Really enjoyed our stay here! The room was spacious, cozy, and had a nice, relaxed vibe – just what we needed after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We arrived earlier than expected, but they had our room ready and checked us in without any hassle, which was a pleasant surprise. The complimentary breakfast was great, with plenty of options including hot egg dishes. Another nice touch was the mini bar – beer, juice, and a few other items were included free of charge, which we didn’t expect but really appreciated. The location was also spot on – just a short walk to the tram stop and close to the city centre. Overall, a smooth, comfortable stay and we'd definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Home hotel in Zurich. We were upgraded to the superior room which was very large. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The decor is beautiful and the staff welcoming. The buffet breakfast on Sunday is stellar. It is not located in old town but very easy to get to with the bus system. It is directly beside a mall (Schil city) with a large Coop which is lovely.

Nice hotel! Room was spacious, clean, well-appointed. No view, but otherwise great. Location is good for work and quiet at night. Right on a tram stop. A mile walk west of town center. Gym access is outside hotel, at mall across the street, with a bracelet hotel provides. But then it’s a nice gym l.

This hotel has lovely decor and good rooms and breakfast. The room was a little warm. The hairdryer was good. There is soap wash and shampoo but not conditioner. Free washing machines and dryers are a convenient touch, also umbrella rental. It’s a little way into the city. We chose it because it had parking but actually there are only maybe 12 spaces and a couple of e charging spaces, so we can never get one. We were told to park in the other downstairs parking but then came back to a CHF40 fine because we weren’t told we need to find a place to buy a ticket for that.

Stayed a week for work and it was a really great hotel. The location was excellent. Easy to get to with a few transportation stops nearby. There were a lot of (functional) restaurants near that are open late. The rooms were nice. On a hot week the room stayed around 19.5 C. have coffee makers and refrigerators. The mini fridge was complementary. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Honestly the best hotel breakfast buffet I have ever had! Gym was great, a small walk to the mall. The staff was really nice and helpful. They also have bikes but note to management: new and larger helmets please!

I stayed at The Home Hotel Zürich for 2 nights and it genuinely felt like a "home away from home". From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, the team was warm & friendly. I love the interior design, you can tell there’s thought behind every little detail. The location is tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet, away from the hustle & bustle of the city. My room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for anyone looking for a boutique-style stay with a personal touch. Would definitely come back!

This hotel is great. I booked through points and stayed 1 night. Breakfast and mini bar was free. Breakfast had caviar in it! The hotel also has a free washer and dryer which was very helpful. Room was good, they gave us two separate duvets which was very helpful. Also the location is great. It's next door to a tram station so you can easily get to other parts of the city. It's also next to the Silhcity mall so if you need any groceries or pharmacy you can easily get those.

Lovely hotel located near a mall so lots of food options and grocery nearby. Room is clean quiet and cute. Bed is comfortable. Free washers and dryers which was extremely helpful after weeks of travel. Our biggest complaint was that our room was warm and we were unable to sleep because of the temp. We are used to sleeping in much cooler rooms (personal preference for people) so it really put a damper on our stay as we were exhausted unable to sleep. The outside air temp was 22C at night and our room temp was reading 21.8C despite being set to 18C all night with fans on. We had other family in different rooms and their rooms were able to be much cooler than ours. We informed the front desk but they said that our AC seemed to be working fine and that their system is just not powerful and they were receiving similar complaints. They gave us a fan as a remedy but it didn’t do much for us. Sadly, We had a 2 night stay so it was 2 nights of no sleep. Other than the room temp, it would have been a great stay. My main purpose for a hotel is to sleep and we weren’t able to get that. If a cold room is non-negotiable, you may want to be cautious about booking since you may or may not get one of the “warmer” rooms.
