THE HAVEN Bali Seminyak

From the moment I arrived at Haven Suites Bali, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that set the tone for a perfect getaway. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed, spacious suites that offer both comfort and luxury. The pool and overall ambiance made for an incredibly relaxing experience. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service from Sarah. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, always greeting me with a smile and offering thoughtful recommendations. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend Haven Suites Bali to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat. Thanks to Sarah and the amazing team, I will definitely be returning!

The rooms are decent - but the service of this hotel is enough to overcome everything else that is good about this place. Never have I seen such unaccommodating hotel staff. 1. We went for breakfast, and were then told to buzz off back to our rooms because we were wearing the slippers provided by the hotel! And mind you, this is a big property. It takes 10 minutes to reach the reception from our room. So we were sent back, and then we came back, only to find breakfast is almost closed. 2. We ordered water to drink, and this is the first time in my 200+ hotel stay that I was asked to first go to the reception (again a 20 min back and forth walk) and pay. EVERY HOTEL IN THE WORLD ALLOWS TO PAY AT CHECK OUT OR PAY WHEN THE ITEM IS DELIVERED. 3. I was showering - and the water supply STOPPED. They gave no solution. It was said that we sent a notice, but the notice was for 1-2 PM, and they stopped the supply at 12 PM. Just two examples of how we faced issues with the terrible service of this hotel. If you are someone who likes good rooms and do not care about the service, go ahead. If you are someone like me for whom service is of greater importance, DO NOT STAY HERE.

We got a free upgrade from a premier room pool view to a bedroom apartment in Haven Suites. It was a nice gesture from the hotel to give us the best stay experience. The food quality was average and the selection was few. My only complaint was the floor in my bedroom felt not being cleaned thoroughly and it left a weird feeling on my feet but it wasn't significant and I could just wear the slippers. The location is also great since it only took 5 minutes to the double six beach.

We had an amazing stay at The Haven in Seminyak! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. Indra and Komana were especially helpful when we arrived late at around 2 a.m. — their warm welcome and assistance made us feel right at home. They even upgraded our room, which was such a pleasant surprise. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Seminyak!

Of all the hotels I went to during my stay in bali, this hotel is the most hospitable of them all. The rooms were amazingly good. The staffs were so kind to me. Specially, I am very thankful to Deny, a staff in the hotel for his hospitality. Kindest person of my entire visit. I am most thankful to all the help he provided me with in making my stay and trip. If I ever were to visit bali again, it is mostly because of him. Overall, I think that choosing this hotel was one of the best choice I made in my visit to bali.

Amazing staff and stay. We stayed in one of the two room villas which was fantastic and had its own pool and huge bath. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Didn’t matter what we asked they addressed it straight away. One of my group got a bit sick and they sent ginger tea and a light meal straight to the room. A big thank you to Desi and the amazing staff. The location though not tight in the beach was only a 5 -10 minute walk down the road. Close to the Bintang supermarket and some great shops and restaurants. Would definitely return.

Great five-night stay! Friendly staff and prompt service when I requested a room change. Loved the extensive breakfast buffet with both international and local dishes. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be back!

The suite was big enough for the four of us. Breakfast at Lemon Cello every morning was a great start to the day. Especially Sugi and his staff, great service. The hotel was in a good location not too far from the beach and shopping strip
