We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Hotel in Brussels! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms offer a stunning view of the city! Parking was very easy (next to the hotel entrance) and offers a lot of places, which made everything so much easier. The breakfast was a true highlight of the stay. The hotel bar is super cool too, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. And speaking of exploring, the location couldn’t be better – everything you want to see in Brussels is within easy reach. Wellness also very very cool! I can’t recommend The Hotel enough. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Great location!! Excellent top view!! Spacious room, clean and nice 🙂 the open space bathroom is not my type but being with my daughter was not a problem, she sleeps like a tank 😂 we enjoyed it!

I really liked this hotel. Nice design, very functional room, convenient location, and a great view of the city. But most of all the staff is excellent. They went out of their way to be helpful again and again.

Magnificant view in the skies of Brussels- absolutely stunning SPA with great Sauna, steam bath and experiential showers. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and quite diverse. Cocktails are amazing and the team was flexible to even learn new ones. Location is very convenient and great parking.

We booked a room with my girlfriend and asked for a romantic bed decoration with roses, of course for an extra fee. The staff arranged it beautifully and with great attention to detail. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall view of Brussels was truly stunning.

Firstly I think this review has to be taken in the context that for me, Brussels in general has the worst customer service and friendliness of any city I've ever visited and I've been travellling extensively for 35 years all over Europe. It is very rare for anyone in a cafe, shop, or bar to smile, or be remotely friendly or care about the service you are receiving. I've never experienced anything like it in any European city I've visited.|| Another comment to make before getting on to the hotel is passport control at Brussels airport for non EU travellers, it is scandalously bad, it took over an hour, with the queue not moving, the customs officers going off on their breaks despite the queue being huge and there wasn't anyone in the EU and Diplomat queues. Allow for this if you are arranging onwards travel.||The hotel is in a great location in the city centre, check in can be done yourself on arrival and is quick and very straight forward.||We were on the 21st floor, the room was fairly small but had a wonderful view across the city. One aspect I didn't like is the toilet is visible from the bed, I've never been in a hotel room before where if I'm in the bed I can see my partner in the toilet!!!!||We had access to the executive lounge. Again it had wonderful views, it was on the 24th floor, however there was only 2 bottles of Stella, no staff on hand and the food selection had nothing I'd remotely want to eat, so it was a complete waste of money.||The bar and restaurant:|At night at the weekend it can be extremely busy, again they had no Stella, they ran out, how does this happen when the factory is 10km away!|The service is truly appalling. It's almost impossible to get a waiters attention when sitting at your table so we had to repeatedly go up to the bar. There was one waiter in particular, who is there at all times who never ever looks at you, acknowledges you, or says anything other than grunts...I can genuinely say he was the rudest waiter I've ever encountered anywhere in my entire life...how any hotel would allow there staff to be like that is truly incredible!!!!| The food offering in the restaurant was limited and overpriced, we had a steak and a burger there, they were absolutely fine but nothing more.| The one plus was we met a lady, someone who I assume was a manager in the hotel lift, she was the only person in our entire trip that took an interest in what service was being received and when we advised, in passing, there was no beer in the exec lounge she very kindly insisted despite us saying it was fine, to arrange for 4 beers to be put into our room in a cooler for free.||In the foyer there was a very handy shop where it's self service and it has beers, drinks and snacks and is a much better idea than hotels which have vending machines. It also means you avoid the rude and ineffective waiters.||I also had a massage whilst at the hotel, the spa is on the 25th floor. Again incredible views from the relaxation area. It's a bit strange you can't get changed there and I've never been to a spa that didn't have a reception desk or anyone to meet you on arrival. I'd to go back to my room to change. The massage itself was great though and I thoroughly recommend it.||Breakfast was dissapointing, coffee from the machine was poor, the sausages are the horrible cheap hot dog type, the bacon is streaky and over cooked, and the butter was tasteless. If you don't go early it's hard to get a table and any that are free will be dirty initially! We also planned to go to the exec lounge for breakfast on our last day but despite it saying it opens from 7 it was closed at 7:20.| |All in all the views are spectacular and the hotel is in a great location, what lets it down and is something that would be so easy to fix is the staff.

Google
Rude person at the reception. We came to ask about the rooftop bar altitude and he made fun of us, saying he has worked there for 13 years and that it doesn’t exist. When we asked other following questions, he was laughing and mocking us. Very unpleasant experience. But I stayed at the hotel previously too and everything was fine then, good breakfast.

Google
Clean hotel. Rooms nice decor and clean Dingy corridors to rooms Poor customer service at breakfast, very rude dismissive reception when requesting vegan options. No real vegan options. Servers took their time to clear tables - had to wait. Dining area small, more reason for swift clearing of tables but servers were stoic and showed no interest in their job. Nicole was the only attentive person- much appreciated Very poor breakfast options for vegans. Much attention given to conference attendees and clear preferential treatment, forgetting that everyone is a customer who paid for the service

Yelp
Conveniently located near lots of shopping. I loved the spacious corner room I had on the 10th floor (1020) which had a fantastic view with automated curtains and ample lighting. The king sized bed was very comfy. The bathroom layout is a bit odd - the toilet is in a separate tiny room and the shower has a clear glass door, visible from the rest of the room depending on the angle as it is not in a closed off, separate room. If you're sharing a room and would prefer a more private bathroom, keep this in mind. Everything was closed when I stayed as it was a national holiday but I was not sorry about lounging around my room a bit longer after a busy week of traveling. Check in and check out was straightforward.

Yelp
My company stays here for business so have been quite a few times. Solid, quality hotel with all the amenities of any other good hotel out there. Decent restaurant, although I have only ever eaten breakfast. Also, a pretty happening bar for those wanting to partake. Quiet, comfortable rooms with decent beds. Nice shopping area near the hotel and about a10 minute walk down to the central Brussels area. Overall a quality hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in Brussels.

Yelp
My favorite hotel in Brussels it's closed to all the shopping malls and it's unique The rooms are clean Ambiance is excellent Service was impressive

Yelp
No complaints about my stay. The location is great for business. I ended up using a gym that was located nearby which worked out great. Check-in and check-out was without issue. The rooms were standard if not better for European hotels.

Yelp
We had room 1613 on the 16th floor! It had a great view! At checkin we were given a room on the 5th floor but I asked for a room on a higher floor, which I was accommodated. The concierge did his best to assist me. The staff here were all amazing! Very attentive, friendly and ready to help! The hotel room was nice but I'm picky on dirt and there were some spots that needed a thorough cleaning. The blinds are motorized which I enjoy!!! All the lights are by your bed! I loved having the couch as well as a mini fridge with a complimentary mini bar!

Yelp
Wonderful hotel. The staff was very kind and it was clean and comfortable. The food was also lovely. I would, however, suggest better bath products.

Yelp
The Hotel Brussels is a great option to stay in the city but still a little away from the hustle bustle from the main square area. It's considered to be in the fashion district area, and there are tons of shops and restaurants walking distance. It was super convenient staying here plus getting an Uber was fairly easy when trying to go to further places. Rooms- The rooms are nice. The room we were staying at had an amazing view of the city. We could see the entire skyline of the city from our room. The bathroom was a bit small but appears to be norm for European standards. Employees- They were professional and courteous throughout our stay. They created an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. Side Note- Places near by that are within 1 mile of the hotel and could be done by walking: Egmont palace, Porte de Hal Museum, Manneken Pis, Grand Place and so much more. ~

Yelp
We reached "The Hotel" in Brussels at 7pm on 15th September and found out that our room was barely cleaned. Pillows covers were with stains and there were hair, stains and dust on the sofa and wash basin was blocked. Had to call for it to be re-cleaned. It is considered a luxury hotel, offering luxury toiletries but there was no soap bar, dental kit, or a conditioner. However, we found a tissue box having a toilet roll inside it instead of tissue paper. Reception staff was unwelcoming and rude. When asked for drinking water, the lady at the reception desk very rudely said, only two water bottles are allowed and room service is not available after 8pm. She suggested that we can buy it from the market. I wish I had not selected this old fashioned, unfriendly and unhygienic hotel. I won't recommend this hotel because the services they are providing are of two star not a four star hotel.

Yelp
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Even though the world on this side is in lockdown. The only evidence is a 10pm curfew. Whatever you need be it a fan or water... it will come to you immediately. The hotel never shut down and the staff is amazing!

Yelp
Perfect mix of corporate and boutique. Situated right in the middle of a posh shopping district but you can easily cut through a park (during daylight) to access the more hip areas of Brussels. Bit of a walk from the train station, but that's what transportation is for! The room was super spacious, had a beautiful view of the city, excellent bathroom amenities, and had a wall length cushioned seating area for lounging and/or reading/working under the window. Free beverages but the offerings were pretty basic. I think I initially chose it because of the spa/fitness facilities, but never ended up using them!

Yelp
Absolutely beautiful hotel in a prime location of the city. Great rooms and friends staff as well as an impressive breakfast buffet.

Yelp
Exceptional service, super comfortable bed and pillows, spectacular view in the Panoramic corner Suite, free mini bar full of drinks... But wait, there's a Panorama club lounge level with more drinks and snacks... plus the breakfast buffet. Meatballs for breakfast? Yup they have that too! Located a nice walk away from city center. Great hotel!

Yelp
I fucking loved this place. I feel like my eyes were opened to luxury hotels and I can never go back... The rooms are on the smaller side, but very functional. My absolute favorite part of the room was the panel of buttons next to each side of the bed that allowed you to control every single light in the room, including the privacy shades. Speaking of the privacy shades, they are crazy effective. My boyfriend forgot to set his alarm for work the next morning and was very perplexed when I told him it was 7:30AM despite it being pitch black in the room!! There is not very much privacy in the bathrooms for the standard/corner rooms, so I would hesitate about booking one of those if I wasn't coming alone or with a significant other. The minibar is free, but in our room that only meant 1 coke, 2 bottled waters, 1 Stella, and a carbonated lemon beverage. They refilled it 3/4 of our days here. The gym is on one of the top floors and has an amazing view of the city. There are 8-10 exercise machines and a few weight machines. There are complimentary fruits and beverages (water and iced tea) in the gym, and I was usually the only one working out while I was there. I also felt really relaxed after indulging in a facial at the spa next door. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but did order room service once and weren't very impressed with the chicken wings. Thankfully this hotel is very centrally located so it's easy to walk to great restaurants near the Grand Place or Rue du Sablon. The front desk staff was helpful and efficient, and the Wifi was very reliable & fast. Most diplomats stay here when they are in town (including Obama!), so there is often a heavy police presence. If you've got room in your budget to stay at The Hotel while visiting Brussels, I highly recommend it!

Yelp
I've been meaning to check this place out for a while now and finally made it here for drinks before dinner. It is very chic and trendy so right up my alley! The entire hotel is beautifully decorated with well appointed furniture. There have high end shops within. The rooftop is all the rage but supposedly only open to guests. One staff member told us it was meeting space but for some reason we assumed it was a cool rooftop bar. Anyway, great selection of cocktails (yes, even an entire page of champagne offerings!!) in a trendy environment.

Yelp
Beatiful hotel with magnificently designed rooms. The suite with panoramic view is amazing. The service is though, is MISERABLE. We ordered room service for two people: salmon with blinis and linguini. They forgot to bring the sour cream, bread and butter, salt and pepper, and gave us only one fork and knive. The pasta saice tastes like the cook just opened a can of tomato puree. The quality of the food in a highway restaurant is better. Next morning, we order lattes with honey, they forget to bring the honey. After clearly stating Im a vegetarian, they bring me a plate of cut meats. Personnel barely speaks English and French, the lady on the room service phone does not understand what we are ordering. We ask for tomatoes and mushrooms in the omelette, she doesn't understand. Summary: chique interior design, deplorable service

Yelp
One word: PERFECT!! Great staff, super breakfast, beautiful room, excellent location. It was the best! Will be comming back soon!

Yelp
Loved this place. Great location...about easy 15 minute walk tops to main area. Very safe walk too. Great helpful staff. Amazing views from the 13th floor!!! Bar was very nice and not too crazy €€ wish they had a head n shoulders massage as would have done that while we were there. Shower was huge rain shower (excellent). However the toilet door was frosted clear glass so wasn't great for privacy. Recommended hotel but change that bathroom door.

Yelp
Attended an event at the top of the hotel. Very nice view and extremely competent friends staff. Food was the salad followed by the fish. Very nice combinations and the food was well prepared.

Yelp
Stayed a few days while traveling through. The parking structure located next door is convenient. Service from the concierge, cleaning and front desk staff is courteous. The room layout and view makes the room feel larger than it is. Daily replenishment of amenities and the lounge use is a nice touch.

Yelp
Sheik 4star hotel in the avenue Louise district of Brussels. Lobby is well lighted and adorned with a great eye for form and function. Jewelry and fashion exhibits adorn the waiting area and hallway to to elevators, pretty swanky. Rooms are typical for European as it pertains to size, design function and comfort are excellent as long as you don't need a full desk/office area.

Yelp
Even though my stay was for only 1 night, The Hotel was a great place to stay in Brussels. The hotel is modern and nice and the location is very central and accessible. Upon checkin we got an upgrade and the corner view we had overlooked the city. The minibar was complimentary and they even gave a box of chocolates! The spa and gym on the high floor had amazing views too. The breakfast buffet was good as well. Service was good and everyone was pleasant. The price was also a good deal.
google avatar

Yelp
The Hotel is fine but not worth the price point. The staff is overall friendly and tries to do a good job. However upon reaching my room I called for more towles and extra pillows (I like to have extra in my room) the next thing I know; Housekeeping calls the front desk to ask if there are more people staying in my room than those that checked in. All because I requested more items? I didn't realize I was being scrutinized for having a preference. The rooms are small. They give you the mini bar free but there is nothing but a bottle of water, mineral and natural, a lemonade and a beer. Not impressed for the price point. The view is great. I would say that is the only perk about the hotel. They do not have a car service to drop you at near by areas which seems a bit odd for a high end area. Also the concierge is never there when you need him. Not at 10 am, 2 PM or 3pm. He always seems to be off. We had to go to a neighboring hotel to ask our questions. Wouldn't recommend this place as you can get a better value for your money elsewhere.

Yelp
Well we all know the name sucks but hey, the place is great, the restaurant is a must and the gym well... Nothing to say I can get a full HIIT workout without an issue, mostly empty. Everytime I book a full spa experiencr I also stay over night with my dog :). They are pet friendly, free wifi and mostly they will allow a late check-out. I'm a solid guest (spa at least once a month), I guess that says it all...
google avatar

Mona H.

Yelp
Amazing place. Efficient rooms with classy, modern design, great views and an incredible gym. Of course we didn't really need the gym because downtown is very walkable, so that's how we got our exercise. This hotel is in the high-end shopping district, and we had to take a loss on an airbnb that we had rented near the midi station, but it was worth it to be close to shops and restaurants and to feel safe walking around at any time of day. Breakfast was a must do, at least once.
google avatar

Wil T.

Yelp
The hotel itself is very nice. The lobby air ventilation is scented which is very welcoming. The garage however was a bit of a maze to get to and the parking cost was a bit high. The room itself was good and the check in staff was great. I'd say it's one of the nicest hotels in Brussels. Location is great, hop on hop is near the cathedral behind the hotel. Transportation is all nearby for anywhere you would like to go. Drinks in the hotel lounge were good but services could have been staffed a little better. Only negative is the concierge was missing a couple times but that could have just been timing. I would stay again!

Anna L.

Yelp
Amazing hotel. Very nice rooms and staff. Best location to be in. Right near really great high end shops & food. Less than 10 min walk to museums and like 15-20 min walk to other tourist attractions. It was a very safe and nice area. As a solo female traveler I would recommend to anyone else traveling the same. I was on floor 5 and the view was incredible. I appreciated the stocked mini bar. Also the breakfast buffet & dinner was great! I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Yelp
I've stayed at this hotel probably a dozen times for work. The rooms are always hot. In the winter they only have heat, and the room temps climb. Recently the rooms in the summer (even on cool days) are also very warm. They must turn off the hoteAC when it's not sweltering outside, so the room temps climb again. I've changed rooms over and over and nothing helps. Another issue is that they switched to squirt bottles for soap, shampoo, and body wash. That's fine, but they don't refill them. I've had to ask over and over to bring up soap. The rooms are clean and the staff seems okay but I just can't rest in those conditions. If you're someone that likes to sleep with temps in the mid 70s (Around 24C at the coolest) and you bring your own soap then you'll be fine.

Yelp
I spent one night at The Hotel and my stay was simply put flawless. Quick and efficient check-in. My room was located at the 13th floor and already at that floor the view is quite impressive. Rooms are maybe a tad small for international standards but they are very well designed, super functional, clean, and cozy. I did not have time to check the spa or gym areas (23rd floor), so that would be another time I imagine. I spent a very quiet night and slept like a baby. I woke up early and left to run an errand in the city but my girlfriend was not very happy that around 8:30 am she could hear the vacuum cleaner on the 14th floor above our room. Check out was again very easy by simply dropping the entrance cards in a box near the reception desk. Overall a great experience and a place for sure to recommend to stay if it is within your budget.

Yelp
Looked like a promising experience, but didn't meet up. Staff was less than knowledgeable and ended up going to a different hotel to ask about local stuff like where to eat, tram system and shopping. The rooms are TINY! And I've stayed in my fare share!! He are decorated nicely and clean but both worth the price overall. Additionally it's not every central so you end up walking a bit more. Check out Le Meridian or the Marriott instead of this place....

Yelp
The Hotel takes pride in being a luxury hotel. However, that concept is only expressed in shiny materials and dim light, if you don't count the proximity to the high end shopping street. As it is one of the taller buildings in Brussels, you can have a fantastic view of the city. This is pretty much where the advantages end. You are greeted by the smell of their own Le Parfum, who's cheap scent will follow you everywhere. Room amenities, such as toiletries, are few and cheaply presented. My 'complimentary' mini bar was half empty which the staff also noticed when they, after I had to convince them twice that it was missing, delivered my coffee supply, however the mini bar remained half empty as they never came back. Although my room was on ahigh floor, I heard the noise of surrounding clubs as well as from my neighbours, so if you're in town for an early meeting this hotel is not to recommend.
