The Heron Hotel

This hotel is quite comfortable, spacious rooms with kitchenette. Nice pool area though it was too chilly for me to take a dip. Breakfast with lots of options included, overseen by Daniel. Nice outdoor cafe on the side. In sum, excellent value for the price paid.

My team and I have been coming to this hotel since 2019 for work purposes, except for COVID times. We love the decor, the public spaces, and the staff. Always welcoming and hospitable. The standard rooms are on the small side but if you're working or sightseeing, how much space do you need? Good Internet, good breakfast, comfortable beds, great prices! We also hosted a meeting here and that went off without a hitch too. ||We'll definitely be back!

Lovely hotel. Staff are all a friendly - Daniel, Syrus and the front reception crew are great. |Hotel breakfast is tasty & good options. Beds are comfy! With uber/motorbike, location is great for seeing the city. Reception can help you organise sight seeing opportunities also.

Just 5 min drive from the center. Cleaned and comfortable rooms with air conditioner and a little fridge (very needed in Nairobi ) very friendly staff always happy to assist you. Really nice pool with tables around perfect to read your favourite book ( they will provide you pool towels ). They also have a gym and massages available.

The property looks a bit old but it is a nice hotel, polite and helpful staff, clean room with basic amenities available. It’s in a fairly quiet area not very far from Uhuru Park. It has a pool, gym, restaurant and coffee shop with ample parking available. The breakfast spread was ok.

Cleanliness of the room was to the standard. And treatment at the dinning by your staff Daniel was also Amazing. Also at the reception where I felt so comfortable by the warm welcoming from the team. Generally from my checking in to checking out day the experience was amazing and I look forward to be back again and again. Congratulations to the Heron Hote.

Talk about state of art services!! The heart warming reception, the tireless and keen services by waiters, the awesome chefs and above all, the humble GM. The rooms were extra large and clean, the food was lovely and sweet, hygiene is above standards and everyone is always smiling at you ☺. This is the place to be, am looking forward to more visits soon. I loved the place.

The flavors in each dish were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh.
