A delightful place to stay. The Queens University is a 5 to 10 minute walk away, so this was extremely convenient for a conference I was attending. The room had comfy bed, a strong, hot and easy to operate shower, a desk, and a kettle with fresh coffee and tea that is restocked daily.||The breakfast spread was full of freshly made, local foods. In addition to a selection of yogurt, croissants, breads and cheeses, there are cooked to order eggs, pancakes, porridge, and more. Like the distinctive rooms, the dining lounge is full of charm and character. There was live music in the evenings.||The staff are very welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. When we had a 7 AM start one day, they opened the breakfast service early so that we could eat. In addition to restaurant recommendations, they shared stories of Belfast's history and notable personages with us. Since I didn't have time for much tourism during my trip, the history shared was enlightening and helped me better understand the city.
