Maintenance of room and service is need to improve. When ask something from the reception they take lot time and reminders to fulfil it. We had electricity problem which they took lot time to rectify. We had AC issue that too they take lot of time to resolve. Few positive things as well property is having like It’s at good location but no super market nearby. It can chose it their is good deal but on high price it should be avoided.

Hotel is outdated. It's a good hotel but out of maintenance. Rooms were dirty and dusty. Hair was found on the mattress. Not a value for money. Only good thing saving this hotel is the staff and their service. Breakfast is good especially the live counter.

My initial 5 nights were amazing. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and I appreciated the complementary water and coffee . The staff were kind, respectful, and professional, especially Bob and the restaurant staff. My last night there my room was in room 3091 ( behind the gym in the back ), which I would not recommend because many amentiites in the room did not work.

My team and I have been coming to this hotel since 2019 for work purposes, except for COVID times. We love the decor, the public spaces, and the staff. Always welcoming and hospitable. The standard rooms are on the small side but if you're working or sightseeing, how much space do you need? Good Internet, good breakfast, comfortable beds, great prices! We also hosted a meeting here and that went off without a hitch too. ||We'll definitely be back!

Lovely hotel. Staff are all a friendly - Daniel, Syrus and the front reception crew are great. |Hotel breakfast is tasty & good options. Beds are comfy! With uber/motorbike, location is great for seeing the city. Reception can help you organise sight seeing opportunities also.

Hotel staff good..food on menu the same every day. Ladies toilet at the pool very smelly (urine smell) and seemed like the toilet leaked urine. The one in the entrance also had a urine smell...definitely not good. Not enough sunloungers at the pool, just 3! No floatation/safety device anywhere should anyone get into difficulty in the pool. Today, Saturday anyone who had booked into the hotel couldn't really use the pool as it was booked out for local swimming lessons...not good to not be able to sit or swim! All chairs taken with families swimming. Pool does look generally cloudy, the pool steps rocky to get in and out. No entertainment whatsoever in the hotel so be aware of this. We had a night flight so got in 6am in the mornning (after no sleep) only to be told we had to pay an additional room charge as need to book in for 2pm...honestly how can you do this if you have an evening flight. (bear this in mind). Staff really good though but definitely not a typical 4 star hotel. It is a very noisy hotel, doors banging, people talking or shouting. You can hear people walking around upstairs, people going up and down corridors (from early in a morning). No chance of chilling out or lying in on hol 🫣

Just 5 min drive from the center. Cleaned and comfortable rooms with air conditioner and a little fridge (very needed in Nairobi ) very friendly staff always happy to assist you. Really nice pool with tables around perfect to read your favourite book ( they will provide you pool towels ). They also have a gym and massages available.
