The Hideaway Pariya Haad Yuan – Secluded Beach Resort in Koh Phangan

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The room was 120 stairs from the beach, and on the way there I saw a large, bleeding dead rat. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak—just a few drops. They told me the reception is open 24/7 on weekends, so I left my key there. When I came back, no one was there. There was a phone number to call, but no one answered. I couldn’t get into my room, and it was the middle of the night. Terrible experience—not worth the money.

We were very sutisfied with our stay. We can recommend it. So quiet place and cozy stay. It is really perfect escape from busy world and ambience.

I really don’t understand the bad reviews I saw prior to my stay at this place. The resort is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are huge and clean. Staff are super friendly also. Lots of places to relax and chill out. The only downside is the journey to and from the hotel but do your research and be prepared and you are fine. We used the 4 x 4 to and from the hotel. Look not the easiest journeys but you are going into a jungle. You can also get a long boat from Hadrin. Contact the hotel Prior to your stay and they will help you out.

A very peaceful and beautiful place. You are right at a quiet beach so it's good if you're looking for a getaway from the city. The rooms are super spacious and well equipped. You have a restaurant, a shop and 2 bars/clubs nearby so also good for relaxing. Can definitely recommend this place!

I had a lovely stay here over Christmas, the staff are super lovely and the rooms are spacious and the vibe is chilled, perfect to unwind. Be prepared that you are on a remote beach disconnected from the mainland so do not expect to have access to everything. The food and drinks were really nice but a small menu. Theft. I had my bag stolen from Bambu Lounge and I tracked it to this resort by my phone gps. Management was not very helpful or offered to check the grounds with me. After speaking with staff/looking for my phone gps was then disconnected. I followed up with emails and still no response.Police were informed. It was taken by staff or a guest but either way sadly this is my worst experience in Koh Phangan and I feel management could have helped.

DO NOT GO HERE! It is a SCAM! The hotel (if you can even consider it that anymore) appears deserted and hard to access. The pictures advertised are outdated and inaccurate. I’ve never felt so unsafe in my whole life. It gives apocalypse vibes!

This place is remote so be prepared for weak network signal and supply shortage during rains. Overall it's a great place for chill times on the beach or party nearby. Best healthy food restaurants within walking distance. Magic place for those who know)
