We had a party of 8 on a Saturday night and was seated after only about 15 minutes. Great service! Food was really good. With our large party we tried several different dishes and no one had any complaints. Portions are huge! I split the chicken alfredo and it was plenty for both of us with leftovers to take home. We tried the wings for an appetizer and the spinach dip - both delicious!

A real local hot spot. Food was good. Big sized. Lots of friendly staff. Very casual. Large party size bar separate from the restaurant. There is a 3.99% charge for credit cards.

Great local spot for a drink and/or meal. Parking can be a pain especially if you come at peak times or happy hour. They have a great outdoor seating with nice water views.

Went there with friends last night. The bartender made me 2 margaritas and they weren't the same. Appetizer arrived with the meal. Food is good. Fries really good. Don't be in a hurry since this is a very busy place but the servers do their best. Very well priced specials. I had the bacon cheeseburger special with choice of 1 side for $8 and it was delicious.

We went there recently with a friend from out of town. Not too busy, but service was slow & food was not worth the price. I had a burger that was over cooked & the server never came back to check after we received our food. Our waitress never checked to see if we were enjoying our food. She never offered refills on our cocktails , beer, or my water. When the waitress took away my over cooked burger; she did not even have the forethought to ask if I wanted something else to eat. I just left hungry. She told us when she brought the check that she took off my burger. We never saw a manager on the floor during our entire dining experience which was over 90 minutes. Not likely to return. Nothing special about our experience for a return visit.

The bartenders make you feel like VIP. Doesn't matter how much you spend. They treat everyone the same. Such grace. Every other place should take heed. I credit that to the owners. Your employees are a direct reflection on how you manage. Kudos!!

OMG! The food, drinks, staff and atmosphere were fantastic!! The food was delicious, nice portions and the price was fair. The margaritas were delicious (no OJ). Our waiter, Carson, was professional and assisted us on what to eat. We will be coming back here with other family members.

Ordered the rib eye steak salad. The salad itself was good but the rib eye steak was nothing more than pieces of fat with very little meat. The meat was uneatable.

The hive is a "Go To" for locals and for good reason. It has a great, Tiki, old school Florida vibe. If this isn't your destination, you won't stumble across it. It's tucked off the main drag near a lake and usually PACKED! They have a good selection of beers and drinks at a "sports bar-ish" level. The food is all good and portions are HUGE! It's big and busy so service can tend slow but you're in the open air in Florida and your friends are likely waist deep in snow so chill! I hate to recommend the Hive because it will just get busier but to not recommend it won't get me closer to heaven and I need the brownie points.

So much great food! Service fast friendly and personalized. Ambience is full of people with a lot of elbow room, tiki bee hive lake views with places for everyone.

I came to the Hive for a retirement party. Our server, Kristen, was super nice and got our food and drinks out quickly. She was amazing at keeping all our orders straight. They have a great handheld system for inputting orders. It makes it so much easier for large parties. I ordered sliders with fries. They were cooked perfectly. I tried my friend's pirogies. They were delicious. I had to take a picture of the veggie wrap. It looked amazing. The owner, Vinnie, said it was new to the menu. I definitely want to try it next time! It was pretty loud with our big group, but a great time was had by all.

I love the hive.... But it is disappointing in this day and age that you can sub a grilled chicken sandwich for a grilled chicken wrap... when you have wrap options on the menu. Ok. It might just be 1. The veggie wrap. But honestly, any business that wants to serve anyone should have extra wraps on hand to do this type of sub. Honestly. I've had amazing! Philly cheesesteak wraps... and I'd only order it at the hive if I could make it a wrap. My friend desired a wrap. And then me. I have significant limitations with eating, need soft and easy to eat. Buns would never be in my order. Not easy. For this reason I just had the seared ahi appetizer. Some days I get a side veggie with this. In this day and age... to be a restaurant that serves all, there must be flexibility... to accommodate for restrictions why diet, age, ability and more. Please consider flexibility with the menu (heart). Tiny bit of flexibility. And if necessary, charge more for subs that cost a lot more. But be mindful. I love the chill, cool, calm... atmosphere and the friendly staff.

I've been on a oyster kick lately and trying oysters all around Palm Beach County. The hive has a great happy hour $16 for one dozen blue point oysters grab a bite to eat at their bar. The service is 10 out of 10 and the oysters were great. only thing is they didn't have the mignonette sauce, which is my favorite.

Visiting my brother and sister-in-law, they took us to The Hive since I really wanted a good burger. This was defiantly the right spot. We pulled into what looked like a big parking lot until I saw the lot behind The Hive... It is a huge parking lot. We were escorted to our outdoor table very quickly after seeing the hostess. This area is large with seating on one side and a very lively bar on the other. Lots of electricity in this space. I'm sure it's really nice durning the day when you can take advantage of the waterfront view. Shortly after that we were greeted by our server. It was fairly easy to make our dinner decisions and proceeded to order. -Ribs (with fries) -Meatloaf with gravy and mashed potatoes -Grilled Chicken with Mozzarella and peppers -1/2 pound burger with mushrooms, griled onions, pepper jack cheese and fries. (Lots and lots of fries.) Everyone enjoyed their meals and we all agreed that the portions were huge. Everyone had plenty to bring home. Meats were all fresh-tasty. Great medium burger, ribs had a great BBQ sauce and were incredibly tasty, Meatloaf was delicious-plentiful. I am glad I had an opportunity to try a little of everthing. The Hive rocks. I just spoke with the manager, Mike. I have relayed what a wonderful vibe this place has. Tremendous waitstaff. Excellent food. Great patrons to hang with. Bayley was my server. Most attentive. But you can't go wrong with any server here. If you're looking for a casual but, still, very enjoyable eating experience, head down to the Hive. Don't think twice.

Hardly any fish in the Maui sandwich and they don't make any frozen drinks would not go back

Came here with my friend for happy hour.. we started with steamed clams from the happy hour menu that were good, can't beat the price only $9.00 and spinach dip from the regular menu.. food was good.. It's a nice dive bar on a lake but really not on the lake, it's in the back where the parking lot is.. I'll definitely be back..

Such a fantastic place to relax, catch a game, and enjoy delicious food at a great value. The service is quick, and the staff is genuinely welcoming!

Pleasantly surprised for the opportunity to stop by during their lunch special that runs from 3-7pm. My best friends have said their last visit was great and after a long day of events we decided a delicious lunch date was needed! So they have a fun variety of specials offered at a discount rate including burger sliders, wings, mozzarella sticks and nachos. GUYS... the portions were INCREDIBLE ; the seasoning and taste above the bar, and the ambience was delightful. We went for inside seating and I loved the calm and relaxing space, it was lightly lit calm and quiet. Outside the view offers a view of the canal and for those who like kayaking or paddling boarding, we saw a view people parking up right against the grass. Good chill vibes, tasty meal and lovely presentation. They had me at the special and I know I'll be back again soon! Was so hungry I couldn't snap pics of all the other meals from the table but the oysters were fresh and delicious . Our server was excellent she was cheerful, quick and friendly ; a very delightful young lady !

Good food and cool ambience. They are now charging a 4% "operation fee" on top of already very high prices for bar food. Won't be coming back here.

We went when it was Anchor Inn a couple years ago and decided to give it a run on a Friday evening. When the parking lot was full, we knew that it was going to be good place to eat. They took our name and we waited about a half hour for a table. After we got seated, it took about 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. It was a full house and extremely busy. However, I was surprised that someone didn't come by and let us know that someone will be helping us instead of us wondering if we were ever going to get our order taken. The order was finally taken and our food came out in about 15 minutes. We split the potato skins. I got the Caesar salad with the meatball sub. Everything was delicious and we we even had leftovers to go since the portions were huge. The service was good despite the hiccup about the wait. I understand completely that it was busy and I didn't think we were going to get service. There were several waiters that passed our table and didn't even say anything at all to us when we were waiting for someone to take our order. I wouldn't mind returning since the food was good and maybe the service will be better next time.

We've been loyal customers of The Hive Waterfront Bar & Grill since their original Lantana location, and we'll follow them wherever they go! The food is consistently delicious and always feels like a home-cooked meal. The Hive truly has that "family" vibe, and it's no surprise since so many regulars frequent the place. The chicken parm is one of my all-time favorites, and the portion sizes are massive--definitely go hungry! Vinny and his team are fantastic, always providing great service. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Went with my son to Taco Tuesday. The place is surrounded by water. It is a bar like setting. Plenty of parking. We sat outside ( my son's choice), Maude is cool & they had music playing . The waitress was prompt & friendly. I had blackened fish tacos, they were loaded with, the best I had. My son had the fish tacos & beef tacos & a drink. This is a local joint, super casual. The owner is a friendly, you see him cleaning his tables off. Food is good & reasonable.

I love so many things about this place, including its location right on the water. Lovely place to take out of town visitors. Their happy hour and daily and earlybird specials are a real deal and delicious. The staff are always excellent. Great for a large party, we had 10 people with us.

Arrived to meet a friend they were packed, a little confusion though with the back outside seating my companion asked if it was open seating waitress said yes a little back & fourth it's a tough industry but then we got back on track...I'd like to recommend a waitress/waiter stand when it's busy for those busy days on the outside tiki bar area. But Dave & Donna took care of everything made everything cool. My pineapple and house vodka was clutch it was hitting. The tiki bar was chill vibes they got fans to keep you cool plenty of shade. Overall I'm coming back.

The Hive has the classic old Florida vibe and sits right by the lake filled with boaters and jet skiers. A great spot for locals to unwind! I started out with a vodka oyster shooter which made for a great toast. We all tried the escargot which were stuffed into mushrooms and the sauce went great with the bread. The mahi sandwich was delicious. It was a fresh, blackened filet with tartar sauce, lemon, lettuce, tomato, and onion. I'll definitely come back when in the area! More oyster shooters with blackened gator bites and conch are next on the wishlist.

The restaurant is great. The ambiance is very nice especially in the winter time. Service was great when I went there was a drink we tried and my friend and I didn't like it so the waitress went and got another one. The food came out super quick and was good as well.

Wow! What a great spot with such a great vibe. Incredible food and service by Annalisa! Enjoying happy hour, with great food and drink. Can't believe we waited so long to try this great spot! Will definitely be visiting again very very soon. Did I mention a great live band, so good. Thanks for a great Sunday afternoon.

This is my new hamburger joint. I had the honeybee burger with seasoned fries. It was amazing. Cooked as I asked. Really thick with awesome toppings including crispy bacon. Fries cooked perfectly too. We were early so my friend had and early bird special of stuffed fish. It didn't have much flavor, wouldn't recommend unless you need a bland diet. Our server was friendly. Drinks were good. We sat at a table outside. It was actually on the blacktop. It was comfortable though. The weather was beautiful. There's views of Lake Osborne all around. Sunsets over this lake are spectacular.

Nice atmosphere. Unfortunately no frozen drinks at the bar. My husband and I both ordered blackened mahi and chicken respectively....both had no blackening seasoning on them and therefore were flavorless. Disappointing visit for $50.

I met with a friend that I hadn't seen in a bit and we wanted to go out for a nice dinner. We went to the Hive. We sat at the bar, had a nice dinner and as I was finishing my beer, we chatted. I paid the bill of $85. As I was finishing my beer, Who I believe to be one of the owners, came over and told us to leave the bar. There were two people behind us that were obviously friends with the bartender and had been talking to her rudely between us, yelling in my ear. I realized then they wanted our seats. The guy who I think was an owner said "you need to leave as this is the way we make money" I said I was finishing my beer and he said "well if you're not ordering anything else you need to leave". We obliged, and the two people that were screaming in our ears prior, sat down in our seats immediately. I guess everyone was happy now. Sad. Up until that point we had had a nice dinner and good conversation. Beware that the Hive is not a place to sit and have a nice dinner. Eat and leave. Most people at the bar were sipping beer for the 1.5 -2 hours that we were there. I am sure we spent more money than most. They will never get any of my money, ever again

First timers . Enjoyed happy hour (s) very much . Rack well drinks were refreshing on a 90 degree day . Sat under the tiki hut / bar section . Had three appys, all were delish . Steamed clams were really great . Couldn't believe the $8 bacon cheese burgers with a multitude of seasoned fries . We will definitely be back soon . Definitely recommend for a very casual shorts and polo shirt kinda place . Water views were cool too . You wont be disappointed

There is parking but I went at 5:30 on a Friday and it was packed out. There's parking but the front and if that's full you can take the next right and right again and there's overflow parking there by the patio. Lovely happy is 3-7pm. And they have so much labeled as gluten free! Very easy to identify on the menu! Our waitress was MaryAnne. AMAZING job. It was super busy and she checked on us the perfect amount of time and our drinks were always refilled pretty quickly. I have attached the happy hour menu here too. There are bathrooms available. Mind you I first got routed to a spot not by the water at all right off the highway. This location is right on the INTERCOASTAL. We had the wings but that's all the food and they were delicious. I would probably ask for extra sauce as they were lightly sauced but plenty came on the bottom of the tray so we rolled it in that. Overall a great experience. But parking was tricky. Vibe was very beachy local. And a very big space. Lots of tvs with lots of sports and shows on. A bit of everything for everyone.

Great bar food with extensive menu!! This restaurant had great happy hour including sliders, fish tacos, clams, oysters, nachos, and more. Everything was $5-10! Last night I was in the mood for Italian so I got the chicken francese. Of course I picked the $30 meal, which seemed extra pricy considering all specials. My server said the portions were big, so I shared with my friend. It was enough for 2 meals, even a third as I brought home a portion for lunch! It came with soup or a salad. We also go the nachos. Fun local spot with great music too.

Nice local place to eat on Lake Osborn. Has several outside bar area with many outside tv showing sporting events. We ordered an Italian sub and it was good. Our friends ordered apps they enjoyed...meatballs in sauce and fish dip.

A hidden gem. Set back off the road never even heard traffic from I95 or Hypoluxo. Love the outdoor tiki hut bar. Ample seating inside and out. Good size menu. Went with my wife for happy hour and early bird. Had an order of escargot in mushroom caps which was good. We both ordered the early bird 7oz ribeye. The early bird comes with a soup or salad. I had the salad and my wife had soup. The ribeyes were both cooked perfect. Reasonable prices and great food.

Everything about this place is FANTASTIC. I love the vibe. The staff is always so friendly. The fish Reuben is my favorite! I recently did a TikTok video for them which hit over 100k views and the comments were nothing but pure adoration for this hidden Gem.

Excellent service by Sy our waitress at this busy restaurant with many great choices for food- Oysters, seafood, burgers with early bird and daily specials. I had some great ribs that were fall off the bone prefaced by oysters on the half shell. My husband enjoyed chicken nachos with way more chicken than chips... We will definitely return!

It's in walking distance to my home and we loved having lunch there. Service was good and still is, however, prices went insane. They advertise a Chicken Sandwich with Mushrooms and more on Yelp for $12. Called the Saratoga. Unfortunately, we were told that they didn't update the side and they don't have it on the Menu anymore. Fact however, they do and it's now called the Magnificent and cost $23. Actually, the least expensive sandwich you can get now is house fish for $15. For the two of us, with tax and tip it was $39 for two sandwiches with 2 cups of water. Oh, almost forgot the 4% Operations Fee they added to the bill. We know that food and everything else went up but as long as we can get a decent lunch meal for two for less than $30 bucks at Victorias or Carrabbas , sorry, but we won't be back. Would have left a 5 for service, and a 4 for food.

This place should have 5 stars. Again another great place where I have yet to not enjoy my meal. Weekly specials are great. Ribs are amazing and filling. The fish fry is also amazing here. Good luck finishing a bowl of soup here. Honestly I would not mind eating here all the time, staff is great, portions are insane, prices are decent, and food quality is excellent. I have no notes for the staff. I highly recommend going here.

Best Happy hour for food around, by far! We go to happy hours all around South Florida and The Hive is hard to beat for service, atmosphere and their food for happy hour. Plus it's 7 days a week from 3-7! Their food period Is very good all around.

I love going to the Hive on Tuesday nights for the Joey Tenuto all pro jam! The music is great. The food is delicious and I can't recommend it enough. I don't get over there as much as I'd like to and I really have to change that. It's a great place on the water with lovely ambience.!

This place simply rocks. Large tiki bar on the lake with tv's everywhere, inside/outside seating and good food at reasonable prices. I love buffalo wings and they do a great job, not always easy to find in FL. Plenty of parking also!

Haven't been here before, nor its predecessor, but was with some friends this past Saturday night to try it. Wasn't packed or empty around 8:30. Definitely a good spot for large parties whether you want to sit inside or outside there are lots of dining areas which have been renovated more/less recently. The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, especially if your party has a cute dog in tow. They accomodated us quickly and had typical american bar/grille menu to choose from. Lots of sandwich and burger choices to hit the spot and they are huge! Need to come back and try the place during happy hour. Was cautioned though by friend that the one time they came on a Friday for happy hour the all you can eat fish fry was unpleasant.

Love this place. Great beer, great food and great people. The menu has something for everyone, whether you choose an indoor experience or the awesome tiki bar.

Fun roadhouse place right on a canal. Huge portions. Fun atmosphere .We had the fish Reuben and wings. Wings were large and offered in many flavors. We missed happy hour which goes on to 7. Don't go looking for a telephone number. They don't have one.

Excellent service and delicious food! We enjoyed everything brought to the table! Fish Reuben with Mahi was unbelievably fantastic! Chicken Philly was the best I've ever had! And we all love the Cole slaw, onion rings and fries! The 7 Up cake was a great dessert!
