"Don’t let the name fool you — we’re not looking at a Tex-Mex restaurant, but at a very refined and conceptual one. The menu actually is as short as a haiku and is often changed. It usually contains traditional Bulgarian dishes prepared in a new and unexpected way. The same twists are applied to the exquisite cocktails menu. Food+cocktails — we’re in!" - Next Digital Creative

Don't get fooled by the exterior, this place is amazing. Not only they offer great cocktails (go for the sangria, it's better than sangria in Spain) but the food is spectacular. The menu descriptions don't do justice on the food: looks mazing, smells fantastic and tastes out of this world. A well hidden jewel!

This place had the most amazing food and cocktails. Chef came out to chat us up and see how we enjoyed the BFC. Skipped dessert and grabbed another cocktail.

The place is interesting, the ambiance is very relaxing, the menu is combination of local traditional products served as in gourmet style (in my opinion the gourmet part rise the expectation and puts special attention to the combination of flavors on each dish). Here is what had and what is our opinion - Duck crocket - top dish choice; Tapama - not bed with the crispy bread, but the lemon was overtaking the whole dish; Guvech - also good, but the home made sausage was extreamly salty and was killing all other flavors; Pod details cream is nice and the wine is 5 stars. The stuff is friendly and promotes casual conversations with clients - we were charged with the bill of the table next to us, but after noticing, everything was fixed. Prices are a bit in the high end for Sofia, but the experience is worth it.

I went there with my colleagues for a team lunch. The food was good with some interesting choices. They have a lunch menu, which is reasonably priced and a normal menu - usually quite a bit more expensive. My main problem was with the service - we had to wait quite a while before they took our order, even though there were 3 or 4 other tables. And then after some more waiting they show up and tell us the main course from the lunch menu is all gone and that they can replace it with something else. What I found unusual is that there were no more than 10 other customers and most of them weren't eating said dish. Anyway, we had to wait a lot for the check also, so we didn't exactly leave very satisfied.

The place is just amazing. The food is of exceptional quality. The original recepies are inspired by the story of the founders, which adds even more pleasure to the unique experience if you happen to listen to the dishes presentation by the other owner, who is the chef's brother. The personnel is welcoming and very professional. The service is very organized and disciplined just adding to the great value one will have for their money. Speaking of which, the place is suited for ~60-90 BGN for dinner for two and also has very attractive lunch menus. Cocktails are just amazing. For the wine lovers, I can recommend the Sangria, which is the best one I ever had (better than in Spain!)

I simply love this place! :) I've been here so many times that the minimalistic urban atmosphere feels like home. ☺️The food is an amazing fusion between styles and cuisines, but the products they use are fresh, from the local farmers. Menu changes with the season. They mix their own signature cocktails to pair the food with (the Bloody Marry is the best in Sofia), but you can also find a nice short wine list, and a really good choice of craft beers. Coffee and desserts are also great! Ah, and the brunches in the weekends rock!

Amazing cocktails, tasty dishes and great service. Atmosphere is nice and the place has a clean and modern interior. The menu contains a nice selection of dishes and is regularly updated with seasonal ingredients. Would definitely visit again.

Very nice and cozy place, with great cuisine. Menu list is very small, but every meal is special and displayed in an interesting way. There are also vegetarian options. The restaurant offers amazing cocktails.
