I stayed here on Dec 24, 2025. This place ruined our trip and health.||1. Food Safety Issue: Immediately after the dinner course, my wife suffered severe vomiting (3 times in 4 hours) and extreme stomach pain. The symptoms were consistent with food poisoning (Norovirus) or undercooked seafood. The staff acknowledged this emergency and provided us with medicine (Bio-Three, Gastol) from their own supply.|2. Deceptive Staff Behavior: This is the worst part. Upon check-out (11:00 AM), the staff verbally promised a 50% refund as compensation because we couldn't eat breakfast or sleep properly. However, once we left the property, they denied everything and refused the refund. They used a "fake promise" just to make us check out quietly.|3. No Responsibility: Because of this illness, we had to ruin our next day's stay (130,000 JPY value) as well. The management refuses to take any responsibility.||DO NOT STAY HERE. They serve dangerous (undercooked, unfresh) food and lie to their guests.
