, then it switched to a Happy Birthday screen with a song which was nice. After they left, it was more aquarium views which was nice and relaxing. Food was delicious. They were nice and asked me about the level of spice wanted for the butter chicken and the mild was still very flavorful.

This halal steakhouse is honestly a must if you love good meat done right From the moment you arrive, everything feels elevated but still comfortable the kind of place you choose for a proper dinner, not just a quick meal. The quality of the steak really stands out. Every cut is cooked perfectly, juicy, flavorful, and seasoned just right so the meat speaks for itself. You can tell they take pride in using high-quality halal ingredients, and it shows in every bite. Whether you’re a steak lover or just someone who appreciates good food, this place delivers. Beyond the steaks, the overall experience is what makes it special. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for a date night, a celebration, or a relaxed dinner where you actually enjoy your time. The service is attentive without being overwhelming, and everything feels well thought out. What I love most is that it proves halal dining can be both refined and unforgettable. I finally got the chance to visit the Halal Steakhouse, and it was worth every minute of the one-hour drive! The place has been going viral on TikTok, and I can see why. First off, the staff was absolutely top-notch—10 out of 10 for customer service! They were super attentive, even letting me in early for my 7 PM reservation. The food was a solid 10 out of 10. I tried the beef short rib, and it was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The broccoli was fresh and hot, and the garlic mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese both earned a 10 out of 10. The only downside was that they only gave four asparagus spears, which felt a bit skimpy! They also have these amazing floor-to-ceiling monitors that create a really immersive dining experience. It’s definitely a great spot for couples or birthday parties. On the downside, I was a bit disappointed that they gave me a bottled water without pouring it into a glass, and the chairs were a bit uncomfortable for long periods. Also, they don't have a bar, so you can’t just sit at a single-seat bar area. If they had alcohol in their mocktails and more comfortable seating, it would have been a perfect 10! Overall, I give the Halal Steakhouse a 9.5 out of 10. I’ll definitely be back!

At the time of posting this review, we are currently at this establishment celebrating our son’s 19th birthday. Unfortunately, the experience we received did not match what was described at the time of reservation or what we paid for. We purchased the birthday experience, which was advertised to include a photo displayed on the screen, remote table access, a cake, and a birthday song. However, one of our tables repeatedly lost functionality. Although we were instructed to email the photo for display, it was never shown. Eventually, staff attributed the issue to “wiring,” and instead of resolving the problem or relocating us, the table was simply left nonfunctional. The food quality was also disappointing. We ordered lamb chops, beef ribs, and lamb ribs. The lamb consisted primarily of fat with very little meat, and the remaining dishes were overcooked and not fresh. My husband ordered a grilled chicken breast kabob but was instead served chicken sausage. When this was questioned, we were told that the chicken is “minced,” yet this preparation is not disclosed anywhere on the menu. Throughout the experience, neither the host nor the manager demonstrated a welcoming or customer-focused approach. Additionally, their attentiveness appeared selective. When concerns were raised, no effort was made to offer solutions or remedies; our concerns were dismissed without resolution. Overall, the service, food quality, and failure to deliver the paid birthday experience left us extremely dissatisfied. This experience felt like a complete loss of value, and we left feeling ignored and disappointed. Hopefully if you decide to patronize this establishment you have a better experience.

First time at the Halal Steakhouse in Hanover Park and it was amazing! The ribeye steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The lamb mandi was tender and juicy (rice could be better), and the Scarlet mocktail was refreshing. Overall great food — definitely one of the best spots for halal steaks. Looking forward to their Ramadan special dinner!

We booked the reservation, noted it was a “special occasion,” and they delivered on both food and ambiance. We kicked off with the mushroom soup—rich, warm and perfect. Then we had the lamb chops, steak and salmon — each dish cooked to perfection and generous portions. The dessert, a Dubai chocolate cake, arrived beautifully and really capped the night. The interior is something to behold: LED screens on the walls and the tables set up with care, giving you a high-end immersive feel. Service was the fastest I’ve seen in a steakhouse: prompt, courteous, attentive. The fact they only offer mocktails (no alcohol) didn’t detract — it felt modern, inclusive and fun.
