Gorgeous place! Just not run professionally. I was at a friends milestone birthday event there that was dampened by the places’s amateur mistake of misrepresenting the features and functions on the event space. There were noise complaints from neighbors for EVERYTHING including having normal conversations in the backyard. There WAS a band inside that had to pack up early and many people just left the venue as the House Manager had a bit of a hostile approach to managing the situation. We are talking about an event that hosted some of Atlanta’s elite, so not a rowdy bunch of school kids. It was a disappointing experience and I felt bad for my friend and his family that had traveled a long way for the event. That should not have been a part of their experience. I’d highly recommend the owner here review how the event space is being advertised, booked, the policies and how issues are addressed in a respectful and professional manner in the future. Disappointed. Maybe just keep it a bed and breakfast? It is a beautiful place.

Simply astounding- there's not much more to say! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so it's great for group trips. The location was great- close to a lot of fun places in the city! We had an amazing time in Atlanta, and having this place as our home at the end of the night contributed very much to that!

Absolutely beautiful home packed with history. Loved how every bedroom had a theme and how even with the remodel, there was a delicate balance of the new and the old

Beautiful venue

We attended this venue for a Christmas party. This is a dual space as it is listed as a bed and breakfast on Airbnb and also available for rent as an event space. I am not familiar with the upper level/lodging area so my review is strictly on the lower level. The house is located in a residential area so parking is street parking. The area is the historic Old fourth ward. The space gives you the cozy I'm home feeling. The rooms are decorated in warm deep tones. The kitchen very bright and modern. I spent a lot of time in there and highly recommend the use of the kitchen for events. I was able to run and bar and chef cook at the same time with no overlap. The kitchen was also stocked with all the necessary essentials. It was clean and well kept. The ice maker came in clutch in the event we ran out of some. There was a small walk in closet that housed the laundry and cleaning supplies. The wooden tables in the eatery took the work out of bringing in additional seating. Right off the eating area was a small sunroom they led out to a backyard with additional seating and deck. We had a Dj in the front room and he was comfortably able to set up still leaving space to mingle near by. This is really a great gathering space if you want that home feel.
