The Hilton Plaza East

I had the pleasure of attending my friend’s wedding ceremony (Louis and Minami) at The Hilton Plaza East in Osaka, and it was an absolutely stunning experience! The venue itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and a lovely atmosphere that made the celebration feel truly special. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The ceremony was beautifully organized, and the reception that followed was equally impressive. The food was delicious, with a wonderful variety that pleased everyone at the table. Every detail, from the floral arrangements to the seating, was thoughtfully done, creating a perfect setting for the couple's big day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend The Hilton Plaza East for any special occasion. What a memorable day! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

High-end shopping mall with restaurants down in basement. The place is attached to Hilton Osaka. Entrance to underground walkway to Osaka Station is inside the building.

Expensive. But excellent service. Shower was especially nice and spacious. Love the Japanese rice paper window blinds. And the power outlet next to the bed. The best was the couch in the window. Had to spend a lot of time in my room because of a hotel quarantaine. So at least I could sit at the window and look outside. I know. It's sad.

I love this hotel! The rooms are nice and so is the staff. It’s also close to lots of shopping. The train station is just across the street and Billboard Live is just a block away. All can be reached via the underground walkways, so you can stay cool during the hot summer days.

Gorgeous spring time limited edition cherry blossom display in the foyer with fish pond and many living plants! Beautiful high ceilings and kind staff.

All facilities are in good condition. But poor services mind.They left all used glasses and wastes in room even after makeup everyday.I called to asked as I thought this is a policy from their management as I feel it as a routine to leave this thing in customers room. You may see it in following pictures. This is not a professional behavior,I thought.

A fancy mall in one of the mains hall of the hotel. It has a few shops, from a luxurious café (That surprisingly it is not as expensive as we thought), a bookstore, some high end brands, and so.

Tauruya is a famous tea company from Kyoto. It is tucked in the corner of the basement floor of Hilton Plaza East. Away from the huddle bustle from the city, it provides you a nice and relaxing atmosphere. No talking on a cellphone inside for your information. Besides their famous green tea shaved ice and other sweet items, they also offer regular meal sets. My coworkers and I shared three desserts and each came out around 1000 yen or so. The desserts were good but nothing special. So I think it is on the expensive side...you are paying for the name and location. Nonetheless, I think it is a cute cafe where you can get away from all the people and the customer service was definitely there with Kyoto OMOTENASHI.

Every time when I back to Osaka I always visit this place. Very authentic Japanese sweet and Macha cake. I would definitely recommend this place. Please try.
