There are so many Japanese restaurants in Cambodia and they are all good and represent incredible value for money.
The Hashi is exceptionally good. Lovely space, great service and really good food.

Very good sushi. Good service. Little bit higher prices but nothing too expensive.

Everything delicious! Specially the Toro Nigiri. We ordered: salmon new style (amazing), hamachi sushi, maguro sushi, sake aburi sushi, spicy tuna hand roll and rock and roll. The roll with a lot os salmon, very nice and soft.

Do not order the grilled eggplant.
Would have given a 2-star rating in other countries but this restaurant has a good standard considering its location. Overall an okay experience because the staff and atmosphere are great. Just felt the sushi had a stronger-than-normal fishy taste, the ramen was just acceptable, one of the cocktails was diluted, and the grilled eggplant was not great (to put it mildly).

Best Japanese food in Siem Reap. Sushi are very nice, and their ramen soup is a thing to crave for, especially during rainy season. The staffs are hospitable, however, it get crowded during holiday season. Would recommend for those who enjoy Japan-vibe restaurant.

We enjoyed our dinner here. We had some salads, “tebasaki” or chicken wings, “mixed tempura” or fried veggies and prawns, “saba sashimi” or vinegar mackerel, “sushi” or rolled rice, and some steamed rice. All tasty and delicious. Good, fast and friendly service.
