I’ve been a resident of this property for many years. The location is unparalleled and offers so much convenience. Suburban square is walking distance. Great space and layout of the apartment made living very comfortable. Management is friendly and responsive.

I have lived in this apartment building the past two years. The neighborhood is very walkable and is in close proximity of the Harrison Richards headquarters, as well as suburban square and nice neighborhoods for walking in. The units are all well maintained and recently renovated. Harrison Richards Inc. has always been extremely responsive to maintenance requests both in my unit and about the building itself. For instance, our driveway is always plowed within hours of a snow storm ending. The maintenance guys are all friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Neighbors in building are all respectful and friendly. Overall, a wonderful apartment experience and would recommend to anyone searching for an apartment in the Ardmore area!
