"How did it strike you on arrival?Manzil has all the trapping of a boutique hotel with contemporary influences and touches that make it distinctly Dubai. It’s a smaller property, but the lobby is comfortable and adjacent to a relaxing terrace. Think neutral stucco, olive trees, and furniture awash in cream and gray. You’ll notice Arabian touches throughout. Nice. What’s the crowd like?Given the hotel’s proximity to Burj Khalifa and other Dubai must-sees, it attracts everyone from families and couples to solo travelers. The good stuff: Tell us about your room.Deluxe Rooms are on the smaller side, but airy and bright with crisp white linens, grey carpeting, big windows, and Arabian-inspired murals above the headboards. If you want a view, upgrade to a Deluxe Burj View room. We’re craving some deep, restorative sleep. They got us?Beds and linens are comfy and plush, but pillows are on the flatter side. Ideal for some sleepers, but not for others. How about the little things, like mini bar, or shower goodies. Any of that find its way into your suitcase?Rooms are rife with outlets and come with everything you'd need in a hotel room: ironing board, hair dryer, in-room safe, robes, slippers, and a well-stocked minibar. Please tell us the bathroom won’t let us down.Doorless bathrooms open directly into the room, so take note if you like your privacy. Toiletries are by Lorenso Villoresi. Maybe the most important topic of all: Wi-Fi. What’s the word?Wifi is fast and free throughout. Room service: Worth it?Room service food don’t quite match up to the quality of what's served elsewhere in the hotel, but breakfast is served until 11am (a rarity in early-rising Dubai!) so hopefully you can rouse yourself before then. Staff: If you could award one a trophy, who gets it, and why?Upon your arrival, the staff greets you with a hot cup of Arabian coffee and a fresh date—a perfect pick-me-up for a road-weary traveler. Anything stand out about other services and features? Whether it’s childcare, gyms, spas, even parking—whatever stuck with you. There’s a free shuttle to Dubai Mall and nearby beaches. The on-site pool is small and regularly too cold to swim in, but uncrowded. Bottom line: worth it, and why? There are certainly more glamorous properties in Dubai, but Manzil Downtown wins out for its Arabian authenticity. Get a room with a view and enjoy the proximity to the mall and other favorite sites." - Laura Ratliff

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly without exception. My room was quite large and very comfortable. It had a nice view from the windows. The breakfast offered freshly cooked eggs, omelettes etc plus the usual buffet offerings. I also experienced an Iftar banquet which was divine. I can certainly recommend the Heritage Autograph hotel and would happily stay here again.

Very good hotel. Location is perfect: Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are situated right across the street. The rooms are very convenient and quiet. The staff are extremely friendly, and the service is well arranged. The only point that we disliked is the absence of a door to the bathroom. The toilet and shower are separated, but the bathtub is in the open space, and it makes privacy a little bit blurred.

If youre looking for an old money style, this is something I recommend! Classic music are played, the vibes is so good, i like classic and old style and its refreshing with nature’s touch. Food is okay, not that much choices for buffet but overall service is good and fast

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I specifically booked a king-size bed room, but upon arrival, I was given a twin bed room instead. To make matters worse, I had booked and paid for an extra night in advance, and even called the hotel to inform them that I would be arriving early in the morning to ensure my room would be ready for early check-in — yet when I arrived, the room was not available as promised. The front desk staff showed little concern or effort to resolve the situation. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially considering the planning and extra payment involved. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and professional experience.

Neima at the reception is so kind and smiling. She gave us a great welcome . The lobby is still nice but the rooms got so old ! To be quiet honest, the hotel needs a sound renovation. Also, I don’t appreciate hotels where the water pressure in the shower is limited. Which is the case here. The food is good and we enjoyed a nice snack at the pool bar. Habib was really kind and professional. The thing that just bothered me the most is the noise/music coming from downstairs. Our room had pool view. Consider the noise factor as it may go on until 4 am! Also, you guys should fix the very poor wifi connection in the pool area. On the other hand: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You can finally leave your car in the parking lot as you are at walking distance from the Dubai Mall !

I looked for a hotel not large with many rooms and in a good location. This was perfect, great location, friendly staff and to top it off they have their own American style sports bar within the hotel. It’s an easy few minutes walk to the mall, has a small supermarket within. The pool is heated as we came in January/Febuary but still a great temperature to sit by. Yogesh served us, he’s very nice.If you want a more personal hotel this is the one.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritage Hotel in Dubai, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure every detail was taken care of, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. One standout aspect of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Naima. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered personalized recommendations for things to do around the city. Her genuine kindness and attention to detail really made a difference and enhanced the overall experience. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, blending traditional charm with modern amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a relaxing environment to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The dining options were also top-notch, with delicious food served in a cozy yet elegant setting. Overall, I highly recommend Heritage Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. The hospitality, especially from Naima, truly sets it apart and makes it a place I’ll definitely return to.
