The Dalias are beautiful and so many variations, most of the staff was wonderful (all of the ladies) the gentleman up front seems rude, we asked for help cutting some of the Dalias, he stated "NO" I explained we asked for help over a half hour before, then he softened his voice and explained they get busy spurts...I understand busy, but the lady that told us she would be right with us could have explained that they are very busy and it might be a wait, instead we walked up and got a pretty rude "NO", at the point the gentleman stated that I explained to him we had already waited 1/2 hour, then I left. My fiance bought a few of the precut Dalias then we left...I wouldn't have bought anything from the gentleman, but if one of the super nice ladies was there I would have been happy to buy some from them. It was an overall bittersweet experience. The gentleman needs to learn customer service skills.

I appreciate the ladies that were all helping out as much as they could that day...it was busy! The Dahlias are beautiful and we look forward to returning to see the new cooler and pickup some more fresh flowers! I want to thank the owner (I am assuming) for reaching back out to me, I love that they care enough to respond and we really loved this place...so we will return soon. 😁
