Our wedding at The Hamilton Manor (July 2025) was truly the best day of our lives—and that’s thanks in no small part to the incredible team who made every single moment smooth, seamless, and so special.
From the moment we toured the Manor, we just knew. The property is stunning, but it was Erin—who gave us our initial tour—who sealed the deal. She was kind, patient, and incredibly clear. Every detail of the sales process was laid out with honesty and transparency, which immediately earned our trust and made us feel confident in our decision.
Throughout the planning process, we had the pleasure of working with Diana, who is a total gem. She’s organized, responsive, sweet, and so knowledgeable. People often say wedding planning is stressful… but honestly? It never felt that way with Diana and the team. They had us so well-prepared that all we had to do was show up and enjoy. (Huge shoutout to Cala’s Floral Boutique and TMT Weddings for helping bring the day to life.)
The day itself was flawless. Diana introduced us to our incredible bridal attendant Caitlyn, who was by our side the entire night—anticipating every need and making us feel completely taken care of. She even stepped in as the “bad cop” when we needed help politely moving our photographers along so we could get back to the party—handled with total grace.
We were also lucky enough to interact with the owners, Joe and Melissa, throughout. They are genuine, present, and clearly pour their hearts into this venue. That love is reflected in every team member you encounter.
The service staff was next-level. From our head server Shania—who made us feel like royalty—to every server who personally delivered meals to guests by name and dietary need, it felt like five-star hospitality. “Jacob, you have the shellfish allergy—here’s your plate.” “Ashley, you’re gluten-free—this one’s yours.” Huge thanks to our amazing servers: Gail, Marisol, Willy, William, Santiago, Nymere, Allison, Raimar. You each helped make the night so memorable.
The bartenders were absolute stars—fun, fast, and full of personality. They kept the energy high and the vibes festive, making every guest feel welcome and cared for. People talked about them just as much as the food and music.
And of course, our maître d’, Lloyd, was the heartbeat of the evening—floating all night to ensure everything ran smoothly. He just got it—no instructions needed. You could feel his experience and care in every moment.
The cocktail hour was legendary. There was SO much variety—from the carving station to the slider bar, the pasta station to the Italian stuffed breads—and that’s just scratching the surface. Guests were blown away by how much there was, and how delicious every single bite tasted. It wasn’t just quantity—it was quality, too.
Dinner was equally impressive. The salads were fresh and vibrant, and the entrées were unforgettable. We had the braised short rib with shrimp skewers—rich, juicy, and full of flavor. Our vegan guests were raving about the cauliflower piccata—hearty, savory, and totally satisfying.
Dessert was a dream. We chose the Italian pastry table and Boardwalk Bar—playful, indulgent, and a huge crowd-pleaser. And the cake! We went with Palermo’s Bakery and wow… I don’t even like cake, and I could’ve cried at the tasting. It was perfectly moist, rich without being too sweet, and just incredible on the wedding day.
We had a live band (shoutout to EBE Talent), and they flowed seamlessly with the Manor’s team. It was clear everyone was working toward the same goal: to create an unforgettable experience.
I know I’m biased, but I genuinely believe our wedding was the best I’ve ever been to—and so many of our guests said the same. The Hamilton Manor doesn’t just host weddings—they care about them. Every detail, every interaction, every moment was full of intention and heart.
If you’re considering this venue, don’t think twice. It’s not just a beautiful space—it’s a team of people who will treat your day like it matters to them as much as it does to you. We are forever grateful.
