While I was waiting in line for assistance, he directed offensive comments towards me, which I found to be a form of racial discrimination. This was not only insulting but also unacceptable. Really quite a terrible Home Depot. The first thing, you walk in, and there are no carts. You have to walk back outside, grab your cart, then walk back inside. The place seems poorly organized, and there are some SCARY people in here. Definitely in a neighborhood filled with crime, and drugs. Lots and lots of drugs. Avoid this one if you can.

This Home Depot is pretty basic. You can find most of the items in stock but not all. There have been several times when they don't. The aisles are somewhat organized but they can do better. The check-out lines aren't very efficient and custom service is the bare minimum. I've had a few instances where I ask for assistance and get little help. At the end of the day this store is okay. We drive to Riverside location often for better quality of everything it's just a bit further.

I always find what I'm looking for but last month the cahier double charge me with the boxes of screws that I bought. It was corrected when I came back but the 10 miles going back and forth is a waste of time if only they train well their employees.

Was in the wood section and needed wood cut. They were short staffed and had someone else from powertool section come and help out. Think his name was Johnathan and he went above and beyond helping me and several other guests while they where busy. Just wanted to say thanks bro. 10/10 thanks for going out of your way to help. This Home Depot doesn't even deserve a one star! I was an assistant manager at this store at the beginning of my career. It was always been a recycled building with an awkward footprint however, that was never an excuse for dirty and hard to shop. As far as Associate engagement with customers, almost nonexistent. I spent more time writing-up associates after receiving scathing complaints Then actually dealing with the stores operations. I agree, the store is a nasty dirty mess with associates that don't want to give you the time of day. I'm ashamed to say as a past 24 year employee of the HD I will not shop this store.‼‼‼

Why is it takes five minutes to buy something and 35 minutes to return something? Quite frustrating. Love the product selections, prices are fine, customer service at the store needs serious improvement. I'd recommend Ace Hardware as an example of model customer service.

The paint department employee named Sal a big time ass hole to the customers. After 20 minutes of waiting and being treated like shit by Sal I went to the manager named Manny and let him know what a dick this employee is , so it took me to speak to him to get my paint done in 10 minutes. The manager actually helped me. I hope he puts Sal in his place!

I placed an online order for new paints. I went to the CS pick up desk and I was helped by 2 ladies; Marykate and Karla. They were so sweet and helpful, I was out of there in less than 5 mins. Great customer service and phenomenal attitude from the both of them!

Was in need of lumber and a rental van. We usually have no trouble in ordering common nominal lumber but this store didn't carry the typical 2x8x8 so we asked if we could get some lumber cut. Unfortunately, their machines haven't been operational for weeks according to their staff. So instead of buying 2x8x16 and cutting in half we had to resort to two 2x8x10's. More expensive and wasteful cuts. Either keep standard sizes in stock or get your machines serviced ASAP! Also DO NOT rent vehicles from this Home Depot, the cars come with cracked windshields and when returning the car their staff is incredibly slow. The staff saw me wait in line for 30 minutes, yet still charged me for that EXTRA 30 on my rental time and had a pitiful. "Ahhh sorry....nothing we can do, policy check out time is when you arrive to the counter."

Went in to purchase some vinyl vertical blinds asked 4 different employees if I could have some assistance because the blinds needed to be cut was told each time someone was on their way and no one ever showed up after waiting over 30 minutes and speaking with Andres the assistant manager and being told someone was coming I decided to leave empty handed Definitely bad customer service overall, hard to believe all employees were occupied assisting other customers when there's 4 employees standing around talking about their weekend plans and according to them none of them could assist

This Home Depot was already a big Hot Mess, but now it's the WORST Home Depot EVER! They just allow all sorts of people to hang out in the parking lot. You would think with all this foot traffic they would invest in some security! So park at your own risk! Our family van got broken into right in broad daylight & parked next to other cars. They tried stealing it, but couldn't, because they broke the ignition. This had to take time and if they had security they could have stopped this from happening! It might not have happened @ all if they had security present. If this can happen in broad daylight then I can only imagine what happens once it gets dark! Shame on you Home Depot for not keeping your customers or their property safe! I will NEVER SHOP @ another Home Depot! Taking my business to Lowe's or mom & pop shops.

Even though I was hesitant to come back, but I wanted a few more flowers for my garden. The garden entrance was closed because I arrived here rather late. I learned my lesson from the last visit. So I grabbed a cart before I walked inside. I'm glad I did because there was none near the main entrance. Checking out was fast because I went to the self-center. Easy peasy. Scan, pay & go. This time I had a happier visit today.

This place is trash. Not only is the store disorganized, dirty and a safety hazard the manager, Serena, is just as bad. I purchased a car battery with a three year replacement warranty from them in May of 2023, well the battery went dead after a cold snap we had and I took it in to get replaced. Well not only does the Home Depot not honor the warranty of a battery they are an authorized dealer for but they told me the warranty was only good for 90 days from the date of purchase NOT the three years as stated on the battery and what they told me when I bought it from them in May. So now I am out $178 and no recourse but to just eat the cost of a new battery. Shameful. Serena was absolutely not help and refused to do anything. She didn't even want to meet with me and had another employee tell me that I was SOL. If I could give The Home Depot negative stars I would.

I don't even know where to begin! I went to this Home Depot to go buy Plants , etc I also saw that the the Raid was buy one get one free and so I did , I went to go check out when I went with this cashier called Genesis and I bought this painting that was on clearance and she charged me the normal price and I asked her about it and she started to get angry and use a tone on me when I kept asking her about it to make sure and she was scanning my items that I had on a cart that were big items and she scanned them and had to lift one of them and she threw it so roughly and answered in rude ways, the staff is not such great people at all some are and some aren't but this lady definitely was not.

They treat veterans terribly, I tried to get my military discount after I forgot my card and they refused to honor it the next day and said I would have to bring all the products back instead of using the receipt from the south San Bernardino store #610 asst mgr Mike Martinez and return cashier Christina were very rude and disrespectful, will never shop there again Lowes military program is superior to lowes and the employees more respectful do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere I am a contractor and that store will loose about 50k of my business per yr

If I could give the store a zero rating I would. This store is extremely disorganized and none of the associates seem to want to work or help. I asked an associate at the paint counter a question and she was extremely rude and seemed to be bothered or dissatisfied with being at work. She did page an associate to the department that I needed help in. I needed something from an overhead shelf requiring a forklift. When the associate showed up to help he was more focused on talking about personal stuff for an uncomfortable amount of time. He went to get a forklift and It took an excessive amount of time to get the forklift. The happened to be in the same isle. Time is money and I finally had to walk out leaving the other stuff I was going to purchase behind. I will take my business to another store or even Lowes. I do not recommend this store.

Is there anything less than one star? I just purchased my first house in SB. I noticed there was a Home Depot about 5 minutes away. BIG MISTAKE. This parking lot is THE EPITOME of ** loiter central** ! Sketchy people! Extremely uncomfortable to leave your vehicle or come out with expensive items While I was in the store there a a sketchy dude who had a hoody on. He walked in, stole some candy and a drink and walked right out! I didn't feel safe at this store, especially in the parking lot. Why doesn't Home Depot invest in some security / securing the parameter so it doesn't make its guests feel uncomfortable? I can drive 5-10 minutes and go to the nearest Lowe's and I will know that my safety isn't compromised. Oh yeah, and the employees. They'd rather socialize than help customers. Unless I make it a point to get someone's attention, I will stand there like I don't exist. Someone up top, please help this store out.

I ordered a new refrigerator from Home Depot. The refrigerator was scheduled to be delivered to me between 11 and three today. I did not get any call from them yesterday confirming the delivery today. I called it Home Depot they advised me that the window was for between 11 and three. I checked my email it says the same delivery window . And the new refrigerator will have to go through my back doors. I had to get ready for the delivery. I unloaded my front refrigerator and moved my large oak table out of the way so that they could come through the back doors. I kept looking at my tracking and noticing that there was nothing changing 3 o'clock came, and there was no delivery or call. I called the hotline for appliance delivery this time I was given the news that they won't be able to deliver until Friday because of the weather, they cannot be bothered to give me a quick phone call and say we won't be able to deliver till Friday. I now have to put everything back in my refrigerator move my table back to its original location. Repeat the entire process on Friday. I I cannot believe the lack of professional courtesy on the part of these folks. I cannot believe that they didn't even bother to call me after the hotline got a hold of them. I will never have another delivery by Home Depot. I mean, this wasn't even a stove or a washer dryer. It was a refrigerator. I am sure they are well aware that we store food in our refrigerator. This is beyond a shadow of a doubt the least professional delivery service I've ever had, and believe me I have had many my next recipient for this letter is going to be Home Depot corporate offices.

NEVER EVER buy bags of soil for pants at home depot!! I bought 2 bags to pot the plants i bought inside our home only to find out that the soil has fungus that they love to grow in. I've tired everything to salvage the soil without hurting my plants and nothing helps. I have to get new soil from somewhere else. I had to move my poor plants outside due to the insane amount of gnats that keep on coming non-stop. It's like one dies and 100 of them come out i swear. And when you need help from the employees its like they don't know anything. Like how are you there the majority of the day and not know what they sell? I try not to go to there endless I really had no choice. Save your money and go to an actual nursery keep your home free from pesky gnats and whatnot.

Worst costumer service, I been waiting for help in the closet door department and after 35 mins no one has showed up all they say is I will call someone and they do but no one's comes and help, two weeks ago I ask a person from pro desk why were they taking so long and he said I had 2 options either I stay and wait or I leave, I had to stay because I spend more that 1hr trying to find my stuff in their messiest store, I finally found the workers, I thought this store needed more people but what they really need is better management

As a deaf person, I've finally decided to make a Yelp account & review places that I frequently shop at in the highland/San Bernardino/Redlands area. This Home Depot is the store I'm most excited to review. I see they do not have very many stars on Yelp but I can't imagine why. Honestly, I've only had great experiences here. I come in often. Greg in the paint department has always been great. Helpful & patient. Alfred (who I think is a manager) seems knowledgeable & patient as well. Tiana, a cashier, is absolutely amazing & she knows ASL! She's friendly & is always willing to chat with me in my own language about what projects I'm working on & how she can help me find what I need. Nothing but positive experiences here. There may be "nicer" stores in "nicer" areas but I Highly recommend this store. Especially if you're deaf like me.

This store is absolutely terrible. Ordered a 12' fiberglass ladder on the Home Depot app. When I came to pick it up, they had reserved a 10' aluminum ladder. Totally unacceptable. When we walked to where the ladders were, 10' aluminum ladders were in the place marked for 12' fiberglass ladders. So, all because nobody cared to look to verify, I wasted a good part of morning, leaving the store empty handed, which cost my company about half the price of the ladder by paying me to get nothing. The girl at the service desk was helpful in correcting it and getting a new ladder at a different store ordered, but the wasted time justifies giving this store only one star in my opinion.

Went in for some some drywall 5/2 around 6pm Carlos was very helpful loading up several pieces on the cart couldn't have done on my own thank you! And also santos pushing carts very helpful helping me load into the truck ! Been to this location several times and not all employees show better work than these two ! Thanks

I called this Home Depot for help. The person who answer the call is Ignacio Corona who help me order a floor jack for Christmas. Not good with computers or ordering online. I told him I will drive there to the store so he can help me. I did. Ignacio has great customer service. Store was busy, but he took his time just to help get my order in and found me a better price, witch I was so happy because I haven't worked all year and I was stretching my money. I was so please in his professional customer service he gave me I'm very big on customer service and I will go back to Home Depot I strongly recommend this Home Depot for their customer service and they go out of their way to help you thank you Ignacio Corona and Merry Christmas to all of Home Depot

The bathrooms are DISGUSTING!! toilets and urinals overflowing, used toilet paper on the floor, poop every where. The first employee I spoke to about the bathrooms didn't even know if they were responsible for cleaning them or if the company that owns the portable bathroom is responsible. The second employee I spoke to (to ask if my daughter could use an employee bathroom) said he goes home to use the bathroom...? I doubt that but ok. My husband returned the following day (bad choice on our part, I know) to order our new washer and dryer set up and the associate helping him was not only short with him but extremely rude to her fellow associate that was trying to help also. And then couldn't even input our delivery address correctly. We didn't catch it until after he had left the store. ***However, our first associate we spoke to on 11/21 about the washers and dryers, Evelin, was very helpful!! We chose to go back the following day in hopes of dealing with her again but she wasn't there***

I had a such a great experience at this Home Depot I was there once before and all went well too. Today I needed to pick up an online order as the item I purchased is not offered in stores. My reason for giving this store a 5 star review is for Miguel in the Pro department. He understands customer service and I think this store should recognize that. I saw him walk by and asked where I needed to go to pick up my purchase because I didn't want to somehow end up in the lumber department. He took me to the customer service desk and helped me check in and also went and got my package that I guess was in the back. I finally got my package and went merry way. Overall I had a pleasant shopping experience and highly recommend this store. One thing though it's a very busy store so park towards back even if it's a hike because parking is hard to find in the middle of a Saturday.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed in the management of this store. My father is a contractor and provides a lot of business to this establishment only to be called ignorant by an employee. What is even more outrageous is that the manager did not seem to care. On one of his almost daily visits to this specific store, my father parked his trailer and was very rudely asked to move by an employee, to which he complied. After moving the employee kept rudely addressing my father to move again to which my father explained he was picking up a large order and was only going to load it quickly and leave. Again the employee addressed my father as ignorant saying he "only knows about wood" then she said she was going to get a manager and my father patiently waited hoping the manager could mediate the situation. The manager came and my father explained the situation and how the employee had treated him to which the manager just ignored. From such a large business you would expect, at the least, decent customer service. I could expect impoliteness from a worker but having a manager behave in that manner is appalling.

This is one of the original Home Depot's in San Bernardino. The first indication of this is they shape of the building and how the Aisles are arranged. Navigating is rather fun but can turn out to be time consuming if you don't take the time to interact with the employees, who are quick to guide you or reassure you that you are heading in the right direction. If you can, and most people visiting Home Depot don't...take the time to speak with the Manager or staff about the history of Home Depot in the San Bernardino and you will be surprised by the time they will dedicate to discussing how the only hardware depot in the IE was Home Club until the 90's when Home Depot came to town. There is still a few of the original employees working at both locations. Totally worth my the time in line to chat and be educated!

Last week we ordered a new refrigerator to be delivered to our cabin (vacation home) in Lake Arrowhead. Ordering what we wanted was easy and not a problem. The problem is with the delivery service Home Depot uses. We were told it would be delivered last Saturday. We drove up the mountain to be present for the delivery. The delivery window was 10 to 2 p.m... After waiting all day we called were transferred to the the delivery service and put on hold for over an hour to check the status. We were told that they went to our address and no one was present. We were sitting here waiting here..... so this was not true at all. Then they had to reschedule the delivery which was for today. Monday between 7 and 11. So we drove back up the mountain to be present and it is now 1:50 p.m.... No call from the delivery company but we have been on hold all morning trying to get an answer to whether they are coming or not. Meanwhile, we emptied our food from the old fridge, expecting the delivery any minute and it has been sitting out in this heat all day and will need to be tossed. We are stuck hoping they will show up soon and we are on hold trying to get the status again... and cannot get an answer.... Anyways, we are fuming here and I am starving. Home Depot was not the problem, their delivery service company is the problem. It does not do much good to buy from Home Depot if you can't get what you wanted delivered. Next time we will buy at Lowe's and insure a direct number to their delivery service.

Awesome help from Izzy and Gabriel in the Lumber section. Izzy showed up while we were picking our wood and Gabe showed up to help cut it. Fast and efficient service. The only thing is we wished Izzy could have told us that the single piece will cost us over $40 since we only wanted to nail something into a real estate sign to make it stable. We ended up getting some crap wood instead. But awesome service nevertheless. Thanks !

This Home Depot has always been pretty crummy. The parking lot is a nightmare to get into and out of because of the store's layout. Once parked, there is a gauntlet of sellers just allowed to sit out there and try to sell stuff from chocolate bars to boots. Inside, I've waited for an hour to pick up an online order that was purportedly ready, for someone (anyone) to help in flooring after calling the store several times from that section, and the list goes on. I w had a handful of decent experiences. Today, I took the last box of flooring, along with 13 other boxes. It's a small job, but we needed every box. The last box was missing one slat. While we waited in another section, the store pulled a shopper, an off duty employee, from the aisle to run a fork lift. We didn't have another couple hours to wait...and wait...and wait...to see if there was more product on the shelves up high and get it down. So, I told my husband that we'd ask if we could get a discount on the partial box like we've done other times. When we got to the register, the young lady said that they were not doing discounts today, so I decided that I wasn't doing flooring today-we wouldn't have enough. She was clearly pissed that I wasn't going to take the flooring that wouldn't quite cover my floor. After her crappy attitude, I suggested to my husband that we just leave the whole thing sitting there and go to Lowes. I wasn't interested in being treated like shit for the privilege of offering to buy their damaged material. With gas prices as high as they are, I guarantee that it's worth it to go to Lowes, located in another city, to see if the customer experience is a teeny tiny bit better. My expectations were pretty bottomed out already. But I've had it. I'm done with Home Depot. Bye Felicia.

Tried to schedule two different carpet measurements as they require it if they are going to install the carpet. The first time they canceled less than an hour before they were supposed to be there stating an unreliable car in the rain was the reason. Not happy but rescheduled for the next week (after taking a day of work off, schedule for a weekend). Then again the day of about an hour before got an email that the guy had a family emergency. Called customer service and was not accommodated in any way. Just a sorry and the offer to reschedule yet again. I am still trying to get my refund as they can not process til tmrw. Overall a horrible experience and no one really seems to care. Will honestly just do it ourselves and buy carpet elsewhere. I'd give 0 stars if it let me.

Another Home Depot that is a piece of crap no one seems to know what the heck is going on if you asked . They say I'll get somebody over here in this department and when they come they don't know no more than the person that just called for them this Home Depot is in on west Highland Avenue In San Bernardino They always show they have something online and when you get there they say it's a online only product this makes me mad

I swear every time I call they ask for the product SKU number, instead of actually going to check if they have it. I can check online myself I'm calling because I need someone to physically go look for me. And it doesn't seem to be an urgency for anyone as far as customer service is concerned

worst fucking home depot ive ever fucking been in. dont waste your time. horrible service these people dont know how to do there jobs and have the worst attitude. the one on hospitality is way better just went to the one on hospitality and i was in and out in less than 5 minutes. someone tell theae employees here that the checks go face down first cuz clearly no one here knows how to do there job. fuck yall and have a shitty day
