Excellent facilities, super friendly staff and extremely well maintained. I am very happy with the quality of the facilities here. This place is very clean and the staff does a great job. I have a monthly membership and have not stayed in the rooms, so I can’t speak to that. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great gym withsome great Jacuzzis and scenic grounds. It’s also very quiet because it’s away from the main road. I highly recommend.

This is a quiet hotel, no children allowed. It is very nice, has indoor pool, nice gym, exercise room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor spas and nice garden.

It is more a B&B than a hotel. Breakfast only starts @8, impossible to eat something in the afternoon, the main parts of the hotel are closed at eight. Strong parts are the garden and the fitness. The spa is very weird as you are sitting in a sauna while people are going to the bathroom, seeing you sitting behind the glass…

The Haven exceeded our expectations. Our room was tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and was maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. |All of the staff where friendly, kind and professional. We both booked a massage, which I can honestly say was one of the best massages I have had , we felt so relaxed afterwards, and it also helped soothe our aching muscles from two days of hiking. |The gardens are beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on our terrace admiring the gardens and listening to all of the birds. Well located for Boquete with ample parking. Definitely recommend the Haven.

What an amazing stay at The Haven ! The property is simply wonderful , nested on a quiet hill not too far from town. Friendly and professional staff. Manicured grounds with a creek running through the property , outdoors jacuzzi , daily yoga lessons and healthy food. The fact that it is adults-only makes it even more special and exclusive. Strongly recommended. We will be back soon !

I have a membership and get to use the current pool and hot tubs. Extremely tranquila environment. Hot dry sauna is nice. Let the staff know 15 minutes ahead of time and they will have it warmed up for you. Steam sauna too. Very nice workout room to get you started! 2 free coffee or tea is available. They also have a nice little lunch counter. Beautiful grounds and outdoor private hot tub. Get your zen on. They have guided work outs like Tai chi, low impact and high impact workout room with a teacher for a few bucks a visit.

Please please please save yourself and don’t book this hotel it’s so expensive and not worth the money! The rooms are very old and dated and cramped. There’s nowhere to put your suitcase. The sheets and pillows are unbelievably uncomfortable. My light switch didn’t work instead I had to use a switch on the fan on the ceiling. The bathroom is absolutely tiny and has mould. The restaurant isn’t open in the evening. The spa isn’t open on Sunday for massages. Classes in the studio are at extra cost. The staff are incredibly rude, other than the team that make breakfast who are incredibly sweet. But the woman at reception would frown and be rude every time you asked for anything. It’s a ten/ fifteen minute walk into town. The gym and outdoor hot tub are the only redeeming factors.

What a beautiful small boutique hotel, wonderfully located walking distance to the center of Boquete. Of course there is a wonderful parking lot if you did bring a car. And the incredibly helpful staff is always available to assist in getting one of the very low cost taxis to help get you around. The grounds are so very beautiful and exactly what you would hope for in a rainforest resort. We did not use the spa amenities but our friends did…..massage, facial and treatments….loved them all. Pool and yoga classes did not get used by us but only because we were here for too short a time and there was so much about the area we wanted to experience. There are many wonderful little seating areas around the property to enjoy the visuals of the hillsides around you. The dining was UNBELIEVABLY great. Food was amazing and the presentation was elegant. The staff was not only friendly but also fun and accommodating. There were 5 of us with different likes and timing……Alex and his team made us feel like we were long awaited return clients. The hotel staff was friendly, kind and very helpful as we all had different ideas of the experiences we wanted. The room was fantastic and well appointed as well, including a refrigerator incase you bring wonderful treats from town.
