The Harmonie Vienna, BW Premier Collection by Best Western

The hotel is located in a quiet part of Vienna about half an hour’s comfortable walk to the busier sections of the city. The rooms were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The complementary tea and cakes in the afternoon were very much appreciated. Special mention must be made of the very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel, for whom nothing was too much of a problem. We stayed for four days to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were very pleasantly surprised when the staff presented her with a birthday cake during breakfast, this was a very nice touch. Should we return to Vienna we would certainly look to stay at the Harmonie. Thank you very much.

A group of us stayed at The Harmonie for a week. Lovely and cosy hotel. Buffet Breakfast and an a la carte breakfast menu are included as part of the stay. Great team and love the room. Comfortable bed. I requested for a non carpeted room and they accommodated. Great location and close to Uni of Vienna. Walking distance to the inner city and tram line is close by. In spite that we began our story with a mistake in the room assigned - we were hosted in a room superior to the one we had booked - we could stay in that room one night, and the day after they helped us with moving to another room, so we didn't have to move our stuff at all.|the next day they helped us recommending and booking a restaurant for our last night's dinner. |They were really kind and helpful, so I only can say that the service was above our expectations, after so many years staying in hotels all over Europe.

The Harmonie is a wonderful hotel and I highly recommend. The staff are excellent. The rooms are comfortable. The morning breakfast service is outstanding. My entire family enjoyed our week long stay at the hotel. I very much feel The Harmonie is a tremendous value for the dollar.

Outstanding hotel experience from check-in to check out. The front desk staff there were the friendliest people we met in Vienna. The hotel is conveniently located just north of the Ringstrasse and the D tram is nearby making it a fantastic location outside the throngs of crowds with easy access to the first district. The hotel and bedrooms are in sparkling condition and the breakfast buffet is very good. Would stay here again - great value, fair room prices.

The hotel isn't perfect, but it's good. The rooms are not well maintained, the cups are not so clean. But everything will be fixed if you ask for it. The staff is great and will help you with everything. The breakfast has oats and nuts as a vegan breakfast. There is also vegan yogurt, cupcakes and milk. The hotel buys good coffee beans, but the extraction is bad and the coffee will not taste so good. Both tram and subway stations are available nearby. Between 5 to 15 minutes walk. You can use the tram to reach the subway. The hotel provides great shower products. The water pressure is great. But if someone flushes the toilet in the same room, your temperature will spike. There is no electric socket near the sofa. No coffee table near the sofa. So cuddling in front of a show on the laptop will be complicated. The blackout curtains are of medium quality. The smaller rooms without a sofa have an electric shatter that will let you sleep in. Acoustic insulation is not so good. You will not hear other people talk. But you will hear the steps of the people in the room above. Doors need to be forcefully shut, which causes loud noises. All in all, we had fun, but there are some sour spots that can be corrected. And seems like effort is being made.

Stayed here a week, would stay again. Really cozy room with a nice desk and chair for doing work. Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, great service. Location is out of the way of the main area but right next to the D line tram. Quiet at night, clean, great value for money. Wifi was fast.

Betlina was also incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself is a haven of comfort. The bed linens are of superb quality, guaranteeing a restful sleep, and the shower has excellent water pressure—just what’s needed after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was a daily highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices. Christina from the food and beverage team made the experience even better with her attentive service. The afternoon tea, complete with an assortment of delightful cakes, was a wonderful touch that made our stay even more special. While the daily storage could be a bit more organized, the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were impeccable, thanks to the hard work of Adel from housekeeping. The location is another major advantage, with easy access to various public transportation options, making it simple to explore Vienna. Overall, The Harmonie Vienna provided an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.
