Loved, loved, loved this spot! We stayed at 3 different locations while visiting Boquete and this was my favorite one. The hotel itself is extremely peaceful and the breakfast is outstanding! Staff is extremely attentive and friendly.
The only negative is they sell memberships to their pool and gym so that took away from the experience a bit. If we ever come back to Boquete we will stay here again!

We enjoyed our 6 night stay and partaking in some of the spa features. The room was nice but on the small side. The policy that you sign off on regarding items in the room (towels etc.) started our visit off feeling like we were at odds with the hotel. Some days two small towels were not replaced and we kept letting the front desk know so they wouldn't charge us for them. It didn't end up being a problem but we were unsure of the outcome until the end of our visit. We had some small ants/bugs get into some of our food we left on the counter. After that we put any food we had in the fridge and didn't have any other issues.
Geraldo was awesome and provided us with a great breakfast of eggs, fresh fruit, toast and marmalade. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

I joined this spa last week. One of the most beautiful places I have been to. Great work out room, steam, sauna, pool , jacuzzi, massage. Staff are amazing. Cleanest place . If you're in Boquete it is a must visit.

Excellent facilities, super friendly staff and extremely well maintained. I am very happy with the quality of the facilities here. This place is very clean and the staff does a great job. I have a monthly membership and have not stayed in the rooms, so I can’t speak to that. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great gym withsome great Jacuzzis and scenic grounds. It’s also very quiet because it’s away from the main road. I highly recommend.

This is a quiet hotel, no children allowed. It is very nice, has indoor pool, nice gym, exercise room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor spas and nice garden.

The Haven exceeded our expectations. Our room was tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and was maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. |All of the staff where friendly, kind and professional. We both booked a massage, which I can honestly say was one of the best massages I have had , we felt so relaxed afterwards, and it also helped soothe our aching muscles from two days of hiking. |The gardens are beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on our terrace admiring the gardens and listening to all of the birds. Well located for Boquete with ample parking. Definitely recommend the Haven.

I have a membership and get to use the current pool and hot tubs. Extremely tranquila environment. Hot dry sauna is nice. Let the staff know 15 minutes ahead of time and they will have it warmed up for you. Steam sauna too. Very nice workout room to get you started! 2 free coffee or tea is available. They also have a nice little lunch counter. Beautiful grounds and outdoor private hot tub. Get your zen on. They have guided work outs like Tai chi, low impact and high impact workout room with a teacher for a few bucks a visit.

It is more a B&B than a hotel. Breakfast only starts @8, impossible to eat something in the afternoon, the main parts of the hotel are closed at eight. Strong parts are the garden and the fitness. The spa is very weird as you are sitting in a sauna while people are going to the bathroom, seeing you sitting behind the glass…
