Disappointed tonight with the quality of the food and the apparent nickel and diming. I ordered the happy hour wings for $8 and asked for a side of coleslaw. When the server came with the coleslaw, she asked, who has the $5 coleslaw? I said, what did you call it? She said, the $5 coleslaw. I laughed and said, who refers to a side of coleslaw by the price? Its like saying , who has the $35 steak? Anyway, we all chuckled, but the I thought to myself, $5 is pretty steep for a side of coleslaw. It came i. A large bowl, not exactly a small ramican, that you would find on a plate in any other restaurant. Ok, got over it. Not a big deal, but then the bill comes and I notice a 4% operation fee, I paid in cash, and wondered what the operation fee was for. Did they assume The customer was going to pay by credit card. Would I be reimbursed? It was only 56 cents, so of course, I didnt say anything. Then the gratuity was also added, and the wings which were always great, were definitely not good tonight. The buffalo sauce seemed more oily than buttery with hot sauce. It was truly very underwhelming tonight. The only bright spot was the waitress. However, I never complain about paying a bill, but tonight, I had to say something about the coleslaw, because not only did the server say it was $5, but it was actually $6 on the bill; almost as much as the wings. The price isnt the point, its the manner in which it was delivered and the unnecessary size and price.
