The Harmonie Vienna, BW Premier Collection by Best Western

Lovely rooms, clean, quiet. Had a great night sleep. Breakfast buffet was nice. Helpful staff at the reception. Pretty good location - easily connected with inner circle via tram (2 min walk) and bus (10 min walk). Would stay here again.

This hotel is situated uo a quiet street within a 30 minute walk to the city centre. There are numerous tram and underground stops about 10 minutes away.||We were greeted by Luise on reception who was brilliant. She was friendly and welcoming. She gave us loads of information, made sure that the breakfast people knew we needed gluten free and tracked down my Rewards account. ||Breakfast was buffet style with a large variety of food.||Afternoon tea and cake was a nice touch and provided a welcome break between morning and evening markets.||Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean with tea and coffee. I was provided with a little jug of milk for my tea which fitted in the fridge.||I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

Great boutique hotel with one of the best soundproofing in rooms that i've booked lately. Nice breakfast with some a la carte options as well. Every staff member is super polite. Afternoon tea and bisquits is a nice touch. Quiet location, but still walkable to main attractions. Much better than similary priced "historical" hotels in the area.

This is our second time at the Harmonie Hotel and we were very pleased again. The location is convnient, very close to the D tram line. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The staff at the service desk are super friensly and the breakfast has something for everyone. No complaints!

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel experience! Beautiful rooms, great location….but the staff! They were impeccable; quick with directions, suggestions, my partner was sick one day and they offered soup, tea, etc. Breakfast was yummy! The ballet theme was heartwarming as my daughter studied dance for many years! Do yourself a favor and spend some time at the Harmonie!

The hotel itself was beautiful and excelled in service - from the lovely afternoon tea and cakes reception to speedy help with all our requests. Someone even helped us arrange breakfast boxes to go and book a last-minute day tour after our previously booked tour fell apart. You can also buy public transportation tickets right from the front desk staff. The breakfast buffet was just phenomenal, with attentive table service for custom coffees. Standard room was rather small with no particular view to speak of, but nicely and efficiently laid out and quiet. Very cute.The bathtub was unusually narrow - injured myself against the faucet getting out of it- and there was no bidet which I was surprised not to see in a nicer Austrian hotel, otherwise it had the convenience of both a tub and shower, good lighting and the heated towel racks were a nice touch. We had initial issues with our iron misfunctioning, found the door a little difficult to shut/lock completely (you had to pull shut hard so we accidentally left it ajar one night) and found the room service menu limited and a bit eclectic, but that’s really the only critique we had. The location is quiet and safe, largely residential with a few little restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store a short walk away. It was about a 10-12 minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn station, which was a bit of a drag after a long day of walking, but manageable. Only a few stops away from the heart of Vienna. The hotel itself is on a narrow one way street, which I thought might be an issue with unloading and loading luggage, but it was fine, being a more quiet street tucked into a neighborhood. Overall, great value for our money, with attentive staff really working hard to ensure a good experience for guests. With the proximity to transportation being my only hesitation, I would absolutely stay at this hidden gem again!

The rooms don’t have soundproofing and you can hear any noise from the bathrooms of your neighbors. Also the entry door and the door from the bathroom have a gap between the floor and the door. The breakfast could be better. I appreciate that they have local and bio ingredients, but not too many options. Other than these, we can’t complain. Service very good and quiet location, but still close to the city center. Also very close to public transport.

We have travelled to 10-12 major countries in Europe and this was by far the best hotel in Europe(great value for money). We will definitely stay in the same hotel if we visit Vienna again. The breakfast(included in the price) was very tasty and had lot of variety. The staff at the breakfast area and at the reception was very friendly. The person at the reception even loaded my luggage in the van when departing the hotel for the airport and he had also fixed an electrical issue in the room within 10 minutes of reporting it. The location is also great - in a quiet street but at the same time within 15 minute walking distance to the city center. Also has few decent restaurants within walking distance. They also serve free pastries and Tea every day from 2/3pm to 6pm and the pastries were very tasty. Strongly recommend this hotel in Vienna.

Located on a on-way street, this very clean and smartly-decorated Hotel is part of the Best Western Hotel Rewards system. The staff is top-notch; always working hard, very easy to approach and always courteous, and the lobby amenities are a really nice touch. The room is comfortable, bathroom is just large enough, and the bed is easy to sleep in. The tub-shower was a little hard to get used to. The adjustable spray nozzle was mounted on the wall facing the bathroom door, with a very short glass window to block overspray. It was a cramped space for a shower while trying to keep the floor dry. Also, the hose connection for the sprayer was leaking at the tub faucet connection. My height, and the need for sprayer to be moved higher could have contributed to this. This tub-shower setup should be reevaluated. Overall, it was still a very nice stay.

Just a completely professional experience. The breakfast was quite good and the staff very accommodating.

Giving the slant to 5 stars. Staff was Excellent from reception, room stewards, to buffet staff. On par with Japan service. Paid for a suite but modest by suite standards but price was reasonable. Breakfast was good with self serve buffet which included prosecco and fresh made juices. I used the gym which was very small but not common among many hotels in the area.

Our stay at The Harmonie was perfect. We asked for a room with a bath, and we got it. The room was lovely and very clean. Three minute walk to the tram that takes you to everything like the art history museum and the biggest shopping street. The whole area is beautiful and quiet. The people working at the front desk gave us great tips for food and helped us with all questions. The breakfast was delicious, healthy and varied. We had to leave early to go to the airport and the amazing staff opened the breakfast earlier for us. That is good service!!! Loads of great restaurants immediate vicinity. This is the perfect hotel for a long weekend in Vienna, and I'm quite picky too be honest.

Just wanted to take the time to write a quick update on this Hotel which has some the friendliest and helpful staff of any hotel we have stayed at. We had stayed here a few years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it so choosing The Harmonie again was an easy decision. The hotel is situated a little out of the center but the neighborhood is quiet and away from the hectic pace in the center. Also the transportation system in Vienna is excellent, the tram stop is just a two minute walk away. From there you can get anywhere in the city. The Hotel rooms and bathrooms are good size, very clean and well appointed. WIFI is free and fast. There is afternoon tea and a snack available, you may take this for granted, Don't because after a day of walking and sightseeing the afternoon tea and cake was something to look forward to. What sets the Harmonie apart is the friendly and helpful staff who help with everything, questions on transportation, sights, dining, customs, maps, you name it and the staff will take the time to help. We hope to visit Vienna again (our favorite city in Europe) and for sure we will be staying at The Harmonie!

It gives us great pleasure to hop on the happy wagon about this hotel and its truly superior staff. The staff is amongst the best we have had the pleasure of interacting with anywhere in the world. Stefan stands out as "concierge exceptional!" Marvelous breakfast each morning, tea and cake in the afternoon, and lots of other perks. Could not pay this price for better. We read reviews on lots of sites before booking this hotel and the rave reviews were all 100% accurate. Well done Harmonie Wein!!!!

A really great small motel off the beaten path in Vienna but still convenient to the center of the city and most attractions. My room was modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent a/c in the heat of the Viennese summer. Breakfast was awesome, with an amazing variety of food items, all fresh and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and responsive. When I got there from the airport, it seemed that the hotel was not convenient and I was going to change to a closer-in place. But the tram and the bus were right up the street, and I liked the quiet ambience of the residential neighborhood.

Nice, quiet, well appointed rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality! Not too far from the the hustle and bustle, with decent restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay there on my next visit. A real value!

Stayed here recently for a business trip, 3 nights. Rooms and facilities are modern, clean and I would rate the hotel as one of the best I've stayed in. The staff are very nice and welcoming and happy to help with any questions you have about the area. The location is perfect and on a nice quiet street so you get a good nights sleep yet you are within walking distance or short train/tram ride to all the major attractions/restaurants/etc. If coming back to Vienna for a personal stay I will be booking this hotel.
