The Hot Chocolatier - St Elmo

Okay this place borders on being evil because of the number of sweets in their cases. Each of us got a different drink along with a different dessert after our long wander around town today. Guaranteed you will find something for everyone and you will not be disappointed with what you find.

So glad we stopped here! As we were driving and looking for a quick lunch, we didn’t want to get fast food and we’re so happy to have spotted this place! The atmosphere is awesome and so is the food. We got a couple sandwiches and a soup and I got the pimento cheesy cheese, a grilled cheese that was bursting with flavor and absolutely amazing. I also decided to try one of their sweets, a chocolate gummy worm, which was very good as well. The staff are also incredibly friendly and the food was to DIE for and the prices were good. Hope we can come back here soon on our next road trip!

One of my favorite spots in chattanooga for sweets and hot chocolate/ coffee. (my personal favorite hot chocolate is the white chocolate with almond milk 10/10) they’ve got a good variety of chocolates and baked items to choose from. I come here to grab a box of chocolates for family bdays and everyone always enjoys them. i definitely recommend stopping by!

This little place is so cute! The sweet treats are amazing, the food is delicious, and the service is great! Also, you should try their chocolate made with Chattanooga whiskey! Who can say they have that?

Went in for a latte, and left with a lot more (in a good way!). Tried the squirrels (pecan & pistachio), macarons, and a breakfast panini - all were good. The macarons were perfect and there was a diverse flavor selection.

I stopped in for a cup of coffee when I was visiting my son. A lunch of Cottage Pie and many $$ of takeaway truffles and macarons later… and I wish I was able to visit every week!! The young ladies behind the counter were SO helpful when I was making my choices.

Adorable second location of a Chattanooga staple. Open earlier than the Market Street shop - perfect to stop by for coffee and a scone or biscuit on your way to work. Lots of yummy goodies in the pastry cases and bagged items which make great gifts. Shop local!!

Really delicious sandwiches and soup. Good selection of desserts and chocolate. Quaint little place with something for everyone.

I won't do any extensive review here other than to say that I'm thankful I don't live closer to this place - otherwise I'd be way fatter than I already am. I mean, Frozen Hot Chocolate? That's self-contradictory and it's still off the charts delicious. Everything they sell is delicious.

The Hot Chocolatier's newest location! They have been open since early May. They have a variety of chocolates, baked goods, coffee and the absolute star of the show: hot chocolate. I am visiting for the weekend and ended up there twice. I had the Hottie White Chocolate (spicy) the first time and the Froze Hot White Chocolate with toasted marshmallow the second time. I also picked up 5 different macarons. I am already dreaming of what I want the next time and have decided on the European Sipping Chocolate. I can't wait to visit again!

First time at this new location. A great spot, cute building and all the lovely items to eat and drink inside.

What a cozy spot to enjoy lunch! I ordered the balsamic veggie panini, a couple macaroons and an iced coffee. Delicious!! A super friendly staff, quick service and an overall great place to enjoy a meal.

My boyfriend and I went here, as we saw it passing by, and thank god we did because Stew helped us out and he was super nice and outgoing!! The deserts are really good, totally recommend the cold hot chocolate and the cheddar scone!!
