The Hotel has a great attitude. The service really kind and serve you all your belongings. We recommend to book the view to the Pool, because the streets are really busy. The service on the pool is on point. Especially Adi makes you feel comfortable!

Very much enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel! Was lucky enough to score a free upgrade and the suite was huge! Comfy bed and beautiful outlook over the tropical gardens/pool. Thank you Ade and Eka for your wonderful service and hospitality. Will be back for sure.

This is my second time staying here, and once again, everything was beyond amazing! The rooms are clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, and the food is just wow — truly delicious! A special thank you to Yudhi, who made my stay even more memorable. He is incredibly kind, generous, and helpful — such a genuine and warm and handsome person. His hospitality made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Yudhi, and the whole team! Mas Ade is really helpful throughout my stay at the Haven.. this hotel has so many activities if you are staying at suite room! Had a free cocktail party, afternoon tea, and small but decent breakfast! ONE THING MISSING is only that the swimming pool water is too cold, it’d be nice if there is a bit of water heater… that’s all!

Absolutely amazing experience! This is by far one of the best 4-star hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service was outstanding — the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was elegant, spotless, and offered a stunning view. The facilities, including the pool and restaurant, were top-notch. I especially loved the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. Truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay

We had such an amazing experience! Adi JR went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable. He helped us with everything — from poolside service to booking our massages and making sure we had everything we needed. He was so friendly, attentive, and always available whenever we needed something. Truly made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We love The Haven! We are currently here and are so impressed with everything. The service is second to none - if a staff member sees you carrying something, they are immediately there to take it for you. Everyone greets you with a beautiful genuine happy smile. Rooms are cleaned every day if not advised otherwise. Pool is beautiful with a few toys for kids and adults to float around with. Restaurant is quite cheap and offers different cuisines depending on the night. Tonight was Balinese buffet. Tuesday night is Italian buffet. Both nights have music, tonight had a traditional Balinese performance. We will definitely always stay here and highly recommend. Also had interactions with Yuda Adi Jr in the gym who I had a lovely chat with.

Good choice if you are staying in Seminyak. Easy walk to the beach and all food and services are nearby. Hotel is not upgraded, but everything is maintained and works well. I recommend an upgrade to the suites given the price difference. Thank you to staff Vina for such excellent work and problem solving to get me a better room on check-in.
