Always thought “how good can sandwich taste” and boy… this place showed me how good sandwiches can taste 🤣 Bought two halves (Chicken and Coaster) and it was enough to fill me and my husband’s stomach. Bread was soft, vegetables blended in really well and nicely with the meat. It was really good!

These sandwiches are fantastic. I tried the half Italian and it was so good I ordered a second sandwich and tried the half New Yorker. Both had the perfect ratios of bread to meat to toppings to sauce. Portion sizes were great and the local kiwi we were sitting next to commented on me ordering a second one and said “we don’t often see someone who isn’t filled by just one”. We will absolutely return if we are ever in Hokitika again.

Wonderful ambience, great range of sandwich options in two sizes (half loaf $12 and full loaf $23). I chose the coaster and it was absolutely delicious. So pleased we came here.

Hands down one of the best fresh sandwich I ever had. The bread is freshly made, and all the ingredients are locally sourced and very fresh. The sauces and seasoning are great. We really enjoyed them. Would strongly recommend it. Enjoy all!
