The Henry is located in central Bath, very convenient for all attractions, public parking is opposite and very convenient, @£12 for 24 hours which is the norm. Correspondence with Christina was excellent pre check in and access was very easy on arrival. The room and shower were rather small, possibly might be better as a single, however it was spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need was provided. It was very quiet, bed very comfortable and good bedlinen, so we slept well and breakfast was superb, great choice with good quality ingredients cooked to a high standard. We would definitely stay again if in Bath.

We stayed at The Henry for a wedding on New Year's Eve and it was the perfect location for the 5 min walk to The Guildhall where the Reception was held. We had a small double room on the second floor (not so good for people with limited mobility to climb the stairs but fine for us!) and it was very clean and comfortable with some cupboard space and a small ensuite shower. The cooked breakfast was AMAZING, very generous portions and there was also cereal, fruit, pain au chocolat, toast and the lovely staff were happy to provide things which were not on the menu if they had it! Perfect if you are out sightseeing all day! The arrangements which Christina made with us before our arrival were clear and very helpful and made staying there very easy. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We were looking for a place to stay to visit the Bath Christmas Market, and The Henry was the perfect place. The location is excellent. You are a street away from the main shopping area, but Henry Street itself was very quiet.|The communication from Christina regarding our remote check-in was detailed, so we knew what to expect. |The room itself was clean and very comfortable, and you can never go wrong with a Biscoff!|Breakfast was very generous, and caters for every requirement. We really enjoyed starting with the fresh fruit so didn't feel so guilty about having the full english afterwards! |We have stayed in other locations in Bath, but The Henry will be our go-to for any furture visits. Thank you Christina.

A perfect place to stay in Bath. We picked this guest house as it was close to a public car park and within walking distance to the shops, Christmas market and places of interest. Before arriving we had really good communications from Christina on everything we needed to know about our arrival, so everything went smoothly. Our room was lovely and cosy, we loved the armchairs to rest in before going out in the evening. (much better than having to sit on the bed). The hospitality tray was welcome with tasty biscuits and good tea. I had a lovely night’s sleep, the bed was so comfy I would have been happy to stay there longer but breakfast called. Oh what a breakfast, there was enough to fill the most hungry of travellers. The fruit salad was the best I’ve had in a hotel, there was even hot cross buns (I’ve always said they should be available all year round) All in all we had the most wonderful stay. We will be back but for longer next time.

Fabulous location. Wonderful room We stayed in room 2 on the first floor ( second floor in US). A small room overlooking a green space with old world buildings. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Kettle with everything you need was very nice. |Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and generous!|Shower was very nice with great water pressure. Hostess was friendly and warm. We really enjoyed our stay and Bath has so much to offer.

Very conveniently located with a handy car park nearby. Good instructions for check-in and clear but not excessive communication before our arrival. Comfortable room which was just what we needed for a couple of nights in Bath, and breakfast served by a helpful and cheerful host in the morning. Ticked all the boxes!

The Henry was a fantastic 5-star experience for both my daughter and me. I visited Bath to spend time with her after she recently enrolled at Bath Spa University, and our three-night stay couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was lovely, breakfasts were delightful, and Christina’s warm welcome made us feel right at home. The Henry’s location was ideal, with the bus station nearby and the town center just a short walk away. I will 100% be back and next time will bring my husband who I know will love The Henry just as much as we did. Thank you Christina for your welcome and kindness shown to my daughter. See you again next year! All the best, Lisa & Millie x

Yelp
I originally booked the Henry Guest House as it was one of the most economical places in Bath, England that also received great reviews. Upon check in there was an envelope with my name on it in the hallway that had a few maps and a list of things to see as well as my key. Although I arrived early (12noon), I was able to check into my room which was nice as I got to refresh before going out. The rooms are painted a soft grey that made them feel warm and homey. My bed was comfortable and my bathroom an ample size with great towels. One of the innkeepers was kind enough to drag my heavy, large suitcase up the stairs and pack me a great breakfast (fruit, yogurt, muffin) for the road as I had an early tour in the morning and would miss the hour breakfast time they offer. Location is perfect, easy walking to the train station, sites and restaurants!

Yelp
We had a wonderful stay. On our last day we wanted to stay longer and sleep one more night in the very comfortable bed. However we did get up because a full breakfast was waiting. Our room was small but comfortable. Two comfortable chairs to sit in. A nice view of the garden in back which was very quiet. The only noise we heard was the tweet of birds -- nice. Very friendly place and in the center of town. We could walk to many places to eat and places of interests. Fast WiFi. Would return anytime.

Yelp
What a treat. My friend and I spent one night here but would have gladly spent more. We both loved our rooms on the first flight although her larger room was a little noisy as it was on the street side. Mine faced the garden and was full of charm. Large paned window, lovely linens and upholstered chair; wood floor in bath. Comfortable bed. Great location, short walk to Abbey and Roman Baths. Owners both present and gave us helpful tips (DO the free walking tour offered by the Mayors Corp of Volunteers). Breakfast room was bright and food was delicious. Would return in a heartbeat and it seemed a good value at £85.

Yelp
We had the under the stairs apartment which perfectly accommodated our party. The living space was large and quite functional with a flat screen tv, although the DVD player did not work. The full service kitchen came in very handy and breakfast was brought to our room the day before while we were out sightseeing. The location downstairs from Mai Thai is convenient as well. Only complaints are that the basement bedroom smelled very musty (then again, it is a basement) and the basement shower did not drain properly.

Yelp
Very nice room, well appointed. The bed linens were high quality. The bathroom was clean, small. Breakfast was quite good (although the guest seated at the next table stuck her hand in the container of granola to coax it out faster) (not the fault of the hotel, obviously). Great location and reasonably quiet.
