The Heron Hotel

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of amazing people around you. The GM, managers and the staff make you feel like part of their family and give you wonderful support in every need of your visit there. We had our event there and they made everything so easy to run by. The staff were so helpful. |Excellent location(excellent and easily accessible location), superb services, helpful staff, as in what else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place again and again. The place is so clean and the food was amazing, everyone loved it.|A shout out to the Sales Executive Manager Anne Mutolo who made everything run smoothly. There is nothing good like when you have your plan going on and someone is there to make sure everything is ok and superb. Thankyou Anne, you made everything so easy for us and you made it so easy to work with you. I recommend you anytime to anyone who is looking to hold any kind of an event or any hotel service.

This is a fine example of what a three-star hotel should be like. Great staff, clean rooms with AC. Comfy beds. I understand the negative comments about the breakfast buffet, but in reality there are more than enough choices to satisfy anybody. Looking forward to staying at other locations from this chain in the future.

Staff are very polite snd welcoming. Environment and area is beautiful. Would come again. Very good experience. Food and drink is nice. Family loved it here and when com back to Nairobi we will come here again. Would give 4.5/5 stars and would recommend others to come too

As usual we were never disappointed again with this hotel.The food was super super delicious, regards to the chefs.Thd service from Onesmus kala was amazing 👏, this guy is agerm, very professional and exciting, he is always happy. Not only him, their manager Mr.Nyangaresi |was exceptional ,very professional and a avery smart guy .His recommendations never disappointes .The location from CBD is excellent. The facility is just amazing .We will come back again.

The Hotel is in a Nice cononial Style and serves international breakfast. People are heartwarming and helpful. The Pool is cold but maybe we have been in the wrong Season. Overall a very good Place to stay.

The hotel offers a great service that exceeds ones expectations.|It's located in a very serene area and within a 10 minutes walk to the city centre.|The reception staff are very welcoming and friendly especially Geoffrey, Caesar and Fridah.|The breakfast is yummy with lots of international and local dishes.|Wesley the Food and Beverage manager is outstanding and serves guests with a smile.|Regards to Joy and Anne Nyaga for all your assistance during my visits.|The heated swimming pool and modern gym is a big plus for the hotel.|Argwings is a good instructor.|The hotel offers ample and secure parking don't forget it's also located near the County police headquarters of Nairobi.|I will be back.|Thanks Heron team
