The Hotel Fitzgerald

A nice hotel in a very quiet road with excellent public transport links very close by. This location is perfect for anyone who wants to be just outside the tourist centre of this superb city. The room had a wonderfully comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. A kettle would have been nice but I was aware none is provided and so took my own. The shower head was too narrow and didn't give a large spray area of water but there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was ok by Prague standards but I felt that the coffee machine was not up to the job, it may just need an adjustment of settings. Coffee was too weak for me and I don't particularly like strong coffee. All staff were extremely friendly and I felt they wanted their guests to have a pleasant stay. Overall a good stay and I would return, purely because of the positive attitude of the hotel staff.

Stayed at the Fitzgerald Dec ‘24, great visit. The buffet breakfast was perfect which included sweet and savoury. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. I’d definitely stay here on my next trip to Prague for the convenience, reasonable price and great hospitality.

4* for the helpful, easy and genuine approach of the staff and the location which is in a quiet street about 15min to the very centre. The hotel overall looked smart but there were some issues with my room initially (not fully clean and some unpleasant tobacco/drain smells). The gym also really needs some TLC I'm afraid. The style of the hotel is adult and sophisticated so was a little disappointing experiencing these issues in a hotel that generally fits in well for a good price.

A nice friendly hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Had three nights here on a business trip, and used both the bar and restaurant for functions twice. Quiet but well connected location.

This Hotel is just lovely! Although a little walk (20mins) into the old town. Vibrant & clean, the hotel has a lovely look and feel to it. The staff are so so friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was to much when asked. Would 100% recommend

There's no problem with the hotel services at all, but I believe HR department needs to check up some sections. Hotel Fitzgerald, you lack CSR, protect your staff. Thanks.

A great little hotel in a good location for exploring Prague. The decor was stylish, rooms large and quiet, bed comfortable and nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and happy to help including accommodating an early check in. A couple of small improvements would have made it a 5 star review: 1. The bathtub is very slippery and seemed like an accident waiting to happen so an anti slip mat would be welcome 2. The lift always took 3 minutes for the door to close 3. It would be useful to have a little selection of drinks and snacks at front desk to buy in the night time to avoid having to open the bar. But all in all a lovely stay which we thoroughly enjoyed - thank you :)

A nice hotel at Central Location in Prague. Big room, quiet. The bed was great. Super breakfast, a very friendly and supportive team . Parking was easy in the street close to the hotel. We enjoyed the stay!
