This was our first stay at The Hotel and we would definitely stay again. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond a few times. The spa and fitness centre were clean, fresh and well maintained and decorated. The views over the city in both are a bonus. The food quality and selection for breakfast and some nice touches such as the waffle maker. Dinner was good too. The room was largely great. It was small and about the smallest suite I have ever stayed in. It's open plan which means you're looking into the bathroom from anywhere in the room. No privacy or containment of smells or steam. Also if the lights were switched on the light is cast into the room. It was though very clean, including the windows in and out. The decoration is modern and the room well maintained.

I really enjoyed my stay here are The Hotel in Brussels. You have a great view of the city and it's close to the city center. The staff is very friendly. A lot of choice at breakfast. There is also parking available when you come by car. Will come back when in Brussels. Definitely recommend 10/10!

An excellent hotel. Our room was huge and very modern. All of the hotel staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We had abed and breakfast stay and the breakfast choice was excellent. Possibly the only slight downside was that 2 Gin and Tonics cost us 38 Euros. But there are plenty of other places to have a drink. We did day trips to Brugge and Ghent and a taxi to the train station cost on average about 10 to 15 euros. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

We went for a small trip to Brussels and decided to book at The Hotel considering the many good reviews, the location and the good rate. We had two rooms on the 24th room next to each other which was perfect for our family. We are very nicely welcomed at the reception. Very important was also the very easy parking in the basement of the hotel with direct access to the reception area with having to walk outside. We choose a package with access to the Panorama Lounge which I can highly recommend as it has free snacks and drinks throughout the day, a real delight with that panoramic view over Brussels. We only stayed one night but every second was a nice experience from the great rooms with automatic 100% black out blind ending with one of the bests breakfast I had in Brussels !!!! Thank you to the whole team !!!

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The spa area especially with the incredible view of Brussels is impressive. The closet space in the room was almost non existent and you could hear the noise from the street as if they were driving through the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was our first time in Brussels. The hotel is really well located and within walking distance of the Grand Place (it took us around 20 minutes). The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Our toilet got blocked but it was fixed straight away. The breakfast buffet was delicious, there was lots of choice and the breakfast timings were good as ran until 11am at the weekends. We found it very noisy outside the first couple of nights but the hotel is located in the city so we did expect that. I would really recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Brussels. We had a brilliant time!

We arrived on Monday 3rd March for a mini city break. Check in was smooth, we arrived early (arount 11am) with the intention of dropping off our bags so we could go explore while waiting to check in but we were advised our room was ready so early check in was no problem at all which was an unexpected delight! the ladies on reception are so warm and welcoming. we were given the key to our room, 418, i had booked a superior room on booking.com that advised a large room with a sofa, city view & higher level floor, room 418 did not deliver, while the room is modern and clean, it would not be a "superior" room in my opinion, its a standard room with some extra's, bathrobes, slippers & mini bar with some drinks. when i queried this at reception, the gentleman on reception was not very polite and his manner and customer service was not nearly as friendly as the rest of the staff we met for the duration of our stay, he told me that we payed a lot less than other people had as we booked through booking.com and i feel we were judged and placed in a lower standard room because of this. Moving on to the positives, the rest of the staff, from the discreet security, cleaners, breakfast staff etc were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is the best i have ever had in any hotel i have been to, my husband is a picky eater & he had so much choice and was not left hungry! such a wide variety of food and a very high quality too. everything is fresh and laid out beautifully, plenty of choice from continental to hot breakfast and the kitchen is open so you can see the food being prepared etc which is a nice touch. The location is perfect, in the heart of the city. We didn't use the spa this time but we went up for a look and oh my it is stunning, so beautiful, well laid out and the views of the city are amazing! we will be returning to Brussels as i have a friend living there and we will return to The Hotel again! thank you for a great experience!

Lovely hotel, very fancy lobby, beautiful elevators and amazing rooms. We didn't use the spa or the gym so can't say about that, but as for the rest - the view was amazing and the beds very comfortable. Since it's next to a busy street it can be a bit noisy even during the night (something to note for people sensitive to that).
