Check in took a very long time for no reason. Very close to everything, within walking distance to our parking garage which was inexpensive. We were not their average customer, we were not well dressed, but they still made us feel at home. Amazing room, will definitely return.

Nice little hotel. The rooms are small, but we really liked the details. We were probably in one of the louder rooms (nearest the elevator), but we didn't have trouble sleeping. Sunny's is a little lacking in options. Hotel is in a great location! Nice to have beach chairs and towels provided, but umbrellas were $20.

The rooms in the main building are really cool. Hardwood floors and kind of retro furniture. Great location. Just a block off the beach and they have complimentary beach chairs and towels in their reserved section on the beach. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Great restaurant inside the hotel. Nice pool out back. Staff was really nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience. My husband and I arrived to hotel at 10am and we couldn't check in until 3 so we just asked if they could hold our luggage. The lady in the front desk said she would check if there was a room available and luckily we got a room right away. Staff was nice and helpful and it was a quiet area for the area, good food, bars and clubs in the area. Would definitely book the hotel again!!

Great location and friendly staff. We stayed 7 nights as a group and had an enjoyable stay. The rooms are in keeping with with a 3 star hotel and for the price more than adequate. Negatives are the most insulation the rooms, at the weekend it gets a bit rowdy and sleep is very much disturbed. Only a short walk to the beach, ocean drive and Lincoln though.

I loved the location. Room was clean but it had some kind of bad smelling.But know that you should search it up before you go there. Because we went there Sunday and they had some kind of pool party but it was too loud. That was my first day my family wasn't happy at all. We decided to stay another day and that day was calm.I mean I have to say that location is great if you planing to go there just go outside and have fun all day long. Don't stay in because room is small.It was cheap too. Just be careful about days you are going to stay. I wouldn't go there in weekends just so you know. But we had fun!!

The Hall was agreat place to stay. location was key, and this was a perfect spot. It was also what we needed and they provide a beach bag for the beach. The pool was very nice except that they did not keep an eye on towels. Otherwise the staff was very nice and attentive. I would definitely come back to this hotel especially with how great the staff was.

Great location! Pool. Pet friendly! Fun outdoor bar with backyard games. Nice clean rooms. Front desk staff needs A LOT of work. But the bartenders were superb! I will definitely be back.
