Excellent service and food.|This is a hidden gem. |Before I had even arrived with my family Hikari the concierge had been assisting me with transport, tour guides, luggage concierge.|The service in this hotel is beyond excellent. They help with everything.|The hotel is clean, the food is exceptional a mixture of Japanese and French. If they see you don’t like something, they ask what you didn’t like so that they can accommodate your tastes for future meals. |Whilst staying we visited the spa, again service was excellent and the massages definitely worth a visit.|This hotel is worth a visit, as is the area which is beautiful. |We will definitely come back and stay, we have stayed in many 5 star establishments, but this hotel knows customer service.|Despite not being the only guest at the hotel, you are treated as if you are the only guest there. You have a private dining room and not once did we bump into other guests, we felt like we had the place to ourselves although we knew others were there.

The waitress and waiters here are extremely amicable and helpful. The food's rather salty, otherwise scrumptious. The rooms are modern Western style including an onsen which is amazing. The water temperature(whilst showering)is sometimes inconstant.

Nice large rooms with in-room hot bath or onsen. The property was somehow in a location where you could hear crows all the time. It was hard to keep the room balcony door open as the crows were very noisy. What a pity. Food was so so. Dining service level felt like the staff do not have the right experience. Not really 5* star. More like 3* star.

It was a great experience, with peaceful view, artistic dishes and heartwarming services. I strongly recommend to stay at a room with a bath!

何もかもが期待ハズレ。 良かったのは、温泉付きの客室とスパのマッサージだけ。 接客はスパのスタッフの方以外はホントに微妙。 何よりも楽しみにしていたお食事は大袈裟な演出と料理があまりにもミスマッチで笑える。 客室数が少ない割に時間が掛かり過ぎて間が悪いディナータイムに加え、音楽のない静かすぎる空間が居心地悪い。 せめて窓から見える景色が良ければいいけど、大したした夜景も拝めない。 個室の外で動くスタッフのガチャガチャと動く音と話し声だけが聞こえるので余計にくつろげない。 早く食事を済ませて部屋に戻りたかった。 最後挨拶に来たシェフは庭師かと思うほどの服装とカジュアルさに驚いた。 朝ご飯いくらなんでも少なすぎでは？ エッグベネディクトもしくはシャンパンフローさえ用意すればお客が満足すると思ってる？と言うホテルが多すぎる。 いい加減うんざり。

伊勢神宮参拝の折り、以前より訪れたいと思っていたHIRAMATSU。 想像通りスモールラグジュアリーな佇まいでした。 半露天風呂から眺める情緒たっぷりなバイオエタノールの炎、貸切露天風呂の流れ落ちる水の音等、目に入る全てに癒されます。 連泊でも同じメニューは一つもなく朝夕食共素晴らしい食事でした。
