The Hari Hong Kong

We had a wonderful stay at The Hari Hong Kong. The room was stylish, comfortable, and immaculate, and the service throughout was consistently excellent. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive.||On our final day, a typhoon hit Hong Kong, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and cared for. They generously extended our check-out time so we wouldn’t have to wait in the storm, and the concierge assistant, Kyo Tong, was especially outstanding. He helped us navigate transportation during the extreme weather, gave us practical advice, and even prepared us for potential taxi price surges. Thanks to him, we made it to the airport safely and without stress.||We felt completely at ease during our stay, and we’re truly grateful for the hospitality and care shown by the team. Highly recommend!

The staff and management were very welcoming. They accommodated my requests and were great to deal with…even during a typhoon. ||While the storm raged outside, there was food and drink in the lobby and the crew was really attentive. ||They found lost items for me and stated to remember me by name and remember my orders and preferences. ||Just a great experience.

The Hari Hong Kong has become my go-to hotel whenever I am in the city, particularly due to its convenient proximity to the China Visa Application Centre in Wan Chai. Beyond location, the hotel consistently delivers across all key areas: the rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed; the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful; and the overall atmosphere strikes the right balance between modern sophistication and warm hospitality. Whether for business or a short stay, The Hari maintains a high and reliable standard.

Hari HK has very high standards. From the moment I had stepped in, the concierge guys helped me. The front desk team and service team were also excellent. The King's room is very comfortable with King's size bed and marble walls.|I will also like to convey my thanks to Nic from Concierge for his excellent service.

We stayed at The Hari Hong Kong in May/ June 2025. The hotel is very central on Hong Kong Island, although you need to walk to subway approx. 750 m. It’s a lovely (I would like to say boutique hotel) and the interior is very beautiful with a lot of details. The staff is very helpful and supports you wherever they can. Just some things I would like to point out. Rooms: Yes, I know, rooms are small in Hong Kong and space is precious. But these rooms are really small. So choose wisely what you bring, because you still need to go shopping ;-) Breakfast: Actually the breakfast is very nice. It’s a combination of a la carte and buffet. But i would appreciate when there would be more choices of cheese and ham (at least more then one). Especially in a 5 star hotel. Bar/ Restaurant: The bar is also very nice, especially the small outdoor area. But one time, we were rejected at 23.15 although last call is at 23.30. After a short discussion we got a table but only beer or water was offered to us due to the fact that the bar was already closed!? Sorry, that’s a no go! Anyway, all in all it’s a nice and central Hotel with some little points to improve. Thank you

Hello, I stayed at your hotel in July for two nights and paid a deposit of around $100 per night at check-in. I was told the deposit would be refunded to my card immediately after check-out. However, it’s been two weeks since I checked out, and I still haven’t received the refund. Could you please look into this matter and let me know when I can expect the deposit to be returned? Having a birthday staycation during typhoon. It was signal 10 when i check in=]|The team of Concierge and Front desk, especially Almond and Tan. They made me have a wonderful typhoon night…….|But i think the shower is too strong and not adjustable and the water tape is too far from the sink.|Other than that, it is perfect. Looking forward to stay again

Hotel is clean and nice. Location is convenient. Slightly small but decent for HK. Can fit one 28inch luggage open no issue. Is our second time staying there love it. Just maybe need more hook for clothes.
